I absolutely love these shoes! I am a former runner who's been having a hard time getting back into running after a long hiatus, mostly due to aches and pains from pounding. These shoes make me feel like I'm running on gummy-candy, they're so bouncy! No aches and pains whatsoever. I can't say enough good things about them.

I am very happy with the Hoka Clifton. I ordered a 10.5 having never tried the brand on before. I usually wear a 10 in a woman's shoe and athletic shoes tend to run a half size small on me. I have plenty of room and decided to keep them instead of returning them for extra toe room. The shoe is a nice snug fit in a B width. Love these shoes and my feet love them even more! This is my new running shoe!

I LOVE these shoes. Over the years, I've slowly gone from purchasing shoes with minimal cushioning...from New Balance Minimus Trail to Mizuno Wave Riders to Brooks Ghost and finally, to these! Each time, I felt like I had found the right shoes. Now I know that I have. The cushioning and easy ride has made it feel like I am running on a cloud. Recovery has also been a breeze. I'm normally a 6 in other running shoes. Bought a 6 in these, but could've gotten a 5.5. The 6 still works for me. Hoping for more color options in the future!

Amazing! I live in Fit Flops and was hoping to find a supportive shoe that had lots of cushion - this is it! Works with my bunion and hallux rigidus (arthritis great toe) - feels like you are running on a massive cloud of support! Fit true to size - love them!

These shoes have been a lifesaver for me. Suffered a Lisfranc sprain and broken metatarsal over 7 months ago and was making very slow progress. The cushion/support in these allowed me to start walking and even running again. Love them. I've had people ask me if stability is an issue with the built up heel and it is not. Great stability, even used them hiking moderate trails in AZ.

This runs big! I usually wear size 8½ to 9 running shoe, these were size 9 and way too big. I am hoping that 8½ is not too big also?! Or, maybe all my other running shoes run small?

Really liking these. With a very old knee injury that has finally ended my high-impact activities, I'm finding outstanding support and comfort with Hoka. I've been a loyal Asics fan, nothing against them...but my knee is happy!

Most comfortable shoe ever. Honestly, this shoe makes me run faster -- to the point I am now run-walking. I have a slightly wide foot and have usually been wearing a Brooks 8wide but these fit so nicely. Even just walking, these are better than any shoe I have had. For serious runners, this could be your speed work shoe. I still like my Brooks but I like having another go to pair.

Most comfortable shoes I've owned. Really cushion the impact on my joints. Choice of second insert made them perfect for my narrow feet. I am not a trail runner. Use these for walking, mostly on pavement. The color (coral) really gets noticed. Not sure if that's good or not, but I really like the way they look.

I am really enjoying my Hoka running shoes. The fit is exactly as I had hoped and they are the lightest running shoes I have ever had. I appreciate the extra comfort especially running downhills.

I bought this shoe based upon all the great reviews and after a total of 5 hours of running in them over a few weeks, I am more than pleased. Ecstatic. Two friends have since purchased a pair and had the same great experience. I've had years of Achilles tendonitis and arthritis, but after running in these shoes I have no lingering pains. I can't say enough good things about them; don't hesitate to try them!

I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks. I walk a lot. They are wonderful. It's like walking on a cushion. In my walking shoes I always buy a half size larger than my regular shoes. I highly recommend if you need cushioning. Of course, Zappos service and delivery is the best.

I bought these sneakers on a recommendation from a runner who has foot issues. I had surgery on my foot two years ago and could not walk with out pain never mind run. These sneakers are a godsend! They are so light and comfortable, it is like walking on pillows. I am now running four times a week about three miles and cannot say enough good things about these sneakers. I normally take a size 9 but having read reviews it was suggested to go down half a size and I am glad that I did. These have been a life changer for me and I just ordered another pair!

These are so cushion-y (I know that's not a word but that's how I can best describe them)! I had heard great things about Hoka as a brand but that most of their models are "heavy". When this lightweight model was introduced I jumped at the chance to try them out. They took a little getting used to since I was transitioning from a shoe with a 12mm drop but even while my calves and feet adjusted to that change, I immediately felt relief in my knees from wearing these. Now that I've put in about 30 miles on them, these are my go-to running sneakers. My knees (and feet) are very happy! Also, just a note on the sizing: I ordered both my regular size and a half-size down and ended up keeping my regular size and I'm glad that I did. I'm not sure why so many others commented on them running so big other than maybe just that the style is different than other shoes.

Super light with great comfort. Recovering from knee surgery -- this shoe provides the best cushion which has lessened the impact when I run. My knee feels great. I have other brands and when using them I have issues after running. I have purchased two more pairs of these for my shoe rotation.

I love these shoes. They are very light but tons of support. I will be buying another pair.

Zappos.com has the best customer service of any internet company I have ever experienced. More companies should follow what Zappos is doing. I bought these shoes too small and in 3 days I had my new ones, amazing! Shoes are awesome, super light with tons of cushion. I would recommend sizing down a half size as they run on the big side. I usually wear a 9.5 in running shoes, but only needed a 9 in these. I had read some other reviews where they said to size down a whole size and I thought this wouldn't be a bad idea since I have a narrow foot. So a half size is probably all you have to go down.

I love Hoka's so excited that Zappos carries them. I have the Kailua and the Bondi, they run large. I ordered the Clifton 1/2 size smaller and they still felt too big. I sent them back. I reordered in a size 7. They are a smidge to short so I do need the 7 1/2. Better to be a bit large than too small. But I love them, they are the most comfortable shoes and so easy on my old knees. Can't wait to receive the 7 1/2 (again).

Love these running shoes! I have become a huge fan of Hoka in the last year or two. I train year round for marathons and run thousands of miles a year. I used to wear Brooks Glycerin exclusively, but these shoes offer the same level of cushioning and they are much lighter. Best of all, I run faster in Hoka's. I just ordered the Clifton in another color. Can never have too many pairs of running shoes, right?

I have a fused ankle. This shoe is the best I have found. True to size and so lightweight. Highly recommended.

Ultra light and comfortable with great cushioning. After 2 knee surgeries these are the best shoe for me. Best cushion and stability. The platform feeling takes a little getting used to but after one run you're over it -- they are so good I have 3 pair to change daily.

My first Hoka's Out of the box very comfortable and cushy. So far just walking around the house, or should I admit to dancing! These feel good. Love the additional pull loop at heel. FYI I wear 6 1/2 wide. I ordered the 7 and plenty of room.

These shoes are so incredibly comfortable right out of the box that I can hardly believe it. I usually wear a size 8W and purchased a side 8.5 in this shoe and they fit perfectly. I am a middle-aged woman who would not be described as waif-like if you catch my drift. These shoes make me feel like I'm walking on air, and seem to be helping with my occasional knee and lower back pain. I know they are a little pricy, but buy them anyway!

Going from light minimalist shoes these are perfect. Super comfy but still the fast feel. Love them. Have also had the Bondi's and these don't have the 'clown' feel running in them. Did order a half size down from normal running shoes, fit big.

I have orthopedic issues in both knees and was having difficulty walking. A combination of medical treatment and these shoes have allowed to walk virtually pain free. I would recommend a SHORT break in period before wearing them all day. I am on my feet for 10-12 hours at a time.
