I love the style of the boot. The boot is super soft and comfortable. It runs large. I usually wear a 7.5 and it was too big. The 7 was sold out so I have to return. So sad.

I actually loved these- great leather, plenty of support but I have a high instep and they were not easy for me to get on. Once on, they were fine.

These booties are cute! I've worn them with trousers, skinny jeans, and tights. They are lined and the leather seems at least somewhat sealed, which makes them more functional but bulkier than my pricey, vegetable-tanned leather boots. They have decent support and a soft footbed, but a rather wide arch and heel that slips on me. The width of the toebox is true to a regular width shoe. I am a pretty true size women's 10.5 and these feel a bit long. I tried sizing down to a 10, but that was too small. I'm going to buy heel inserts and wear them with socks in the winter because these are the exact look I wanted, and come in a harder- to find size 10.5. =)

Ordered these in the Taupe color and there is a powdery substance around the bottom similar to that white stuff sprayed on Christmas trees -- really unattractive and ruins a perfectly good bootie. The wide width is a true wide and is a little roomy for my slightly wide feet. Overall, great boot if it didn't have the white stuff.

Nice fit, but the sole is hard and makes a lot of noise on hard floors. The previous version had a softer quiet sole.

Slippery outsoles. No grip. Doesn't work for.

Great if your whole foot is wide! For context, this is the first Softwalk product I have ever tried. I have a wide foot and average/narrow heel, and my size is technically 8.5 extra wide, though I often wear 9/9 1/2/10 for width and comfort. I tried on this shoe wearing a medium thickness sock - good for the fall or rainy weather. The toe box was generous and comfy. However, the width all the way to the ankle was a surprise to me. The width is extra the entire length of the shoe and my heels would not stay in the shoe when I tried them on. So just writing this review to inform others who may be surprised by the ankle width!

They were comfortable, but the color of the boots was too close to my skin tone and it looked weird.

This shoe runs quite big. I usually wear a size 12 and even a size 11 was too big.

These are exactly what I was looking for and fit great BUT the toe "structure" was very hard and my foot rubbed on the outside edge. I don't have a very wide foot but could tell that it was going to not work :(

There was way too much arch support in this for me, very uncomfortable to walk in. Also the shoe was really loose around my ankles. I ordered the black bootie, which shows to have a black sole in the picture, but it does not, it has a tan sole.

I used to love the Rocklin shoe. I've purchased three pairs. When I first started buying them, I was a 12W and it felt a little tight. The recent pair I bought was a 12W and it felt far too wide, so I picked up the 12M. While it fit my foot well, the ankle section felt loose on. It didn't hug my ankle at all and it felt like the shoes would flop around. Sad because these have been my go-to comfortable shoes! It's possible the leather ones would work better; maybe they would be tighter than the suede I bought.

These boots were obviously worn by someone else. They didn’t fit so I’m sending them back. I was surprised to received such a used item.

Beautiful boot but too narrow to be comfortable. The arch was in just the right spot for me.

The picture shows black leather boot with black heel, I ordered twice and both times I received black with brown heel and sole. I didn’t care for that at look at all. They were also a bit big, but with proper fit I think they would be very comfortable if you are looking for a very plain low heel boot.

Beautiful but my foot is swimming around in them. I will try these 1/2 size smaller. I love the snake print detail in the back and hope the smaller size works out.

The bootie is fine, but didn’t love the look, on. Toe just didn’t look stylish.

I have problem feet and these boots did not have enough softness inside or arch support.

I like the style and the comfort was very good. Because of a bunion and hammertoe, I order on the larger side, my foot isn't wide but my issues make me choose styles that are not tight in toe. They look nice on but there is a good inch in back of both shoes, I would walk out of them. I wanted to keep them because they are soft and stylish, I don't know if ordering a regular size 11 versus 11wide would make a difference, but I am returning them, I do wish they would have worked.

Cute boot but way to big in length and around the ankle. I couldn't walk safely in them they were so big.

The toe was a bit too narrow, and the heel was too wide, so they kept slipping in the back. So neither a smaller nor a larger size would work. I have never ordered this brand before, so now I know that the fit does not work for me.

Love this bootie. Great neutral color. Comfortable on the foot, but I have skinny legs and ankles and would need to wear very thick ankle socks, all the time.
