I am so happy that I purchased these boots! I normally wear an 8 1/2. That is the size I ordered originally but then I had to return them and get a 9. They fit perfectly now. In addition, the process of returning my boots and getting the correct size through zappos was absolutely stress-free and convenient. I love this company and love these boots! They are warm, comfortable and practical.

These are okay, a solid B+ overall. I had been searching a long time...for something warm yet stylish. They are warm and comfortable but not the cutest things ever really.. and not as attractive as they appear on screen. They are WideE, very clunky and masculine-looking from the front. That little trim piece around the toe on the top is pretty evident in person and looks a bit odd as well. (I got the black ones.) The trim around the top is only about an inch thick and the shape dips down in back so you cannot fold these boots down to wear cuffed. I wear an 8 or 8.5 shoe, I normally like a 9 boot and that's what I got, but they are a tad roomy I think I would have preferred an 8.5 if they came in that size. I'd say they run true to your normal shoe size. I feel like I'll probably keep these for the price and we have snow here now I need something...but sadly I'm sure I'll be on the hunt again next year, as these are not going to satisfy my want for the perfect cute winter boot.

These are a nice-looking boot. They are probably more than I need in our moderate coastal California climate near San Francisco. They are really wide and require a super-thick sock, and when you walk in them they kind of bend in a weird way. I'd give them a 3.5/5 stars, but not a 4. I think they'd be great (4 or 5 stars) in snowy conditions like Lake Tahoe in winter.

Felt too bulky on my feet. Nice materials. Expect adequate warmth but will return secondary to poor fit for me.

Really cute and felt warm, but the lack of arch support was a no go for me.

the fit was excellent. my problem was that the sole of the boot was very sticky - i thought it could be a problem when walking. i am very disappointed.

These boots are absolutely adorable! Ordering up 1/2 size was good advise. The only problem, there is no arch support. Moderate support would be acceptable, I don't need much. I'd need to purchase insoles and for a product in this price range and quality, I'll return them instead.

I thought the fit was perfect and they looked great ... as in the pics ... I did return them because I'm usually buy a higher end boot with more support and I under-spent and felt the difference in comfort ... I have another pair of Columbia boots that are great but a half size too small.

These are clunky looking and the fit is boxy, not comfortable. They'll be returned.

Disappointed in the quality of these boots given it’s brand. These boots look and feel cheap. Columbia, you can do better than this!

These boots are super cute. I wanted to like them, but my heal moved up and down WAY too much.

footbed felt fine but the fasteners were uncomfortable; not enough cushioning separating them from my leg?

These are really nice looking boots, and I'm very disappointed to have to return them. But, they are far too narrow to allow room for my orthotics. These boots fit like a C width, not a wide width.

I loved these boots for about a year. Cute, comfortable. true to size, warm without overheating your feet and easy to put on. However they did not withstand heavy wet snow. My feet were completely wet, the boots soaked through the sole and membrane. They lasted less than a year. My previous pair of Ice Maiden boots stayed waterproof for almost 10 years.

The color and height of this boot was great. It was lightweight but not nearly enough lining inside the boot. The footbed was hard . It would not have been warm enough or comfortable for my needs. It felt about 1/2 size too big. Returned.

So bummed....looks great, but very narrow. Ordered 12w two times, no indication if it actually is a wide or not. Nothing on tag or any marking on the box. Very tight at ball of foot, and across. Also at heel doesn't fit well. Olive color looks great though, but back they go.

I can’t share the positive reviews, unfortunately. I found them clunky, lacking any arch support, and too stiff to be comfortable. I bought a wide width, needed for my forefoot, but my heels slipped.
