I ordered these boots a half size smaller than my normal size as per recommendations and they were perfect. They are the warmest boots I ever owned and they look really cute with jeans and leggings. They are easier to slip on and off the more you wear them. I love Zappo's they arrived so quickly and I wore them the next day. Great purchase I am going to order a pair for my daughter as well.

I'm still deciding whether to keep these. They are very cute, but they are uncomfortable when you first put them on. The back of them are very stiff and almost pushing your foot forward. I wonder if they will break in though. Fits true to size.

I usually wear a size 7. I ordered a 6 1/2 and they fit perfect. They are bulkier than I thought but great in the snow. Worth it.

The boots fit nicely without being too heavy. Great for the snow and walking around in bad weather in the city.

I knew it when I ordered them but I guess I had to see it again.... this style of boot is just so clompy and big. I just can’t do it ... my feet are kinda big anyway and in these boots they look like buckets - cute buckets !... but still buckets :( sorry I have to return

I love the look of these boots, and ordered a couple of versions of them to try. They are super rugged but also super heavy. I think they would be excellent in deep and heavy snow. I have fuller calves, however and they didn't close well enough in the front for me.

These boots are lovely! True to size with enough room to wear some thick, comfy socks as well. Super cute to wear with some jeans, and comfortable enough to wear during travel. They were easy to get on and off too. I'm ready for the Hokkaido Snow Festival in Japan!

These boots fit wonderfully. They are super stylish and I feel like I’m walking on a cloud! Also, my feet are warm in below freezing temperatures. I don’t want to take them off - ever!

These boots fit just right, keep my feet warm in zero degree weather, and look super cute! This is my first pair of Sorels and I am a huge fan.

These boots seem like warm and are comfortable too. My issue with them is that they are narrow in the shaft for wide calves. They fit ok, but the white lining at the top doesn't go all the way around so the visual is that they don't look like they fit. They kind of scream "giant calves!!" by calling attention to the fact that the lining doesn't wrap around.

These boots are quite heavy and clunky. I have pretty long, skinny feet and I felt like they were moving around inside the boot which was rubbing my ankle the wrong way. They are very sturdy and well made, just felt heavy and awkward on my feet.

Ordered and tried on at least 10 different pairs and styles of Sorels and Uggs and this was by far my favorite. I needed a waterproof boot I could wear during big snow storms, talking 3 feet or more. These were stylish, comfy and warm. As with most sorel boots they are a bigger boot and run about a half size to full size large. Def not going to hit the night life in these, but for cute everyday winter wear... they hit the spot for me.

This is a perfect boot for winter weather. It's warm and cozy but I did find that it ran large.

I love them! I went out to shovel and didn’t even throw on a pair of socks and they were so warm.

While these boots are exactly what I wanted (I have a brown pair that are sooooo old) and they were very comfy the first 2 times I wore them, I am now finding the ankle is scrunching on my right foot in a way that's causing me pain. I'm hoping it was just the thin socks I wore. We shall see. I really hope so because otherwise I love them.

These boots felt like they were very warm and would be waterproof and good for the snow. I didn't love how bulky they felt at the bottom. They were very wide and I have a wider foot. They felt a little clunky when I walked in them. I think the style is cute and love the material at the top but they didn't lace up as snug as some others I have tried. I am going to look at other Sorel styles and send these back.

I ordered this as well as the Joan of Arc to try on for size and style. I ended up keeping these, they are just more practical than the others and are still cute. I needed boots for playing in the snow with my kiddos and wearing around town for errands and drop offs during winter months. I have a feeling these will last me several years based on light wear. I did order 1/2 size down based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. I tried them on with a regular athletic sock, I could probably fit a thicker sock as well but not sure it will be needed based on the warmth these boots provide. These are my first Sorels, so hopefully they are worth the money!

Great boot...but, alas, Sorrels are always loose in the heel.

I wear size 5 and bought size 5 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable, warm, and no snow got in. I shoveled my driveway in 30 degree weather, feet were dry and warm. Highly recommend, and I LOVE the blue color!! I wear ankle socks and the boots still keep the lower part of my legs warm.

Love Sorel boots ?? I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 in boots and 9.5 worked great for me in this boot. Great for wintery days with lots of snow - but needs to be worn with a thick sock to stay warm. Slightly pricey for what you get but I like the look better than other brands so I went for it and am not disappointed.

I purchased and returned several pairs of boots before finally sucking it up and spending the money on Sorels. My old pair of Sorels are approximately 25 years old and still in decent condition if you can believe that! But they're brown and I've always wanted a pair of black or grey ones to go with other outfits in the harsh winter months so I purchased these new ones in Pewter/Black/Metal Crush. I put them on and planned on wearing them around the house for a few minutes to make sure they fit well. THREE HOURS later I forgot they were one because they're as comfortable as my house slippers! You cannot go wrong with Sorels. Oh and here's a bit of advice about how awesome Zappos is...I found the exact same style, color and size on another merchant's website whose name I won't mention (also free shipping and returns), but the price was about 40 dollars less so I called customer support and they checked the site I mentioned and immediately gave me the same price. I had to purchase first at the higher price, but when the shipping notification came the price was the correct one to charge to me. Zappos every time, People!

Nice color & great quality. It's just a bit too clompy for what I want. I was hoping they were a bit more streamlined than my old Sorrels, but no. Too bulky for snowshoeing & no support whatsoever. Very warm & a bit more fashionable with the fleece cuff, but they're Sorrels.

I am usually a size 10 in almost any shoe, but I ordered these in a 10 first and they were too big. This time I sized down a half size and they fit perfect!

I normally wear a 6 to 6 1/2, so I ordered these in 6 1/2. While I do prefer a roomy boot of this type, I was swimming in them so had to return. I did not order a size down because I wanted to try a different style. Oddly, the tongue on this boot is just coated material, with no lining. I thought that strange for a winter boot, and would have preferred a fuzzy lining on the front at my shins. Thank you Zappos for your excellent return policy. Still looking. . .
