My husband takes a size 10 we had to return these boots because they were very narrow

nice shoe is a little narrow, would be better wider for thicker socks.

I recently purchased a pair of your Men's Redmond Mid Waterproof Shoes, and while I am generally impressed with the quality and specifications, I would like to share some feedback regarding the sizing. Having ordered a size 12, which typically fits me comfortably in other brands, I was surprised to find that the shoes were slightly too short. I must emphasize that the width and other specifications matched my expectations perfectly, aligning with the information provided on your website. As someone who often orders shoes online and is more accustomed to concerns about width, this was the first instance where a size 12 proved to be too short. The shoes, unfortunately, felt snug and compromised the overall comfort I had anticipated. I understand that sizing can be a subjective experience and may vary between individuals. Nevertheless, I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it may contribute to your ongoing efforts to refine product offerings and sizing information. Despite this sizing issue, I remain a fan of Columbia and appreciate the durability and waterproof features of your products. I look forward to any improvements that may be made in this regard and to continued positive experiences with your products in the future.

Not wide. Wrong size. And have to pay for return. Not order online.

The Wide size was still too narrow; shoes were returned.

Wish I read the reviews that boot runs small. After a break-in period the boot does fit, but my feet look small in the boots. If the boot stays too long in wet grass there is no such thing as waterproof.

Boots are well made and of very quality and durable material. Boots run very narrow and so very painful until broken in.

They were way too small. However, almost every other brand I've tried since has also run small. My wife got the women's version which also ran small. We ordered these because my wife thought the non waterproof version was the most comfortable shoe she had ever worn. I did try them on in a store and found out I needed a ten.

I've bought 10.5 D (medium width) my entire life. These shoes were narrower and shorter than all the other 10.5 shoes have I bought. It is about a half size too small. I had this problem with another online shoe vendor last year. The common denominator was both shoes were manufactured in Vietnam. So I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.

Ordered a wide width. Definitely not a wide by most standards. Shoe seems durable but needs a lot of breaking in

Sizes are big compared to other companies, e.g., I ordered US10.5 which is more like US11 from Reebok, NB, ASIC, etc.

NOT "waterproof" at all, I'm a FedEx driver I wear these shoes every day, they socking in water very fast, and they observe water like a sponge, however, they are very comfy to wear all day long. The price is reasonable.

The boots are narrow and the sole is rounded on the sides so they're not very stable to walk in, sort of like walking on ice skates. They will be going back. This is my first pair of hiking shoes so maybe that's normal, but I would expect lots of ankle and knee injuries trying to hike in these.

Ordered one size up but it's still to small. Other wise they seem to be a quality boot.

I love these boots but they are not, repeat not, waterproof. They are presently drying out after an 18k hike through rain and some snow. This is not the first time. For regular hiking they are fine but I'm sorry to say the claim of being waterproof is not, in my experience, justified.

Love the hikers, however, this one was made WAY too narrow! I've never had to buy wide shoes, but that's the only way i could wear these, and a size or two bigger. Not conducive to a good fit.

Decent boot, good weight. No arch support needs a better heel cup and not very supportive on the ankle. Comfortable though

I have worn the same size shoe for decades, but these fit at least a size smaller than the label indicated. My feet hurt within minutes of wearing them.
