A little on the thin side but paired with a hoodie or crew neck it's nice. I wear it in the truck when plowing snow. Only out of the truck for a few minutes to shovel walks and it keeps me warm. Not too bulky for driving either.

Good to use in light raining/snowing day, light, warm and water proof

Love the fit on this jacket it's lightweight but also comfortable and gets the job done got it in black aswell

Very comfortable and lightweight. I got this because my son grew out of the other Columbia jacket he had and he wore it all the time and it never faded or got any holes in it either.

Very comfortable, warm, and good quality. The jacket has good protection against wind and rain and cool (not cold) weather.

I needed a more windproof version of my heavy sweatshirt. Came in very handy in fall fishing with a steady wind, without resorting to another layer. Should work out well for ice fishing as well.

This is my 2nd color of this jacket. I asked myself if I needed another one, and the answer was yes. It's not because my other one is worn, either. I've had that one for 6 years and it's still in perfect shape! Recently just took it as my ski jacket (with a sweatshirt underneath) to Utah. Also wear it in 60 weather in Louisiana. Not to mention, it's by far my best rain coat as well. So happy I bought another color!

My second one of these. The only downside is a single waist tightening cord. My old jacket had one each side. Not great but "okay".

This is my third Ascender. I believe it is of good quality and is perfect for the Florida climate. Anything less than 45f and I need the heavier Columbia jacket.
