Love the shoe. So comfortable but the right shoe bites into my heel. Otherwise fabulous.

I ordered 3 different brands of flats, all the same size. One was too small, one too big, and this one just right. My feet were immediately happy when I put them on. There is moderate support throughout and they feel and appear well made. Small break in period but overall very happy.

I was taking a chance on these flats with their Mary Jane-like style, but I am pleasantly surprised. They fit great out of the box, and are very comfortable on my feet. Of course shipping was super fast. Great service.

Found the leather on top of shoe not as soft as I need & back of shoe rubbled against back of foot above ankle. Spacious toe box & not too narrow or short. Wear an#8 and ordered #8

Shoes fit well but were very stiff and a little uncomfortable.

The strap over the top was too long - the velcro didn't reach to keep the fit snug, so it was very loose. Am returning.

I ordered this shoe in my normal size and it was much too large; I then ordered a half size smaller and it was still too large! I'm fairly confident that the next half-size down would work, but it's out of stock. The length was the main problem, with gapping off the back of my ankle. I ordered standard width though I have slightly wide feet, and the toe box accommodates this well. The shoe is attractive and otherwise felt very comfortable when I put it on. I'm hoping someone returns the right size.

I am happy to be able to find a 3A extra narrow. They could use a little more padding but overall they area good shoes. My husband and 15 year old daughter thought they look a bit old fashioned. With trousers they look ok but I wish they have other models with the same toe box, square and comfortable.

Warning: these are salmon/coral colored in actuality, not red. Huge disappointment, so I have to return them. But they fit great and are true to size.

Comfortable shoe, not high style but not too young for older adult; nice leather, strap not quite high enough on instep to hold it on well but helps; toe box is wide enough though a little shallow so won't work for hammer toes; color is unusual 'muddy mocha brown', not sage which is green shade, but nice neutral color; good shoe for work I hope.

I ordered a Slim width; however, to get the shoe to fit across my instep I had to adjust the velcro strap to the point that it hit the ground. Beware, the Bisque color is very yellow.

I first ordered a size 10 but returned them to get a size 9.5. I should have returned them for a size 9 but wore them so they are a little big. The red color is not very bright, kind of subdued but nice. They seem to run large.

Nice basic flat. Accommodates my orthotics well. The best ever? No, but definitely a wardrobe staple.

I really like the shoe, but I got the wide and after I tried it on I realized my foot would slip around too much in it. I am going to exchange for regular width.

Nice shoe, comfy for my size 5 foot. After 1 minute of wearing though, I could feel it rubbing on my heal. Too bad. I like the shoe.

These are a cute, casual style that looks comfortable but looks can be deceiving. I kept them but can only wear them short periods. There is a seam on the heel that rubs a blister if I do not cover that spot with a Band-Aid. We are breaking each other in and it is getting better as the leather softens.

These are very cute on my very wide foot. They look good with both dress slacks and jeans. This was my first Trotters purchase and I will definitely be back. I ordered 3 pairs and this was the one I kept.

Really comfortable casual shoe that also looks nice with slacks I wear to work. The color is a very nice dark blue. The strap gives it a sassy look.

These are soft and comfy to walk in, although I had to add heel pads and an insert to make them fit my narrow feet. I've worn them to work and to a conference that entailed lots of walking and they stayed comfortable all day. I think they look super cute on my feet as well!

Shoes were very comfortable. I have three pair. Color does not hold up .pumpkin color rubbed off when cleaned with saddle soap. Other two pair showed signs of color change on first wearing. Dont know what to do about it. Need a color restorer or polish.

Even though these shoes are cute, my heel slipped up and down with each step. My heel is pretty narrow, and with the strap more towards the front of the shoe, it just didn't work for me. The front of the shoe was fine, but the heel: too wide.

This was, I'm sorry to say, even more hideous in person than it is online. I ordered the sage veg (read: brown) color and it was a gross, tannish-grayish brown. The toe is very square and not at all flattering. The size I got was too big (I ordered size 12. I am a size 11.5 but 11.5 doesn't exist because apparently companies don't recognize that women with big feet might still have subtle size differences). I just didn't like it enough to bother trying the size 11.

I like the style of these and was hoping the Mary Jane strap would help keep them on. I walked right out of them and they were extra long besides. I ordered my usual size 9.5 but they were and inch longer than my foot. I like the squarish toe and the offset strap. The sides of the inside are lined with tricot. The insole is not removable. An OK shoe if you can get a fit.

I wasn't thrilled with how this shoe looked in the picture but decided to try it anyway. I was looking for a business-casual type shoe to wear with skirts and dress pants and wasn't thrilled with the strap to begin with so they kind of needed to wow me. The shoes were quite comfortable and the strap kept my heal in place comfortably. I don't know if that would have been enough to keep them but the deal-breaking factor was the color. I got the color called "Sage" which looked medium brown in the picture. The sage color is actually kind of a taupe which I think looks terrible with both black and grey dress pants (what I would primarily be wanting to wear them with). If this is the color you want then great, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
