First I would say that the marketing name of these boots is misleading. To me, "Ice Maiden" would imply that the boots have some kind of exceptional traction on ice. They DO NOT. The large cleats do provide good traction in the snow. To provide better than average traction on ice, sipes would have to be added similar to those on the soles of boat shoes. Secondly, the toe box area of boots is tight. This is becoming a recurring theme with shoes that are produced overseas. I purposely ordered a 11W boot as opposed to my usual 10M size to try to avoid a tight boot but it is still somewhat tight. If I wear thin socks or go barefoot the toe box size is acceptable. Thick socks, forget about it. The toe box area needs to be 1/8 inch wider and 1/8 inch higher. In conclusion, if I wear thin socks or none at all, the boots are very warm, somewhat comfortable and nice looking. I did add a set of elastic laces which makes getting the boots on and off a breeze.

First pair of Columbia boots! My boyfriend actually suggested them. He said they look great! I love them!!! Look good and stylish, not clunky. Pretty light weight. I wear a 8W in almost everything, and these fit great Keep my feet warm and nice tread. Works great so far in Indiana for 20-30 winds 15-20mph. And my feet were close go sweating with some slightly thin fuzzy socks. Very happy with this buy!

I purchased these boots after research for a trip to WY to snowmobile. They were great, my feet never got wet, even in 3 feet of snow.

I absolutely love the style, warmth and rich Carmel color of this boot! It goes well withs many colors of clothes, and I've received tons of compliments. The little fur detail and quilting is cute, too. Compared to my Columbia Women's Heavenly boot (which feels like a sneaker because the sole flexes a lot) this boot has a stiffer sole. I need a non-flexable, stiffer soled shoe or boot now due to my lisfranc foot injury, and this is perfect! Thank you Columbia!

I really like these boots! Very good versatility and quality, especially for the price. I can trudge through lots of snow and keep dry. After a long hike, they kinda rubbed my feet the wrong way, but can't complain since they kept me warm and dry throughout.

I freaking love these boots, l wear them outside and they're so comfortable that l wear them as house shoes! They cater for all occasions!

These boots are great!! Warm and waterproof and on top of that, very comfortable! I recently went on a 2 mile hike through the snow, up hills and they were so comfortable. Love them!!

I bought these boots after some on line recommendations for winter boots. I have had UGGS for a couple years that I wear into work. I wanted some boots that appeared a bit more stylish and had some support for walking in the snow. I have not been disappointed with these boots. They are supportive while walking in the snow and ice. They also are really stylish.

Love these boots. Very comfortable and warm. I typically wear an 8 but always size up 1/2 size for boots so I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly.

For the price, you cant beat this boot. I wanted something waterproof for the rough winters we get up here. These keep my feet dry and warm. My only wish was that there was more cushion inside, it's a bit hard.

These boots are the greatest/comfortable, sizing was perfect! I went on two hikes. One 6 mile in and out hike on a snow covered towpath, my feet were warm and dry. The boots did not look like I was hiking in the snow. I wore the boots on a windy wind chill day approximately 4 mile in and out trail hike, my feet were warm, no froze toes! I am very happy I purchased these boots, and your customer service person I talked to was very helpful in choosing these boots.

Awesome boot! These are the first pair I grab when I'm headed out and about. Warm, comfortable, stylish and great quality.

Great shoes. However, sizes run bigger. I should have returned for a smaller size but fuzzy socks do the trick. Overall i am happy.

Super cozy, cute, warm and comfortable! There is zero break in period. Great for hiking in the snow or cold. Not heavy. Excellent quality and stylish enough to wear anywhere.

These are the best winter boots that I've ever had! I live in Michigan, so it gets really cold and snowy here. My feet are always super toasty, but not so much that it makes my feet sweaty. I don't always wear thick socks with these either because they're so warm by themselves. They are also really comfortable and I can walk around all day in them. So glad I got these boots!
