I wear a WW but these were definitely too narrow. I loved the soft leather and the soft heel/sole, though I was concerned about other reviews showing the heel layers falling apart. I these had been a wider fit, I would have kept them. Very disappointing that the WW was definitely not.

Very nice bootie, soft leather, fits my wife foot well. However the material on the bottom of the heel is so soft that I wore halfway through it in 4 hours of normal sidewalk and indoor walking. I had to have hard plastic taps added.

I had these boots in wide and they were still a little snug, after having a cobbler stretch them out they fit amazingly and I was able to walk miles on vacation in them and for every day wear in the fall, and I'm someone who walks to work on a nice fall day. Unfortunately the sole is poor quality. After only a couple of years the sole cracked. It didn't bother me but they wouldn't be wearable if it rained at all. I felt that I'd invested enough in them that it was worth getting them repaired, which I did, only to have them split in again in a different spot. It's too bad they didn't last longer, at this price. I ultimately gave them away. I would stay away unless you don't do much walking.

The shoe was true to size and I was delighted to have a stylish shoe to fit my wide food. The first pair I received the "wood on the heel" starting peeling after one wear. The second pair the soles gave out after only 4 months. Zappos customer service continues to be top notch but for the price of these shoes I expect better

These are cuter off the foot. Once I had them on they looked too snug and shaped my foot in a way that wasn’t so cute. Super comfy but I returned them.

SO small! I already ordered a half size up from my regular size - still couldn't get my foot in the boot. One must have no instep/arches at all to achieve it. Lining/padding felt generous to the touch, but not able to test by wearing.

Unfortunately, this boot was returned. It was uncomfortable on my foot, because it wasn't quite high enough to be comfortable. I did purchase another boot by Blondo that was much more comfortable and waterproof.

Too tight at the toe, even with a WW. Way too loose in the heel.

Did not like the light colored suede. Returned.

These might be comfortable for someone with really high arches, but I found that even when sitting there was uncomfortable pressure against the bottom of the arches.

If you have skinny heels like I do, these might not work for you. They pretty much fit everywhere else, but even with my sock on my heel was pulling out of the back. Also, they are a little low for my preference. I have short socks, but they didn't work with these. You'd have to wear a ballet shoe style sock to not see them, and well, those slip off my heels too!

I have other pairs so I know the fit. Did not like the suede, will return for a leather finish.

Cute low boot. My daughter thought they were winners but the boot heel was much too wide for my foot. There was no way I could possibly wear these. Would have loved to have kept them but they were not made for my foot. If one has a narrow fore foot and a wide heel these might work.

Only the heels were wide. The front fit perfectly, and the length was also perfect. But my heels slid up and down very badly. It was an easy decision, unfortunately. They have to go back.

First, I have bunions, so if you do not, some of my comments may not pertain to your comfort in this boot. I ordered a WW and they felt a bit narrow for a WW, especially over my big toes where I found the depth of the boot not deep enough. I also found that the boot cut into my ankles when I walked. So I am returning them.

These ran a bit big and felt a little clunky. The ankle and heel area on these shoes were so big that my feet were flopping around in them

Extremely soft and cushy inside. These do seem to run a bit large which I hope to solve with thick socks.

These shoes are very comfortable - I have very wide feet and the WW worked for me until the leather broke in, now they're a bit too wide. There main issue is the heal did not hold up well at all. It started chipping / peeling almost immediately, and after about 4 months of wear, were too messy to use anymore. Since it's hard to find shoes that fit, it's a shame, but for the cost, the heel should last longer.

VEry comfortable footbed. Ran large... I wear a 10 in a lot of shoes, but these were too big and had to go back. The suede material scuffed easily.

The boot is good-looking, but it gives off a horrible, strong, chemical smell--maybe from the rubbery sole. I left the boots (out of the box) in a spare room for the last month, hoping the smell would dissipate, but it hasn't. I'm going to have to return these. By the way, SoftWalk "NARROW" shoes (in general, and including these) are more like narrow-ish "MEDIUMs"--I would have to wear pretty thick socks to make these boots sort of fit. I wish shoe manufacturers would adhere to some kind of sizing standards. And I wish more manufacturers offered stylish shoes and boots in true Narrow widths. With Zappo's volume of shoe sales, can't some more manufacturers (in addition to Munro) cater specifically to that market??

These boots didn't work for me. I have a wide forefoot and bunions, so they pinched too much. Additionally, the boots do not have a lot of padding in the forefoot. They are moderately constructed, but didn't feel overly durable as compared to Frye boots or other speedier brands. They are cute, but they weren't for me.

The fit was a bit snug for me but I think that was due to the fabric that is used in the inside of the shoe. It pulls on the sock material and makes it difficult to put on. I will have to return.

Really love the style and comfort, but like other reviewers said, they're not very durable. After just 1 use, the rubber soles look like they've been used for a month aka cheap rubber soles. Nonetheless, i love everything else about these boots.They're stylist, cute, and most importantly, the width is just perfect for someone with wide feet. Just disappointed about the durability of the boots given the price.

Bought EE wide since I have bunions that are starting to cause problems and went up 1/2 size. Way too big all over. The width of my foot at the point of my bunions is just shy of 4 1/2 in. And it seemed like the width was 3/4-1 inch too wide. Other than that the inner sole seems very comfortable.
