I wear a size 10 and this boot felt a full size too small. Also, no arch
support whatsoever, no interior padding, no insulation. Design of the sole made my feet roll inward when I walked.

Sadly, I had to return these boots. They are really cute and really uncomfortable. The top irritates the skin of my leg, even when completely loosened. There is a seam on the back of the heel that irritated my right foot. The toe box is way too tight, even though I bought the boot a half size bigger. I had more length than I needed but it was tight in height and width. The flatness of the arch didn't bother me, as I wear orthotics. All of the above mentioned comfort issues were present whether I had my orthotics in or not. I hope Sorel with consider an Out'N About II for next year, because I do like the look of these boots and think I would wear them a lot if they were comfortable. I also have Joan of the Arctics and they fit fine.

I currently have 4 boxes of these shoes sitting in my room, and literally none of them fit. I initially ordered a size 11, since I tried on the 10s in some store and they were way too small. Well, the 11s are HUGE, but no sweat, that's just my bad. So, I exchanged the 11s for a 10.5, and was sure this switch would be the final step in owning these shoes. But, of course it could never be that simple, and when the 10.5s arrived, the right shoe was waaaayy smaller than the left, even though they were both labeled as a size 10.5. I then exchanged this pair for another 10.5, because I knew the 10s would be too small still. When the new pair came, they were HUGE, like equivalent to the size 11s I had already exchanged, but yet again, both shoes were labeled as 10.5. Finally, Zappos just gave me my money back and sent me another pair of 10.5s for free, which I'm grateful to them for their amazing customer service, but I just got the new shoes today, and ran into the same wonky size issue-- the right foot feels like a size 11, and the left feels like a 10.5. I'll be returning all of these, but I just wanted to warn people of this, because I've never had this absurd of an online buying experience.

Should have believed the reviews. This boot fit a whole size too small for me (even though I'm a 8 1/2 and went up to a 9) and it fit strangely - toes curled up like an elf boot. There is no arch support and the tongue of the boot actually hurt my foot when I tried to put on and take off the boot. I don't think it was well made at all. Definitely not worth the price. So, back it goes!
