I'm an Executive Chef and on my feet for at least 10 hours a day and I love this shoe! I've been wearing Danskos for 15 plus years and wont buy any other shoe. But I have noticed in the past few years the shoe runs small so I started oredering 44 instead of 43 and they are GREAT!

I have been wearing this style for about 15 years now. I like them and they last a long time. However, this last time I bought them, the sizing was not quite right. I have sent them back twice and even the third pair does not fit quite right. I am not sure if Dansko is playing with the sizing.

Not the most stylish but boy oh boy...these shoes are the shit for support and comfort!!!!

Ordering from Zappos is the easiest ordering online that I have ever experienced. I order and within two days it arrives free of charge and if they do not fit mailing back is free!

I rotate 2 pair (oiled brown and oiled black). Best hospital shoe for standing in the Operating Room or doing rounds. You can consider breaking them in at home or have that extra pair in the office. They will mold to your feet and give great support for those with a high arch. My only improvement would be to have a thicker tread that will provide longer wear. I have a pair in the garage awaiting a trip to the cobbler.

I think my order was not properly sized. I can’t get either shoe on either foot. Waaaay too narrow to be wide. This is the first time I’ve truly been disappointed in a Zappos purchase.

Even the wide wasn't wide enough for my feet. Sanitas, until a few years ago, used to run very wide. I haven't found anything to replace them. I miss wearing clogs.

I used to wear Dansko clogs almost exclusively. But, and I decided to write this review after seeing another similar review on Zappos, I rolled my ankle wearing a pair of these and broke my foot bone into two pieces. I was walking along and I stepped on the edge of a large crack and when I put my weight down the shoe rolled off the edge of the crack and shattered my foot. It was brutally painful. The clogs are extremely comfortable and will keep your feel feeling fantastic after standing on your feel all day long but I'm scared to wear any Dansko clogs again after that last incident. I came back on Zappos today to consider buying another pair again but I have decided against it. Even though it was about 5 years ago now I'm still scared to wear them again after that.

The left shoe was too small and fit very poorly. It felt almost a full size smaller than it should have been. The right shoe fit fine but this is the second time I've ordered a pair of Dansko clogs and this exact same thing happened the last time I purchased these same shoes. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturing of these shoes but their quality has gone down hill.

They fit great! Cardiac meds make my feet very swollen and these are perfect and I'm very happy. Will buy another pair in brown.

I ordered the same pair about 10 years ago and it was time to replace them. I wanted the same size and width again because I'd obviously worn them out. 47 was easy enough for me to remember but wide or regular was anyone's guess because you are not able to find width or regular on the shoe. I worked out ordering a regular. It was based on instinct, because I felt like wide would be too wide. When the clogs arrived. It was a little tight on top of my foot, but true to the size 47 I'd worn for so long. There was way more room in the old clog because it had been broken in. I wet the leather inside and out with hot water and stuffed newspaper in them to stretch them out. This worked well enough and after day 2 at work in the Operating Room am still breaking them in but able to wear them for a ten hour shift.

Perfect size, as I wear a 10.5-11 in US sizing. I bought these to replace my precious Danskos that I’ve worn for years and years. I am a nurse so I am constantly on my feet.

The most comfortable shoes ever , can’t imagine wearing anything else to work ,recommend to people everyday and of course Zappos

This is the first pair of clogs I have ever owned, due to the fact that I'm a woman with long, slender feet. I ordered the narrow size and they seem to be ok, but still seem a bit wide. It's hard to compare (since these are my first clogs) but after working 16 hours in them yesterday my feet feel fine. I did also notice that they seem to help me keep better posture.

I have been wearing an aggressive rocker shoe for several years - heel spur, metatarsalgia, bunion, plantar fasciitis. You name it, I have it. To compound matters, I am a short woman with large feet. I wear a 44 and the few women's shoes in that size are too narrow. On a whim, I tried on a pair of Dansko clogs and was amazed at how comfortable they felt. I did have to add a metatarsal pad which meant I had to stretch them overnight for a few nights, but I would never have believed a shoe like this could be comfortable. I now have 2 pair (black and brown) and rotate them with my rocker sole athletic shoes. If the men's clogs came in other colors, I would buy them all.

I haven't yet had a chance to really break these in. But I wanted to mention one thing: the "antique brown oiled leather" looks NOTHING like the photo. They are so uniformly dark that, for all intents, they are black (or very, very dark brown). And they do feel tight across the top of my foot. But the arch support feels great, and I'm looking forward to using them.

I liked them until I tried to walk a few steps. Nearly broke my ankle by rolling my foot inward. After shaking that off, I realized that the shoe was pronating my foot inward. I returned them. Just my experience, your mileage may vary...

Big feet buyers beware. Don't even bother purchasing

Awesome shoes! Great customer service. First pair I had to send back because of the wrong size. My fault! But I was well taken care of by the service dept. received my new ones promptly and love them.
