I like them a lot. I measured my feet and then went up a half size from what the chart said, based on reviews that they run small. I'm glad I did, because they fit perfectly. It's unseasonably warm today so I'll have to wait to see how they fare against our winters, but otherwise I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Great boots for the slushy, cold streets of Manhattan. Walk a ton in these as I live in the city. Keeps my feet warm and dry. Very cute too- and a bargain!! Like them much more than my Uggs and better arch support. Would highly recommend.

Lovely boots but, as other reviewers have noted, the size runs small. Order a half-size up. Also: If your feet are wide at the toe or you have bunions, unfortunately these boots are not for you. The attachment for the front lace hit directly on the ball of my foot. I give the boot five stars but it just doesn't fit my foot.

This is a great and comfortable boot, and I purchased it with the intention of being able to wear it outdoors in the snow (hiking etc). With that in mind, I do not find the shoe nearly warm enough. Admittedly, we are having a brutal New England winter this year, but after 30mins outside in the snow, my feet are freezing. I do have constantly cold hands & feet, but I have owned snow boots from Sorel and Merrill in the past and have not had issues with freezing toes!! In short, a great boot for moderate winter weather & running around town. They are waterproof and I will wear them rather than my Uggs in the slush, but they are not as cozy as I had hoped.

I purchased these boots a few months ago but held off writing my review until I had tested them in a New England winter. (And wow, what a winter we are having!). I had hoped these boots would work for outdoor hikes and snowy activities with the kids, but they are not warm enough for these types of activities. They stand up well to short walks in the neighborhood and walking my kids to/from school in the slush & snow, but after about 30mins my feet are just too cold. This despite my wearing smart wool/thermal socks. I do tend to have freezing cold feet & hands, but I have had both Sorel & Merrill brands in the past that have kept my feet way toastier than these shoes. So in summary, good for quick trips outside/general running around. My Uggs are a warmer boot, but these are waterproof and not destroyed by the slush and snow like the Uggs are. But if you are looking for a boot in which to do winter activities (hiking, snowshoeing), these are not warm or insulated enough for that.

Unfortunately there wasn't enough support for a pronated foot in this boot. If you don't suffer from pronating arches, this might be a good boot for you!

They are the most comfortable boots I ever had!!! I love the style and the color. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a pair of Columbia Ice Maiden boots for a trip I took to Montreal over the Christmas holiday a couple of years ago. I am happy to see that Zappos is carrying them again! I wore these boots the entire week I was there. They were comfortable from the "get go" - and kept my feet warm. I'm a Californian and am a baby when it comes to cold weather ;) There were four of us traveling together. I was the only one whose feet never got cold the entire time we were there - and the temperature dipped to -5F. I would definitely recommend these boots to people! They are stylish as well so you can't go wrong! I purchased the grey boots and they are beautiful!

Wearing these for the second winter and they are still looking great, performing like new, and still comfortable. As this was my first time purchasing Columbia boots, I was unsure how they would hold up over time, but I’m happily impressed! Money well spent!

Living in Florida I have never needed a warm water-proof boot until this week when we experienced freezing rain and temperatures in the 20s. I immediately went to Zappos and ordered boots in a variety of styles. The Columbia Ice maiden boot is cozy, comfortable and fashionable. On my into work this morning I was complemented on my boots. Now I have a new brand that I can search for and recommend to friends.

Uncomfortable boot..ordered 10-1/2...too short and there is no arch support...I would order an 11 but since there is no arch support I wont...thanks Zappos for your great delivery!

These are pretty cute and super warm and comfortable, but I like a wide toe box and these were squishing my last 2 toes and my right foot was actually touching the front of the shoe. I usually wear either a 9.5 or 10. I got these in a 10.

This boot has a chunkier sole than I expected. Good quality. Runs narrow.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots! So comfy and warm, yet don't make your feet sweat. I have plantar fasciitis and these have great support -- a lifesaver on long walks and also on hardwood floors. So cute and stylish too. A great value for the price!

great boots for price, unfortunately they were a gift and she already bought them the at a Zappo store

Great comfortable winter boot. Wore in Alaska with heavy socks and they kept my feet warm.
