Way small! I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear and they were too small still. My toes were hitting the end, and that was without thick winter socks.

All in all a great boot. I am returning it for the following reasons however: - dug into my ankles at the back too much for it to be comfortable - didn’t like that the fluffy lining was not on the tongue of the boot (only on the sides). I was worried snow or wind would come in and I had to make them very tight to avoid this.

Nice warm boot but they do run a half size too small. Tighter than normal in the toe box. Bought them for my girlfriend and she has smaller feet and they still felt tight to her.

I think these are really cute boots. I didn't read carefully enough that these were just laces, I was hoping for the cinch/toggle kind for a faster getting them on experience. The boot rubbed a little at the top of the heel. Returning this for a different toggle pair, but love how these look!

Felt about 1/2 size too big for me and I usually wear an 8.5

The shoe is probably a little. Offer than I expected, it hits the back of my heel in an awkward way but overall I love it and it’s very warm!!

I love these boots! They are well made and comfortable. A touch on the bulky side but well worth it for the quality. I know these will last a long time!

Overall style is good and very warm. Needed to order a full size up so I could wear thick socks. Cute and functional!

The boot is cozy. However, i'll have to return these as my heel kept sliding up.

I was advised by a friend to order these boots a half size smaller and I did. I am generally a 7 medium and the 6 1/2 fit just fine with a regular pair of socks. Obviously these are chunky looking boots, I wouldn’t want to hike in them, but they are great for snow and cold weather wear. Yes you have to bend down to put them on and lace them up. (They don’t just slip on). Zappos price was also a plus, and they offer free return shipping, also a plus. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased these boots to wear to the Snow Festival in Hokkaido Japan. I got the grey and white, and they are beautiful right out of the box. I wear thin socks usually and noticed that they were a little loose, but decided to keep them and wear thicker socks. In the end, they kept my feet dry, but my toes did get really cold after walking all day in the snow. Also, the back of the boots chafed the area above my heels so badly that I had to peel my bloody socks off at the end of the day. This could be because they were slightly loose, but I am very disappointed that they weren't comfortable because they really are gorgeous boots! I would recommend getting some moleskin and wearing it on your heels if you're going to be doing a lot of walking in these (just in case).

These came just in time for below zero weather. These boots are super warm! And look just like the pictures. The fit is a little roomy, but the boot is very comfy, flexible and not heavy. Very happy with these.

I'm still deciding whether to keep these. They are very cute, but they are uncomfortable when you first put them on. The back of them are very stiff and almost pushing your foot forward. I wonder if they will break in though. Fits true to size.

I usually wear a size 7. I ordered a 6 1/2 and they fit perfect. They are bulkier than I thought but great in the snow. Worth it.

I love the look of these boots, and ordered a couple of versions of them to try. They are super rugged but also super heavy. I think they would be excellent in deep and heavy snow. I have fuller calves, however and they didn't close well enough in the front for me.
