Bought this for my daughter for her bday. The color is a true match to the picture. The recommended size was a small, but I went with a medium to give her more room. It's a great fit and she can wear sweaters underneath comfortably. The jacket is very soft. It does shed a little - I am hoping that this is normal for a new jacket of this type and will eventually stop. My daughter loves this jacket!

The Jacket was nice, it's just the size they suggested, I should of went up a size.

I love the color and the wear of it, but its shedding all over my clothes.

I bought this jacket as a christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it. My husband got me one as well for christmas. It is zo nice and soft.

I love this jacket, totally worth the buy. I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews about the jacket shedding everywhere, but lots of my friends have this jacket so I bought it anyway. Just so you know, yes, the jacket sheds. A lot. I was wearing a pair of pink denim pants the other night and my greystone-blue North Face jacket, and at the end of the night I had purple fuzz all over me. ON THE OTHER HAND, the jacket is incredibly warm, and incredibly soft. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on how soft it is. Additionally, when I'm outside, the upper half of my body doesn't get cold because the jacket keeps me so warm!! I really love it. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because of the constant shedding. It does, however, stop after a little while. I love this jacket and would HIGHLY recommend it. Definitely worth the price. :)

I have purchased several North Face jackets for my sons. I received this jacket as a present. I adore this jacket. I can wear this jacket with everything that I wear. It is the perfect light winter jacket.

This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I know she will love it. I bought one last year for her in a different color and she wears it all of the time.

We have never ordered directly from North Face before but they were great! Very easy and we received notices about the arrival of our purchace! Will do this again! I purchased this item in ivory. I got this for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I'm pleased with the way it fits and the material, but the fabric is odd. the jacket tends to look dirty and stained at times, when its not. I guess the way the fabric is rubbed can leave it looking dirty. I wish I would have gotten a different color. But none the less its a great jacket. im sure my gf will love it.

The fleece is lighter in weight and smaller than most., my daughter always wears a medium and this fits her like a small... not as warm as we hoped it would be.. but it will be nice in the spring I guess.. beautiful color also..

When I got my first one I was in love! I have noticed some flaws with it though. The darker the color the less soft it is when you get it. Like my black one was not as soft as the others. Also, I recommend not washing it because it destroys the look, and you get nubbies all over it. Lastly, I've found from wearing it for the winter, everyday, that the fur will get harder especially with a backpack. Although there are cons, I still love my black, blue, and future silver for christmas. This is an amazing product, and makes me want all the colors especially that beautiful sugary pink.

I read many reviews about this jacket before I decided to buy it. Every bad reviews said that shedding was terrible. I did have a little bit of shedding, but not a lot. The jacket is very soft and comfortable. I love that you can tighten it at the bottom to show your shape. The only down side is that it looks slick and shiny. It is a weird look that does not show through in this picture. If you plan on buying this jacket google pictures of people wearing it first!

The first thing that came to me was that it was soooooooo soft. I just wanted to pet the jacket the whole day long...haha It really is warm and blocks the wind. Just one thing that I didn't like was that after you take off the jacket, your clothes inside would be full of fur (the color you chose). Other than that, the fit was perfect and warmth too. I got a medium so that I can wear few clothes inside the jacket. I'm 5'3'' and medium was perfect!

I bought a women'size 3x,it fits really tight and the sleeves are shorter than usual. I don't have this problem when I purchase men's North Face products. I won't be buying another one.

Real nice but it's for Christmas

I am a cute petite blonde and it fits well! I am normally an xs but I got a s and it fits great!! I would definitely recommend getting a size up! I can't wait to take this jacket to my yoga class!

This jacket is very warm and comfy. I love the color and it fits well. I bought the cream color and the shades of the furry fleece sometimes give me the impression it is dirty, but that impression is gone with the first movement. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it is a little tight on the hips. I am a skinny person, but my hips are wide, and it is tight. They have that adjusting cord inside, but mine is in the widest already.

I love my new jacket. However, I just hope it holds up after washing. I sent back the same product (2 of them) and they were found defective. After having washed less than 4 month old jackets they looked yrs old. I guess I will soon find out in the future. I only hope it will.

I ordered a medium for my 13 year old daughter. This is the size she usually wears. It was cut a little small. We will be returning the jacket to get one size larger.

Wonderful jacket for cool weather. Very warm and fuzzy. Fit is a little big but not so much that I would change the size on my next order. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs and ordered a small. This was my first north face purchase and I was very pleased. I plan to get another in a different color soon!

My adorable passion pink osito is SUPER soft and fuzzy. I'm 40DDD and ordered XXL. It is spacious (YAY!), and right length, although it would be nice if it was a bit longer. There are those cinch cords to make it tighter. My only complaint is that the pockets are that scratchy fabric that dry hands stick on. I wish the inside was fuzzy too. To the people saying the fuzzies come off and "shed", it does shed, but not a lot. I have been wearing it for a couple weeks now (ordered 9/17/13 and received 9/21/13), and it sheds a couple fuzzies every time i wear it. It happens in random places throughout the jacket. One time it will be on my chest, the next on my arm. My last North Face jacket's fabric burned when I wash/dried it at home. I'm worried if I wash this one, I will loose all the soft fuzzies. I haven't tried yet though.

I wear mine more inside the house than out. I love to wear cami's mostly so in the winter months I need something over them. I found this jacket to be better than a sweater or a hoodie. Last much longer. I find these jackets are perfect for casual inside wear. With a lot of color options to pick from they are great for layering. I just kind of wish the sleeves were a little longer. I'm 5ft 4 and they are kind of short on me! I buy a small. I always wash per the instructions and haven't had a issue.

It does not fit to your body the way that the picture would suggest it does. The picture had this sleek, womanly shape to it, but the jacket is more shapeless. I ordered a small, because I like sleek fit and it wear more like a small sweatshirt. It is amazingly warm for it's price and weight. Great at stopping wind. As for people's review on the material. It is not fleece, it is incredibly smooth and soft. My dog can't stop rubbing up against me. It's a VERY HIP shaggy jacket.
