This coat was exactly as I expected. It fits true to size - I'm a small but opted for a medium so that I could put sweaters etc underneath it, and it was a true medium. It looks and feels as described and is a good value option for winter weekends.

Bought it for my daughter for college when it's winter and she has to walk long distance. Very warm and not too bulky.

Living in the very cold Northeast, the parka is going to be a wonderful asset to my wardrobe. The quality is fantastic and what is even better is how very lightweight it is. I recently purchasd a fall jacket that is so warm and was anxious to order a winter parka. Your product is pretty hard to beat and would recommend these to anyone. I'm a customer for life.

Unfortunately the snaps on the pockets were almost impossile to open and probably would end up tearing. The zipper also got stuck several x. Which means it would be worse upon wearing. I have many North Face coats and they ally are excellent but this one had quality problems.

Cute style, but not wind proof. Neckline is good. I had to return it because it felt cheap and what is with the ‘puffy’ upper back material? It lends a hunchback look.

I use this product every day this winter season. It's warm, light weight, and true to size. My only issue was the feathers coming out. I had to put the coat in the dryer for 15 minutes every other week to slow down the shedding. Maybe I just got a defective one, but it's definitely an inconvenience.

I loved the style and color of this coat. That's why I was so disappointed that I had to return it. The coat stained so easily. I wore it for a couple days, and it had terrible stains on it just from normal everyday use. That never happened to me with my other North Face coats which I've had for years. Every time I used hand sanitizer or picked up my kids I got worried that I'd get a permanent stain.

This is an okay quality coat. I've had it for a few months and some feathers are popping out. Not waterproof or wind proof. Sleeves are too long.

It does keep me warm, get lots of compliments. Major issue is your hair mats up HORRIBLE from the hood. Needs a different lining to avoid this. It is a huge con to this jacket! I have to pull my hair into a bun to avoid this happening. It does fit a little small, my large Denali fits perfect and this is a little more snug. If you want to put a sweatshirt on under it you'll want to size up to be comfortable. I am also 4'11 and the length isn't bad at all as I worried it would be too long, right above the knee.

This coat is awesomely warm and comfortable- but the first time I washed it the sleeves and hood seemed to shrink which is quite frustrating.

Amazing jacket. Very warm and comfortable. The jacket just runs a little small. I would recommend buying one size larger for the best possible fit, especially if you plan on wearing anything under it.

I like the jacket, how ever this is the first winter I wear it because I got it last spring, and there's feathers coming out. I do I love the two way zipper.

Wish I liked this coat but there are many things wrong with it. First, the fit is boxy, so it fits very small around the hips and rides up while wearing it which creates a weird bump. second, i have had it for 2 months and the feathers are already coming out. Third, for this price, i would have expected a more durable coat but this one does not appear that it will last me as long as my other northface coats. It is warm but otherwise its the only pro I can mention. Unfortunately, i had to purchase a different coat because this one is just annoying to wear...

The length of the coat and overall style is great. The shoulders and sleeve cap are tight, and it restricts movement. For reference, I am 5' 2" 130 pounds, wear a 32C bra, 28" waist, 38" hip and I bought a size M, and its a little too tight over my shoulders with a sweatshirt, so I have to wear something lighter with this jacket. There's no way I should wear a large at my size and then the coat would be too big and I'd be swimming in it. The sleeve length is perfect for me, so if you're tall - size up. The feathers are also coming out of the fabric. I got a black coat and the white feathers are very noticeable and I expect higher quality from TNF. I'm definitely concerned it won't be very warm after a few years.

Delighted that it was light weight and good length. I wanted it to cover my knees. Size memdium: The top part fit beautifully but the bottom was snug. I told the rep my hip size 41" and top size 34" with 31" waist. I could not wear a sweater with layer underneath. Color: taupe. Online it looked sort of brown which usually is what dark taupe is. It was dark olive green. The color was lovely. However it did not matter becuase of the fit. I am not giving up! I just returned the jacket &ordered 2 others also in medium. The rep on the phone was lovely and patient with me.

It didn't work out for me. well made, warm & light weight.. but weird fit. I'm 5'1" 115 lbs. ordered small. looks good on front (waist line makes me look cute) ..., but not on back or side view. waist line make hip huge!!!. wish they make waist line adjustable like other jacket.

I asked customer service if logo was same color as jacket BEFORE I purchased. She told me yes. After I received garment this was not true. I do not like the flash of the logo, it detracts for me from overall seamless look.

This is a great coat but North Face really needs to start offering petites. The sleeves of my size Small coat reach my knuckles and I'm 5'3" tall.

I wanted to love this coat! I love the color and style, but overall it was just too large- too long, too bulky. I'm 5'3", about 105 lbs. and the XS was really overwhelming on me. (The XS in other North Face jackets has been better.) I think it's a beautiful coat, but the scale was just too big for me.

My husband brought my me a ThermA ball in medium and it was a little too big, he used the size guide. Once I got it I wanted it to fit tighter, I Returned it to the store and ended up gettin this Gotham Parka 2 (small) in black. I really like this one.

Did not like the styling of this jacket. It was gathered in at the waist in a way that made it flare out too much at the hips. Did not look attractive on me. I'm slim so shouldn't have been an issue.

This coat is 550 fill, I also have a 600 fill, but there is a difference! Still suitable for very cold days and the length helps. The coat is very cute. If you have long arms, find in store and try it on first. My sleeves just fit .
