Front of shoe too narrow although heel was fine. Need the old "combination last". Please attend to this as narrow shoes are hard to find and I do want to buy your shoes.

I have foot issues and wanted something comfortable to wear to work - I thought these looked okay online and they fit nicely (I run narrow). But a co-worker saw them on my feet and said, "Oh, no, those are old lady shoes. Even I wouldn't wear those." She is an environmental scientist, very practical, and oh yes, she is 86. Back they go.

very comfortable shoe. Had to return because the lining is not good. Big gouge out of it in one shoe. Trotters needs to inspect their shoes better before trying to sell. Not paying full price for defects. This is second pair of these ordered. The first pair were scuffed on heels and had small debris in soles, not Trotters fault. Finally find a pair I like and are comfortable and now have none after 2 returns. Won't try again because only 2 pr. were available and I would get the first pair back with scuffs if ordered again. Can't win on this one.

So disappointed -- photo/description sounded just like what I need: comfort, style, ballet type flat. Unfortunately, not comfy, not a good fit for my narrow, thin feet.

This is a very cute but narrow shoe. I'm glad I had a hunch and ordered the wide alongside my normal medium width. I am keeping the wide but returning the medium.

Nice low profile shoe, but not right for me. They slip off my heel when I walk. The strap is too far forward to help and the heel is uncomfortably rubby but not grippy.

I wanted to keep these shoes. They are comfortable and would be great for travel. My problem is that the strap could not be tightened enough to feel snug on my narrow feet. If the strap were a little shorter and fully backed with Velcro, I could have tightened it enough to feel comfortable.

I need a comfortable walking shoe for an upcoming trip which will feature cobblestoned streets etc. But also wanting something a bit stylish for dressup in the evenings. Unfortunately, this shoe is too wide for my foot even as N. I confirm that they don't have a S(slim) in the same style/size. It's going back. Length was NOT the problem.

These are quite cute and feel comfortable to start. I wore them around the house for a bit and decided to keep them. Unfortunately, one day at the office and I had sore spots on both heels. Wish I could return them.

This is a very comfortable shoe and a fairly attractive mary jane. However, the quality is disappointing. By the fourth wearing, about three inches of the decorative stitching on the center top of the shoe came out, leaving a large loop of wavy thread dangling across the front of the shoe. I trimmed the thread and the string has not continued to unravel, but the missing thread across the top of the shoe is very obvious. I'm not sure that I would buy these again, due to the quality issue.

Buyer beware. Just received these shoes yesterday. Tried them on and they are way to small. Width is very narrow, size is about 1 size too small. I always buy 9 Extra Wide, these are like a 8 Narrow. They are very nice to look at, and looks as if they would be comfortable. I am returning them tomorrow. Will try something else.

Very odd fitting shoe. Very flat. No support for me. A very weird, flat color...almost a charcoal rather than a true black. Strap was too long and not adjustable. This shoe gaped on me at the sides. Very uncomfortable.

These shoes were so cute, and had such good reviews that I really wanted to like them. I bought multiple sizes and multiple colors in the hopes that I would find my new favorite shoe. Unfortunately, while these are very cute shoes and have potential, they ripped up my feet. The size 7 was too big (which was expected as I'm a 6 - 6.5), and the size 6.5 appeared to fit perfectly. However after wearing them for just a short amount of time I found blisters on the back of both heals. Still, determined that these would be my new shoe, I tried another color thinking maybe they would fit better. This next pair seemed to feel better, but again I got a huge blister, this time on the side of my foot. Now I have three blisters on my feet making all shoes painful to wear. I'm back to the drawing board.
