Jacket was beautiful but in less than 1 month, the ribbon binding on the sleeve pulled away from the sleeve and there was a 2" split. Had to return as defective and order another one. Hope this one is made better as it is a beautiful jacket.

This was ordered as a birthday gift. I am a bigger woman who was wanting a warm, comfy and lightweight jacket to wear through the seasons. Ordered this in a 3x as I am bigger in the middle area.....the jacket fit and zipped but was a little snug, so I returned it. I wish it would have had just a little more room in it. Otherwise it was perfect. Perfect color, style, feel and weight.

I want to take a sidebar first by giving kudos to Zappos for their never ending excellent customer service. I ordered these to wear for my trip to Europe, Sunday after Thanksgiving. I ordered these last minute to receive them the Tuesday before. Unfortunately, the product was delivered but someone had stolen them from my doorstep. Because it was now Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I was quite certain that it will not get delivered before I leave for my trip since it was Black Friday and they do not deliver on Saturdays. The customer service rep I spoke to was very apologetic for the mishap and told me that they would ship a replacement immediately but explained that it will not get delivered until the Monday after I leave for my trip. I expressed my disappointment but of course I understood that it was not their fault that someone would steal the package. On Thanksgiving day, I received an email saying that my replacement had shipped and that it will get delivered on Black Friday. Needless to say that I was very happy because this came just in time for me to wear while in Europe.
Now for the review of the product. It is very, very comfortable. And I just love how light it felt. It was nice to stay very warm without all that weight and bulk of a winter jacket. It kept me comfortable while waiting for the train in the cold train platforms of Europe. Just what I had hoped for. Sadly, I cannot give this five stars because I cannot stop it from shedding. I got this in white so it showed a lot on my dark color pants/clothing. The fluff from it that kept floating in the air and sticking all over my face and glasses became a nuisance. I washed this jacket before taking it on the trip as recommended to address the known shedding issue but sadly, it still didn't stop it from happening. I had to stop wearing it because the fluff is now all over my car and chair at work. Hopefully I find a solution to this problem or in my closet it will remain.

When new, it is the best jacket ever. It is warm, comfortable, and a nice-looking jacket. I had a fear of washing it, even though the care instructions said it is to be machined washed. I took it to a dry cleaner anyways, but she refused to because of the care instructions. I washed it, and it did not take long for it to look old and ragged. The fleece gets matted and balls up. Maybe it is a fluke because I am not seeing any other reviews with this problem. We felt the same way as the excellent reviews when it was brand new. Even after first washing, I noticed it did not look as well as it did new - and it only got worse after each washing. If anyone has any suggestions on preventing that, I would love to know because we would love another one if we could prevent that.

God the bluebird color for the jacket and was disappointed that the color is pretty different from the web. I understand that it could be due to photography but the real color is so much more green and bright that the one shown on the web and so I would have to return this. Otherwise , the material is really irresistible and I have always been satisfied with my purchase from north face !

I love the jacket. The only problem I have is that it sheds onto everything. I have black fuzz left on everything when I wear it. Disappointing but it is a great lightweight.

Very cute and cozy jacket, but I prefer the Tech-Osito because it has the stretch side panels and I could get a snugger fit for a little waist definition.

This jacket was nice but it was a bit too big for the size. For a short person who's a little bigger, the shoulders were huge and the arm length was super long. WIsh it did fit because I really did love the softness and warmth of this jacket.

This product when I first got it was so soft and it was so comfortable I absolutely BUT after a while maybe like a couple months later i start to notice that its pilling and then my jacket starts to look worn out and it just doesn't look good anymore it just doesn't look like how it used to be.

I ordered a medium according to size recommendations. The color and material were very pretty but the jacket is tapered and not a loose fit. So it was too small for me. I would like to wear a sweat jacket under my outerwear for more warmth. I am not sure a large would have enough room. I sent it back.

I received this jacket as a Christmas gift. The color turned out to be much more fluorescent in person and it felt really bulky, so I decided to return it. I've always had great luck with returning online products and receiving a replacement in a timely manner. That has not at all been the case here. I honestly would never buy another North Face based solely on the customer service, or lack there of that I have received. The return was received and accepted on January 4th, I didn't receive the e-gift card to purchase a new product until two weeks later, after contacting Customer Service multiple times to inquire about it and being told each time that it was in process and I should receive it within a couple of days. The product that I had wanted is no longer available in my size, I found an alternate product and attempted to checkout only to find that I couldn't use my e-gift card because their system is undergoing maintenance. I've attempted to complete the order everyday for four days and to no avail, receiving the same error message. By the time I actually get a new product, winter will be over.

This jacket is very cute, comfortable and warm. However, I ended up with white fuzzier stuck to my jeans, my shirt and my seatbelt where the jacket rubbed against it. I'm not sure if it's just my jacket or if others have had this same problem.

This product does not fit true to size. The arms are a little short in length. Everything else fits great but the arm length. I do not fit an extra large. That would be too big. This would have been perfect if it wasn't for the arm length being too short.
