Hubby decided he wanted to give these a whirl----Unfortunately they were not wide enough

I've been wearing Dansko for a lady 10 years. I'm on my feet a lot, wearing them 24 hr shifts at times! Overall, great shoes, but it takes few months for me to break them in!!!

As someone else here mentioned, I think Dansko has changed the sizing on this. I, too, had a pair of these for years until they wore out. The replacement pair -- same size -- came and were almost impossible on my feet, which have not grown. I sent them back and ordered one size up, which fit, but feel loose. Still, these are very comfortable shoes and I'd recommend them to anyone. Also, the Zappos experience is unmatched. Other online retailers could learn a lot from Zappos.

I ordered the 12-13 in wide - most places don't have the wide option. It's a little on the big side -- which is fine for this type of shoe only. There is no give, the sole will never bend, so having my foot rise out of the heel when walking is ok for a clog.

I really like these shoes and they have decent slip resistance. I use them in a factory floor where oil and water are always present in some places and have noticed they hold up well when exposed to them. The only complaint I have is the "staples" in the side come loose over time and I returned my first pair because I lost a few before noticing what was happening. Now with my second I periodically press them in as they come out as periodic maintenance. The shoes are very comfortable, but I do notice they rub on my toes, but nothing terrible. I love how I can take them off without using my hands and they stay put.

I found the arch support to be too high

I've always wanted a pair of these clogs but they didn't fit. I'm back to Birkenstocks. They are true to size.

Really nice shoe, just very tight. Will be returning for larger size.

Overall comfortable except the instep. Very low. If your instep is high, like mine, shoe will be extremely painful to wear. I am trying to stretch mine.

I really wanted these to work. I tried the smaller and larger sizes. The smaller one was too small. The larger one was too large. While they have great arch support, everything else is pretty much terrible. I was looking for a functional shoe that could support me for all day standing and walking. And while, I believe this shoe might have done that if it had fit, it unfortunately did not. Also, the heel cup is very shallow, maybe only 3/4" or so of shoe on the sides where the heel is - very very easy to slip out of these shoes. While, I understand that is part of the design, it was too extreme to be useful, at least for me.

Well, I nearly snapped an ankle in these within the first 10 feet of wearing them. Sending them back. I liked them, then I stood up. Maybe someone more nibble than I will like them.

I tried on the Pro, the Pro XP, and the XP 2.0, and the 2.0 was the best fitting and most comfortable for me. The Professional was too stiff, and too tight, whereas the 2.0 was great. I'm a 7 or 7.5 in most shoes with socks, so had thought I'd be a 38, as I am in Naot, but I'm definitely a 37. There's a huge jump in size between the two. With a 37 I can wear lightweight wool socks and they're perfect.

I have worn Dansko clogs for over ten years. Recently, I purchased new ones and when they arrived they were too loose around the instep. If the clog doesn't hold your foot snugly around the middle then your foot will slide forward and jam into the top of the shoe. Next I tried the narrow version of the same size. These turned out to be too tight. Did Dansko change it's sizing? What gives?

At 6'5", they seemed to add about an inch of height which is just awkward.

These shoes looked fantastic and I loved the extra inch they added to my height. I was surprised by the amount of noise I made walking around in them: squeaking on tile floors and clomping like a Clydesdale on wooden floors and stairs. Still I would have kept them if the [size wide] shoes were wide enough.

I tried to put on the shoe, and I could not get it on my foot. It was far too narrow, and full size smaller than the actual size listed.

I used to be able to wear a 48 in this Dansko clog. Now it got too narrow.

These shoes were very wide for narrow shoes, the Sanita narrow width fit perfectly.

These are well built shoes that provide great arch support. However the tops choke my feet despite having them stretched twice. I even tried three sizes larger and they all feel the same. I still will wear them hoping they would get better but three months later and the tops of my feet are literally numb after a 12 hour shift.

Too big. Walked right out. I wear an 11m.

Tight.

One shoe was smaller than the other. Left Foot fit perfectly. Right foot was too tight, almost has if it was a narrow fit rather than regular fit.

I wore these through a hotel opening and bled from the blisters they cause on my feet. Needless to say I didn't like them wish I ordered another size up

I rolled my ankle several times while wearing them at work. Returning them ASAP
