I had to reorder this jacket TWICE to get one that fit. It runs VERY small. I usually wear an XL and ended up with a 2X for proper fit. Other than that, it is beautiful and very well made. It was well worth the trouble. Alaska, here I come!

I have been a Columbia fan for over 15 years and have never been disappointed!! This company has it together...from their products to their customer service!

Omni heat keeps you warm and outtershell keeps you dry. Perfect for winter in the Pacific Northwest. Not heavy enough to take to the slopes or back country but great for day hikes and day to day wear.

You can't go wrong with Columbia. I absolutely LOVE this jacket/coat. As a tall/lengthy woman with a very small frame I have a hard time finding clothing to fit not only my body but my long arms. The sleeves on this jacket are super long which I absolutely LOVE!!! I couldn't have made a better purchase. Initially, I ordered a size up (LRG), but when I received the coat it was far too big. So, Customer service helped me return the jacket and get a medium. Even with the medium I have plenty of room to put layers underneath. I am 5'11 125lbs. I normally wear a size 0-5 depending on the brand. But, always have to order a size up due to the length of my arms. Customer service told me that from the XS-L there is only a 1/2 inch difference in the length of the sleeves. So, I would suggest ordering your regular size. Hope you enjoy this jacket as much as I am. It is so very warm, waterproof, and windproof. I bought this for snowy/cold weather and skiing. ENJOY!!!!

Love this jacket. Very light weight,deep pockets. You will never be cold in this jacket . Easy to move around in and it does not restrict you from doing any body movement.

I love the versatility of this jacket. It will keep me warm yet it's not bulky. I was so overjoyed to get this jacket at such a great price.

I was hesistant when I 1st pulled it out of the package because it was so light. I wore it and it keeps me warmer than my old bulky coat. Very pretty in color.

I have been a die hard colombia fan for years and I have always had luck with their clothes. But this jacket by far is the best one I've ever had. Light weight and super warm! I highly recommend this jacket for anyone buying a new winter coat!

I just received this jacket and I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it. I love how functional each piece is on its own. The sleeves are a tiny bit long but I don't foresee that being a problem - I just tightened the wrists a little. I love the nocturnal atoll colors.

I just love this jacket! I love it so much I bought two. It is perfect, lightweight, warm and roomy enough for a sweatshirt underneath, even though you don't need one. Perfect for snowy days in Tahoe and Yosemite, or windy days in San Francisco.

I got this coat for my teenager. She hates coats but happily wears this and often tells me how comfortable it is.

I just bought this jacket to use for skiing and I absolutely love it! A few complaints here say that they dislike this jacket because it is "flimsy" persay, and I would agree that this jacket is not "sturdy," but it gives you great motility for skiing that I could not love more. It is very light and easy to wear. I ordered a Medium (I'm 5'9", 150 pounds) and it fits me perfectly. Which says a lot because I usually struggle with having sleeves that are too short. The fleece on the inside is comfy and it is nice and warm and I can't wait to use it out on the mountains again. I give this a 10/10. Good buy that was very affordable; thanks Columbia!

I was in need of a new winter coat to survive the cold Pittsburgh winters and this one does the trick! It keeps me super warm when the temps dip below 0 but doesn't overheat me when it gets above 32. The sleeves are long enough to comfortably fit my 6 foot frame. It's also not too restrictive when I'm driving. The collar also pops up nice and high to help cut down the wind. I am really pleased with this coat!

I bought this coat for my daughter last year. Just bought it for myself. The color I got Nocturnal/Atoll . The outer color looks sun faded which i did not care for too much and the sleeves ran a good 3in past my fingers.

I am a huge Columbia fan, and I have worn all sorts of different products from shoes to jackets to hats. I have never encountered anything that I have disliked. I read some reviews where the quality of the jacket was not up to par, which made me slightly hesitant... Though at it's sale price and my need for a winter jacket that could be made into separates, I took a chance. I live in Tennessee, where the weather has it's own mind and it can be snowing and cold one week and the next it can be in the 60's. I also work outside, so I wanted a jacket that I could use as a shell for lighter weather, and with a sweater inside that I could combine and use for those random snow days or when the wind cuts you. This jacket is absolutely perfect for keeping me the right amount of warm in all situations. I purposely want a jacket that is a size bigger, in order to have layers underneath comfortably. It is the perfect size, I believe, considering I can wear things underneath it without it becoming too tight, but I can also wear it alone and it not be annoyingly baggy or giving me the figure of a burnt black marshmellow. The sleeves are long, however, which is surprising because my arms are long! As being 5'9, I'd rather them be too long than short (like most long sleeved items are for me), haha. This jacket will be worn for a very long time to come. :]

I already have a jacket with the omni heat lining and love it. So I had to have a second one.

I was a little skeptical ordering this coat on-line seeing as how I was not able to try it on it person first. However, it fits just perfect! It's super warm and durable. The multi layer function is great for when I don't want to be wearing such a heavy jacket. I would definitely recommend this coat to anyone looking for a warm coat to wear in the snow.

Wonderful coat bought it for winter purchased a Medium the arms are a little longer then expected but it was a great buy I absolutely love it and it's definitely warm

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Size Medium is a little big but will work fine for layering over sweaters.
