I love everything about the jacket except for one thing. The inside of the pockets isn't the softest material. I wish it was a little nicer. The op jacket itself is very soft and warm. And true to size.

It was a great jacket. Soft and comfy. Just what I needed.

I do love this jacket, but I ended up not liking the color. Instead of a green like the picture looks online, instead it was more neon yellow. Not such a fan but the store in Murray, UT let me exchange it because I do love the jacket. So comfy and warm. It does seem to shed a bit the first couple times you wear it but so great. And the gloves with the same material are the best too!

Great jacket! Just wish they'd have had all sizes in stock in the brick and mortar store to try it in first... The XXL is much larger than I'd have guessed.

This is my first north face jacket, and I love how soft and warm it is. Also I like the fact that it has two pockets on the inside, and two zip pockets on the outside. However the reason I gave this a four is that the color shown in the picture doesn't match the color of the jacket I recieved. It has more of an indigo/violet undertone, rather than a dark charcoal grey that the pictured showed. However personally I like the color, however the picture isn't accurate to the true color of the jacket.

As always, the quality and comfort of The North Face jacket never disappoint. I would highly recommend the Osito 2 to a friend for purchase!

The jackets are beautiful and soft. As far as size goes I would probably buy one size up in the future as the size recommended is a bit snug.

jacket is a great color and they are so soft and lightweight and still plenty warm... love them and this one is for a Christmas gift... had to order it online though since stores do not carry 2 & 3 XL for women...

This keeps me extremly warm and it's so so soft but it's definitley not waterproof

I bought my Jacket for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It's so soft and warm I am going to buy one for myself. Anyone that came near her wanted to touch the jacket....kind of weird but it was like an advertisement for NORTH FACE. I can't wait to see if I win this so I can buy my sister one too. I really recommend anyone to purchase from North Face the quality is well worth the price.

High quality jacket. Fits true to size. However it is not as thick as I expected.

Soft and warm: check! Cute: check! Fit: meh. I always know there is a risk in sleeve length given that I am tall. For winter gear, I will err on the side of buying one size larger to compensate for the sleeve length. Unfortunately that didn't work out this time. It was about 4-5 inches from the wrist: almost 3/4 sleeve-like! Sadly I will be returning it and will look for other options with better proportions.

This is one of the best jackets I've ever bought. It's my first North Face jacket. I try not to wear it all the time so it doesn't get old. I wish I had bought a hoodie one, but the fleece literally keeps the heat. It's pretty amazing. And it goes with every outfit!

I have a northface jacket and my daughter wanted one for christmas so I order her one. She will be so happy because everyday she ask me if she can wear mine. Unfortunately, it's my only coat I just had a baby at the end of October it's the only thing I can fix right now. Good thing my boyfriend bought me this for my birthday. I love it because it's so soft and keeps me warm. I would love to buy another one in a different color if I had the money. I would definitely recommend this as a gift for someone or for yourself you will be happy with the purchase.

This jacket is very soft, but way to long in back.

Love this jacket! So soft and warm enough for Southern Texas weather. I am hoping this lasts for a long time! I want to get another one with a different color. I just got this a couple of weeks ago so I am holding off on the 5 star rating until I have used it longer and test it's durability.

I ordered this jacket for the color line as it matched a lighter weight shell I purchased. It certainly can stand alone and is comfortable and seems durable. I'm happy with the size fit. I ordered smaller for a snugger fit. Seems true to size.

I am just beside myself because I finally got a north face jacket that fits me.....I have lost 140lbs and I always wanted a north face jacket and today I have one. This was my gift to myself for my accomplishments...the only thing I ask is that they cut them more for a larger boned women across the back. When someone is as broad as myself you need a little wiggle room across the shoulders.

Love it!! So warm and so comfortable. Sheds a little so be mindful of the color that you pick. Otherwise, I've been really enjoying it!

The fur is so soft and smooth! Me and my friend got the same one, and both of us love it!

This jacket is very soft and comftorble, and it serves the purpose of keeping me warm. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was kinda disappointed when the jacket came in. The color looked kinda different in person than in the picture (I got greystone). The end of the sleves are not the same as the picture, which is part of the reason I picked this jacket instead of getting another Osito 1. I also was not happy with the way the jacket looked on me. The way it hangs makes me look kind of bulky and like a rectangle, it didn't show off my curves the way my old northface did. If I had it to do over again I would have saved money by getting the older version of this jacket that I seemed to like better. Overall it is a good jacket and most people might not have a problem with the things that bothered me.

I love my jacket. I had to order it from the website, wish they were sold in larger sizes in the stores for women tho. Other then that, I wld recommend the jacket for sure! Warm! Comfy! Great fit!

Love this jacket. This is my second one and not because my first is even beginning to wear down (I just wanted more colors!) so soft and susprisongly warm. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
