I bought these boots end of season for an Iceland trip but then Covid happened and the trip was cancelled. Finally got to take the trip. I ordered these boots a half size larger for thick socks. These boots where comfortable while walking around town and light trail hiking. My feet stayed warm and dry. The night we saw the northern lights the wind was howling but my feet never felt any of it.

I have another pair of these boots that are fantastic, but these were obviously manufactured with different materials. Fabric is stiff, inflexible and even the lacings are way shorter that my other pair in gray. And toe box is marginally more narrow. Returning :(

Love these boots. I was looking for a pair that would not only keep me warm and dry but not be heavy and would be easy to walk in. This pair fit all that!

I wear a wide and this company was one of the few that had easily to find wide winter boot. I did order a half size larger for thick socks and glad that I did. So comfy and warm

I bought these for my daughter and we both love them! In addition to keeping her feet warm, they are quite stylish. I've traditionally purchased Sorrel, but these are way less clunky than Sorrel. I'll be looking into Columbia next snow shoe purchase.

These boots are so supportive and comfortable. I bought the heavenly boot for winter a few years ago and sprained my ankles wearing them. I thought I would try out these since they looked more supportive and I was not disappointed.

Warmer than my Uggs, New England winter's are brutal, i spend alot of time in the early mornings outdoors, because of my job, so my feet have to be warm all day, accompanied by alpaca socks it seems to work.
I'm not in them for a quick dog walk, or shoveling, if that were the case, i would have bought a cheap pair of boots somewhere else.

This review is for the 5.5M: They look great and fit well, however, just because I have an issue in one toe (Morton’s Neuroma) the Medium width seems a bit tight so I ordered the Wide ones and I’m keeping those as my toes have plenty of room. The interesting part is that I have some smaller hiking boots (5M) from Columbia and they are perfect for me.

Before ordering I read reviews. Suggested to order half side up if plan to wear thick socks. So I ordered 9.5 wide black boots. Fit is very good and since lace up able to fit on my wide calf.
I wore them when went to Longwood Gardens for their Christmas light display. No problems walking wearing thick socks and kept my feet warm.
Very happy with my purchase and well worth the money.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance running shoes. Have worn them for 10 years
