I wore these on an early-season trip to Alaska. They were comfortable, and kept my feet dry. Ordered my normal size and was happy with the fit (albeit with substantial socks, as these run slightly wide and are designed to be worn with with winter socks). They offer little arch support, but could easily accommodate an insert. The upper portion of the shoe is excellent-quality, supple leather that hugs your foot comfortably if you lace it up correctly. I experienced no rubbing or new-shoe discomfort. The shoes were perfect from day one. Extra bonus points for being cute!

I bought these for the rainy spring and afternoon thunderstorms in Virginia and they do the job perfectly. They are rubber boots, so the feet will always be somewhat warm in them but they are not suffocating my feet. I am usually more a 7.0 than a 7.5 and I did well with the 7.5. The boots are snug over ankle in the beginning but widen fast. I love them.

Nice trim fit. I am a true believer in Sorel boots - I wear their snowpacks all winter. This would be a great boot for around town in mucky spring or fall weather as the fit was comfortable. I wanted something easier to slip into so went with another boot.The leather was a bit stiff for slip on. Also would like more sole for around the yard as we live on a mountain so very rocky.

I love these. They are stylish, comfortable, and warm. I am usually an 8 and have a slightly wide foot and the 8 in these were great.

It doesn’t rain much here to wear them, but they’re cute rain boots. I got lots of compliments on them.

So comfortable and stylish. Runs small. Normally wear size 6 women but ordered half size up, 6.5, and they fit perfectly. No warmth since they’re more like rain booties. Even still, love these Sorel boots!!

I ordered a half size up because of reviews, but needed to reorder my regular size. I love the fit, look, and comfort of these boots. My feet are wide, and I felt that the width on these was perfect for me. I took them to Ireland and used them to hike and I felt they gave good support and comfort for the full day of wearing them.

I love these boots! They are perfect lightweight snowy/rainy day boots. I originally bought half a size up from what I normally wear based on the reviews but they were a bit big so I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. They are initially a bit tight around the ankle (rubbed a little on my right ankle bone) but have stretched out after a couple days of wear. Highly recommend.

Normally I wouldn't bother to write a review on these since there are already so many, but I thought I could provide some clarification on sizing, at least from my experience. I typically wear between a 7.5 and 8 (if I'm being honest, my feet are two different sizes: one's more of a 7.5, the other's an 8). I ordered an 8 in these boots after reading a review from someone with the same shoe size. A lot of reviewers have said how small these run, but I would argue that the shoes themselves are not small, it's just the area that gets laced up. Straight out of the box, they're laced pretty tight. I couldn't get my foot in at first, but I just loosened the laces and they fit fine. The footbed is very comfortable: I feel like I could have even tried on a 7.5 and they probably would have fit. I've been wearing these for the past three days (I live in MN and it's currently the middle winter, I also walk everywhere), and have had no problems with discomfort, blisters, etc. The rubber does make your toes a little cold if you're outside for awhile, but you can just wear some warmer socks. The outer sole on these is really great: I've been walking on pure ice and haven't even slipped! Overall, very cute, comfy, and practical for sloppy, icy weather conditions.

Very comfortable boots! Perfect for a rainy day! I feel like these are true to size. I wear a 6.5 in most shoes. I ordered a 7 because all the other reviews said they run small. The 7 fits just fine. I feel like I could have gone with either size and been okay.

Super Cute. Little stiff when first trying on. They do run small. Wish I would have listened to the reviews. I normally wear 9.5 and thats what i purchased, they were very tight! (I have 9.5 in the Sorel Joan of Arc so I thought I would be ok) Recommend going up at least a half size, maybe even one full size if you plan on wearing thicker socks.

Love these boots. They are my go to boots this winter. They look great with a pair of skinny jeans. I wear them in the snow and my feet are always warm (even with a simple ankle sports sock.)

Love these boots! Great for cold rain, and even slushy weather. Good traction and great for walking longer distances as well!

Felt narrow when I first put them on, but after my first week with them- they have molded to my feet and I love them!

Definitely reminds me of my caribou's from way back when. I had to try them even though only three people out of 100 had them work out. I love them. I'm a size 9 so I ordered a size 10 and they fit nice. My foot isn't uncomfortable at all. The leather around the ankle will need some breaking in but I've been able to loosen it up from my couch. I wore them out and they were fine.

Great boot! I wear a 6. Ordered a 6 and a 7 due to the reviews saying size up. I ended up keeping the 6. They are stiff at first but I think with wear, they will break in be perfect. Super cute! Thanks, Zappos!!

Adorable, high quality boots. Definitely run small- I got my normal size, returned for a half size larger and can only wear with thin socks. In WA state though, these are great for allllll the rainy 30-60 degree days. I've just been wearing them with leggings/skinny jeans and switching between socks that don't show and taller socks. Harder to style taller socks with these but that could just be me :)

The "Out and About" boot is an all weather boot/shoe and will not be too warm worn in the summer months. I bought these boots in the Dark Mountain (navy) & also the black. The boot is waterproof and I have worn them since back in the fall. Comfort level is excellent with moderate arch support. I had to size up a half size for the perfect fit and you have to consider the sock factor taking up room too. Plenty of toe box room and this boot is like wearing waterproof, light as a feather, rain boots. To me, they feel like walking on air, just about. I wouldn't wear them in deep snow, but a light snow would be fine. I absolutely love these boots and so glad I can depend on them to keep my feet dry, or even to wear when it's not even raining works too.

I love these shoes, but I'll admit that I needed to work on them a bit. First, they are--as someone else noted--VERY flat, almost a negative heel. I resolved that by putting a "gel" heel support in. Second, it's true that the uppers are very stiff. I thought about lining certain parts with moleskin, but instead I just wore them around the house with thick socks for several days; they have now softened up enough to wear for many hours with regular or thick socks. They are drop-dead cute and fun, and they are keeping my feet dry and comfy in rain and small amounts of snow. I'm delighted that I bought them and kept working with them to get them to where I needed them to be.

I absolutely love these boots! I have been searching for months for a casual, stylish, durable boot, and these check all of those boxes. They are very wide at the top so don't expect them to fit tight around your ankle. They are also very narrow so I had to order a full size up. My foot does move around a lot in the boot, but it doesn't bother me at all. Just don't expect to go for a run in these boots. I am a 7.5, sometimes an 8 and I ordered an 8.5. The length is true to side, but because of the width you have to order up. Order them, you won't be disappointed!

I just ordered the third pair of these booties. I normally wear a size 9. Previous reviews said they run small so I order a 9 1/2, I couldn't get them on. I exchanged them for a 10, still too small. I'm hoping the 10 1/2 fits. The styling is cute & feminine and I love Gypsy (red) color. I have the Carly boots from last year and love them in a size 9, I just wish there was consistent sizing within the Sorel brand.
