I have been wearing this coat for a only a few weeks and I went to take it off last night and the stitching came apart where the lining is stitched to the outer shell of the coat. Needless to say I am not thrilled that I already have to sew it after very little use. This is actually the 3rd Columbia coat I have owned and I never had problems with them years ago. Another frustration is how the fleece sleeves do not come off as easily because of how they are not permanently attached to the outer shell so you have to be careful when taking the coat off...very careful so it doesn't rip. I have been wearing a North Face coat prior to this one for years and thought I would give Columbia another shot. The coat is warm but not satisfied with function and durability.

I bought this jacket because I've completely worn out my old Columbia 2-in-1 jacket. Had it for 10+ years and love it (still). Two things they should have figured out by now: 1. Considering the length of this coat, it should have a second zipper that unzips from the bottom for ease of movement and sitting. But it doesn't:[ 2. The lining should be slippery so that it slides over whatever you're wearing, but it doesn't it's like brushed cotton (or something) so it grabs your sweater sleeves and bunches them up. If you raise your arm over your head (which I have to do a lot in my work), you have to reach under and pull your sweater down right or it's all rucked up under the jacket. Did anybody actually try this on????

Not happy with the color or fit. Also, it's more like a fall jacket. Will never keep me warm in MI winters.

I love the look of the jacket, and the color, but could not stand the slick feeling on the inside of the coat, especially the sleeves. I usually get an LL Bean jacket, and wanted to try the Columbia this time. I really wish I could keep it, but was not comfortable to me.

This is my 4th Interchange - I was disappointed this time - it's been cost reduced to the point of poor quality - it's not what I have come to expect from a Columbia brand - - the Velcro closures get caught on my scarves and sweaters, hard to get on - the liner sleeves make it impossible to wear anything under it besides a blouse- - your shirt sleeves ride up or the liner sleeves pull through the shell - it's almost impossible to get it on with a sweater or sweatshirt on under it - and winter is when you wear heavier clothes which is when you would wear the complete jacket- makes my colleagues laugh when I struggle to put it on - used to have inner zip pocket that was accessible without unzipping the fleece liner - I was really disappointed and have started looking for a new go to brand. I do love the color. My old Columbias are Larges and still fit well and are quite roomy - I bought an XL in this one but have been sadly disappointed. Please stop cost reducing - improvements are great but not downgrading .

I was expecting much more. I go to college in Minnesota and have to walk outside a lot in the winter, and while this jacket it warm, it really doesn't cut it with temps below zero or with any wind at all. Also if you get one with a white interior, don't expect to wear it on its own because the exposed edges get dirty really fast.

So, this is my third Bugaboo coat. The first two are still in use and good condition (1st one is 15+yrs old "Green"& 2nd coat "Pink" was purchased 5+ years ago). I decided to purchase another one, since I was so very happy with the two I still wear. I wanted to get a new color, so I ordered the black one. The quality of this coat is very disappointing. Columbia should be embarrassed by putting out such a poor quality coat. It has not kept me warm. The other two I own are large, the new large is way too big. The zip out liner sleeves hanged out past the outer shell sleeves. The features I love about my other two are missing in this new one. To get to the inside coat pocket, you need to remove the zip out liner...WHY! The first two have snaps up the front, new one has Velcro. I hate Velcro The zip out liners on first two have a nylon outer shell with a fleece liner. The new one does not have the nylon outside, its just a cheap fleece liner so I cant wear just the zip out liner in the rain/snow. This is promotes as "Three coats in one" and this new one is not. Its one coat with a fleece liner. The new one has no substance to it - i.e. very flimsy and the zip out fleece is of low quality, not thick to keep me warm. The new black Bugaboo will be designated to spring & fall. I just cant use it for winter. Wore it out today and the wind just cut through the coat and I was cold the entire time. The other two keep me warm, I cant see myself wearing this in the cold wind and snow. So Very Disappointed

A winter jacket? Bought this for my wife as a gift. The item is described as a winter jacket it is very thin and not warm at all. Maybe a winter jacket for Florida. It also is described as 3 jackets in one. All it is is a rain coat with a flimsy zip out liner. Either returning it or saving it if we ever go on a trip to the amazon in February. Don't waste your money unless you want a really expensive rain coat

Guess I expected better from Columbia. Compared to my same style Bugaboo jacket purchased 8 yrs ago which I cannot speak highly enough about, I was shocked - new jacket is flimsy, the inner lining does not prove up to standards and sleeves are two tight and long. An unhappy customer

While the function of the jacket is spot on and it is definitely incredibly warm, "Ruby Red" isn't even close to being red! I was expecting a jacket that claims is red would be Christmas red or fire truck red and look like the picture. This jacket was by no means red. It was more of a watermelon pink...which is a pretty color, but not when you expecting red. And having to pay for shipping to return the jacket is entirely ridiculous. Don't buy the Ruby Red if you are expecting red!

I've had a Columbia 3 in 1 coat for over 10 yrs so when I saw this one I was excited to order it. I even ordered one for my sister and guaranteed her it would be a great coat/investment specially for the winter we had last year we wanted to be prep'd for this year's winter. Geez was I mistaken! The coat which I can not call it that is more like a spring jacket! Extremely thin ! And to make matters worst I had to pay out of pocket to send it back !! Never again ordering from Columbia.

Very disappointed with this product. I bought a Size Small in the white color and I drowned in it. I'm 5'7 130lbs and small is usually a perfect fit/snug. This was felt like a large. The material of this jacket is also nothing like Columbia's other jackets. This one felt flimsy, not warm at all and low quality. This is definitely being returned. A shame since I love the color...

I thought this jacket would be warm with the Omni heat. Its the coldest jacket I ever worn. This will be going to Goodwill. Let someone freeze.

This is a beautiful jacket. It is well made, warm, and comfortable. The problem is the sleeves - they are way too long. I ordered the size L. The sleeves were 6-inches too long. My hands were completely covered by the sleeves and then some. There was no way to comfortably cinch up the wrists to make the sleeves work. Too bad because I really liked it. It went back.
