Way wrinklier in the heal than picture shows. Toe box is very ... poofy. Width is fine (I ordered wide). The toe box though is very big in height; if that makes sense.

I ordered the SoftWalk Rocklin bootie along with Reef Voyage Boot Low and Aldo Taliyah. Unfortunately all are going back because I had the same problem with all three of them--no room in the toe box. I filtered on "round toe" when I was choosing the items to order, but I would not call the toes of these shoes round. As usual, however, Zappo is wonderful to deal with!

I ordered these boots a long time ago, but for some reason didn't reach for them often. That changed three months ago, and I've started wearing them at least 3-4 times a week. This is why I was devastated when they started to fall apart! First the sole of the left boot split all the way across the bottom, which mean they weren't really waterproof anymore. I've noticed the heels were scuffing, but the the final straw was the white plastic that I can see through a scuff mark on my heel. I'm so disappointed because these boots are SO comfortable, and they're a dream to walk in. I just wish they would have held up on the outside.

I’ve had these boots for a year. They run true to size and fit comfortably. Sadly after one winter of moderate use, the soles of both boots has cracked where the foot bends. Would not purchase again.

Fit was wide enough for an EE width that I am.
The problem is the quality of the leather. It didn't have that leather smell and one of the boots squeaked when I walked which usually indicates plastic not leather. For this price I am returning them. Too bad because they do have a nice fit and style.

Pretty shoe. I would have worn with dresses n skirts on the too-cold or too-dressy for sandals days. They were plenty long and comfy toe box but way narrow for a double wide. I am typically an 11 W or 12 M but can wear 11 M in some shoes. These were as narrow as an M width and even more so in the ankle than the 11M boots similar in style I wore yesterday.

I ordered and returned this boot. Even with socks, the boot moved up and down on my heel when I walked even though the front of the boot fit snugly across the toes. It felt like I would develop blisters on my heel on occasions when I might wear it to walk around town or a business campus. And the loose fit in the heel was annoying. As it fit well

I ordered a regular width in size 9 and found the shoe too narrow for me. While I could have easily exchanged for a wider version, I didn't quite like the texture of the leather. For a boot with rocker flair, it seemed dull.

I have been wearing these shoes for few months now and they are very comfortable. One thing that I don't like about these shoes is the quality of the heals and how fast they wore off since November. A layer of plastic has been lifted of the surface of the heals and part of the heals are wearing off fast. I don't think they will last another season. I was so hopeful I have found a pair of shoes comfy and good quality. They are comfy and good for walking, but don't expect them to last 3 months.

I was disappointed with the color, because the shoe fit great! Online, the color looks like a typical gray, but in person it was much darker, almost a blue-gray. Not the color I was expecting, so I had to return it. Otherwise, would be a great bootie!

I'm not sure how these boots are considered wide. I don't normally wear a wide, but ordered them to ensure I'd be able to wear thick socks with them. Instead I was literally unable to squeeze my feet into them while wearing a thin sock.

Bootie very comfortable, but after one wear, the heel stack cover was peeling off already. So disappointed that a bootie that is $150 was falling apart. I expected more from soft walk!
