The fit was great if I didn't need to wear warm thick socks, I am exchanging my size 5.5 for a size 6. If you plan on wearing these boots say for snowmobiling you will want to go up a size or size and half.

Comfortable & warm but runs 1/2 size smaller.

Bought these for a winter trip to Iceland. I’ve been wearing them around to break them in. They are very comfortable. Not stiff and roomy enough for very heavy socks.

I bought my regular size 8.5 but got a wide. I put my orthotics in and it worked. These are cute boots. Will be great this winter. Got the 2 tones gray color..easy to lace up too..

I ordered the same pair in 2 different colors. This one felt MUCH narrower. Returning and keeping the other.

They fit great and look so stylish with the faux fur. They go so well with my new coat. I like the calf height and ridged bottom and feel they will be secure on ice.

I loved the fit and look of my Columbia Ice Maiden. I got the gray and felt like they will pair perfect with all my winter wear! They feel super warm on and the quality felt great.

I'm taking my 17 year old great-niece on a trip to Colorado this winter and bought a pair of these boots for myself in Cognac with off-white fur. She liked mine so well that she asked if she could have a pair just like them but in black. She wears a size 11 so it can sometimes be hard to find shoes in her size. She tried them on this weekend and they fit perfectly! She's really happy with the style, too. I was really happy about the price, too! Sorrel boots would have been twice the price. These are warm, comfortable and stylish!

I'm planning a trip to Colorado this winter and need warm, comfortable boots for walking in snow. I have wide feet and will be wearing thick socks so I need a wide boot. I'd also like them to look stylish. And I was hoping not to spend a fortune! These Columbia Ice Maiden II boots are perfect! Because they lace up (as opposed to slip-on apres ski boots) they are easy to get on and take off. I chose the cognac color with off-white fur and they're gorgeous! And they're so comfortable I would wear them every day if I could! I just won't need a boot this warm very many days in San Antonio, Texas where I live! But they'll be perfect for my trip! Can't wait to wear them!

Love the style & color. Recently moved from AZ to NY, so these boots will get plenty of wear through the coming season.

I tried the boots on just after receiving them and they felt fine. Since the weather is still mild here, I have not worn them under cold, wet outdoor conditions. But I hope they will be waterproof as advertised. The 'wide' width gave sufficient room in the toe box with moderately thick socks on.

They’ve lasted two winters and have held up really well.

Good quality. Good fit. Just enough room for a nice thick sock with the 10.5 wide. I wore these boots inside the house for about 20 mins with thick sock and my feet were too hot. Wanted warm boots to take grandkids sledding. Last winter my feet got cold in about 15 minutes. Looking forward to trying them out in the Wisconsin winter.

Well, I think they're just too roomy and overall, too large. Nothing wrong with the boot itself. Just clunky and large.

I needed a pair of comfortable waterproof boots for a trip. These were not it! Very stiff and uncomfortable, couldn’t wait to get them off my feet when I tried them on. But they are cute! I think Columbia should have it figured out by now how to make a comfortable boot.

This shoe is great. Fits true to size and width. Make sure if you have wide feet to get the wide width - I am usually an 8.5 in regular shoes and 9 in sneakers, and I tried 8.5 wide, 9 wide, 8.5 regular, and 9 regular, and the 8.5 wide fit perfectly. If it helps anyone who has a similar size foot, my foot is 4.25” wide. These shoes are very soft inside and comfortable. I wore them to VT in December and walked around for 5ish hours every day, and my feet were so warm. I can’t speak to the comfort of the existing insole though because I took them out and put my own. Overall, highly recommend

These are ideal for my use, mostly shovelling. Cosy, warm and cofortable. Easy on and off without the need of the dreaded zipper on most boot designs.

These boots WORK for winter! Excellent, easy fit, keeps my feet warm and dry, and the height helps against snowdrifts.

I think Columbia makes very high quality products and I love the looks of these in the light gray color, but they have an odd feel, as though I was standing on a large pipe running the length of my feet. I noticed this with a pair of Columbia hiking boots at least 10 years ago

Does not look like the picture at all. I was excited to get something a little different than brown on brown. Might return.
