I love purchasing from Zappos!! I just got an awesome pair of Brooks, but they pinch my left toe something terrible! Thanks to their 365 day return policy, I won't get stuck with an expensive mistake!

I love these shoes. They are comfortably wide enough and good long laces that are easy to tie - and keep tied. I am very happy with the stability, which is the reason that I picked these shoes.

So comfortable! It is unbelievably difficult to find a shoe for my WW foot with a high instep. I previously purchased New Balance shoes but read positive reviews of Brooks by individuals with my foot type. I decided to purchase. So glad I did! The cushioning and fit is fabulous. I love these shoes. Wish there were additional colors.

Happy feet at last! After reading several critical reviews I was afraid to order the DYAD 8 and ordered another shoe. BIG MISTAKE!!! I had been fitted in the DYAD 7 at a store that specializes in problem feet. I use custom orthotics in my shoes and I ordered the same size as the DYAD 7. I feel that I am more agile in the DYAD 8 the toe box is plenty roomy and the length is the same. WOW new shoes make a difference and never again will I wait 2 years to replace shoes. Than you Max and Zappos.

I read Tony Tsei's book about the culture of Zappos. Well, he walks the walk! I loved the book and was surprised and extremely pleased with the service, cooperation and the extra efforts to amaze the customer. I have and will continue to recommend and sing the praises of Zappos - my go-to for online shopping!

Got these sneakers and wore them to work the same day. Very comfortable which I need being a nurse on my feet most of the time. Finally found a sneakers that doesn't hurt my feet!

These have the most comfortable removalable footbed of any shoes that I have ever bought, combined with great gel cushioning make these extremely comfortable shoes.

This sneaker has the best cushioning than any I've ever had. I normally wear an 8EE in sneakers and boots but had to go with an 8 1/2EE in order to wear them with socks. Have not walked my 3+ miles around the park yet, but just doing my normal errands around the neighborhood has been like walking on a foam bed. My feet are thanking me like crazy! Try em - you'll love em. Thank you Zappos for your better than excellent customer service.

I have been wearing this style of Brooks athletic shoe for a couple of years and I love it. Your website was very easy to use. My order from Zappos was delivered in two days! I am very pleased with the shoe and your company!

This is a wonderful shoe for an older grandma type who has a really bad case of peripheral neuropathy and previous injuries to the left foot and leg. It has been increasingly harder to find comfortable shoes, especially for the left foot. I tried last month at Zappos, and a very helpful young man finally found a very nice Ryka sneaker (Sky Walker) with a memory foam insole. That felt wonderful except my left foot started screaming in pain! The shoe was as wide as it came but not wide enough for my swollen left foot! So I made another call to customer service and reached Helene who is an angel and she spent a lot of time with me and finally found a Brooks Dyad with a comfort insole that came in EE width which has turned out to be enough to accommodate my sore foot. Brooks always makes a great shoe, and this one is also very good looking, sturdy and comfort- able. I truly love Zappos!

Love these shoes! I have high arches and wide feet, trying to find tennis shoes that my feet won't hurt in later was hard. But these fit the bill all around and look good too.

Great shoes! I need a shoe in a wide width along with removable insoles for my orthotics. I've found them to be accurate in size and width. Very happy with these shoes and the great shopping experience from Zappos!

I love these shoes. I have extra, extra wide feet and I wanted something with padding and I need a neutral shoe. These are perfect. I tried the "zero drop" shoe and have created sciatic trouble for myself. I'm going to stick with these.

Fit as expected, arrived promptly. This was my first experience with Zappos, couldn't find this product through Amazon and my friend has raved about Zappos. The experience and product was everything they promised we would use Zappos again.

Love these shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and have gone through at least 8 pair of Dyad shoes. My feet feel much better when I wear them, which is almost all the time. This is the best color combination yet. I like the less intense colors.

These come in wide sizes for women and are designed for a neutral gait. There is also plenty of room for orthotics, which should be used with neutral shoes like this model. The Dyad 8 provides a lot of support without being heavy and they are very comfortable. The only other shoes like this to consider, in a wide width and having excellent support, are those made by New Balance.

Very comfortable shoe with great support in the forefoot as well as arch and heel. I use them for training and interval classes which involve jumping up and down and require that extra cushion and support for the ball of the foot. I have a narrow foot - wear 8 1/2 - 9 street shoe but 9 1/2 in this shoe.

Have been running in Dyads for 10 years. Love them! They were recommended for me by my friend who owned a running shop and was watching how I run. I usually wear a size 8, but I run in these at a size 9. I'm a distance runner so a lot of foot swelling.

These are great shoes! I tried and returned at least four other pairs (love the return policy Zappos!) until I found this pair that fits my orthotic, has great cushion, is wide enough to not pinch my toes and has some of my favorite pink in it!

Really like these shoes. I had the Dyad 7 and loved them also. After reading reviews about the 8 having a more narrow toe box than the 7, opted to order the 8 in a wide and an extra wide. I normally wear a wide. I kept the extra wide and returned the wide. Fit just as good as my 7's which I lovingly wore while training for my first half marathon. I have neutral run and have flat feet, highly recommend, they have a lot of cushioning too. Only criticism is they only come in one boring color

Love these shoes. Very good for people with wide feet and need arch support. I ordered a half of size bigger than I generally wear.

After chasing one of my dogs up the road in flip flops when some workers left the gate open, and spending most of my days on a concrete studio floor, I developed the worst case of plantar fasciitis I have ever had. Though it was resolving, I made apop ointment with orthopedic clinic and while they were sure I would fine, when I asked about shoes they sent me to running shoe shop to,asses my gait. They put me in the Dyad 7 labout a year ago this time, and it was a great shoe. I am lax, the opposite of pronating, which I also knew. I am NOT a runner, but pretty active, and after almost a year, I could tell the 7's were needing to be replaced. I ordered the exact size and width I was custom fitted in the Dyad 7. Since 7's have been replaced with the 8, I ordered it. Just arrived and I am thrilled, boy, I should have replaced the 7's months ago. Comparing Brooks to New Balance, etc as far as width, size seems strange to me, each company has certain lasts the use and this feels just like its predecessor in fit. Some shoes I take a 7 size, but a 7.5 in these and while I love a wide toe box and have many pairs of Keens, I was fitted in a medium width and never had any discomfort in width in the 7's, and it feels OK right now.

First pair I bought from my local running shoe store, which they fitted me for. (Wide foot, narrow heal.) Great for lateral movement exercises found in bootcamp class.

I love these shoes so much I'd marry 'em! I'm a walker and I work in a medical office doing 10 hour shifts. These shoes are so cushy, comfortable and supportive right out of the box. No breaking in period. You can't go wrong with Brooks, and these Dyad shoes are thick and cushy with a firm feeling of support. I bought two pairs. One for work, one for walks.

I have worn the Dyad 7 for several years and found them to be amazingly comfortable. The Dyad 8 is more stylish but the toe area seems to be narrower. I'm not a runner but wear them to walk and to the gym. While they feel good, the narrow toe is not quite as comfortable as the 7s . I wear orthotics and Brooks Dyad accommodates them nicely.
