I usually wear xl so I sized up.to xxl. Way too big. Maybe I'm losing weight? Thx TNF !! Its very comfortable but not too flattering because the jacket floats on me..

I had originally ordered another style fleece (Furry 2.0), when it arrived it fit fine in the chest and arms but down by the waist it was very tight. I then spoke to customer care and was told the Osito 2 has the draw strings around the waist and was more what I was looking for. After it arrived I realized there was no draw string on the bottom and was also very tight by the waist. usually wear a size medium, however, I ordered a large because I like to wear a hoodie with my north face on top. I have an old osito from years ago that had the draw strings underneath which was also ordered a size too big and fits perfectly with a sweater underneath. The products being created now are just too small. Very disappointing, sending back two orders. I think I'll venture out instead of placing a third order. BRING BACK THE OLD STYLE FLEECES!!!!!!

Fits fine but leaves lint everywhere!!! I have washed it about 6 times since purchasing it a couple weeks ago, and is still shedding lint!

I ordered this in the storm blue heather which is shown as a vibrant aqua/teal, in reality it is a drab blueish grey. Needless to say I was disappointed since I was expecting one thing and got something totally different. I really like the jacket otherwise and will probably exchange for the basic black.

Love the jacket, fit, weight. Prefer it would be off set color for logo Biggest problem that caused me to return was SHEDDING. But I mean shedding like a German shepherd. :(

I have purchased two Women's Osito 2 Fleece Jackets in hopes the Logo was a mistake on the first one, but second one arrived exactly the same - logo same color as jacket, in our case black on black. (See pics) Very disappointing...

I was really excited about purchasing this but, it started shedding within the first day. My car seat and clothing were left with fuzzies. I felt that the quality wasn't as good as the one I had gotten last year. Sizing wise, I ordered a medium and it was a bit loose which was good for my liking but, I would go down a size if you prefer a tighter fit.

I have always wanted a fleece jacket so I decided to purchase this one. Like other buyers said, this jacket sheds way too much. After wearing it for a while, I noticed lint on my pants and shirt. I placed the jacket on my bed and now there is lint on my bed too (it is a pain to remove them...)! It is a very warm and soft jacket and fits me well (I am 5'3", small frame, and got a size S), but the shedding is a big problem!!!

My daughter and I both got one for Christmas last year. We love the way the jacket fits but the amount it sheds is awful. Unless you have leather car seats, be prepared to have some sort of lint remover handy for the seat and the seatbelt. We also have to be careful with which coats we can hang them near in the closet.

I did the fit test, even read the reviews which lead me to purchase a medium. I am typically a small but figured the fit test would be accurate. Against my better judgment I purchased the wrong size. It's baggy. and the color of the fleece isn't what I expected. :( can't return because I tore off the price tag because my room was freezing. A nice plus is that it is super comfy and feels like a blanket.

I have to admit this is a phenomenal product; however the major drawback for me was the length of the sleeves, which ultimately made me return this jacket. Although the warmth of the fleece material is pretty impressive; it definitely cuts out a lot of the cold and wind factors. In addition to the overall quality and softness of the fleece material this jacket would'v been a homerun if the sleeves were just 2 inches longer. I personally like sleeves that have some slack in them; so when I move or bend my arms the sleeves are still covering my wrists and they don't become 3/4 length sleeves (lol) any-who I hope North Face makes some necessary adjustments. I will however make a suggestion for an alternative product that I found to be of comparable quality which is the Columbia Benton Springs fleece that also comes in a number of colors and has longer sleeves for those of us with long limb syndrome. You're welcome! :)

This would be the perfect mid weight jacket but the only problem is the black one sheds onto my shirts always it never fails don't know if it will eventually stop or it's always gonna be like this other than that I would give it 5 stars.

I purchase the Osito fleece last year and although I love the fleece, the shedding is worst than a big hairy dog. I read all your ratings, and some people get a fuzz ball and some say it doesn't shed at all. What's the deal? My fleece is from the Fall 2016 collection and I purchased it last year. It's a beautiful lime green color, but when I wear it, I am covered in lime green fuzz.

I’m 5’7”, 130lbs and purchased a size small which fits perfectly! The jacket is very warm, cozy, & super soft like a bunny or teddy bear! My only complaint is that this jacket will shed, so try to buy one in a darker color. Unfortunately I bought mine in vintage white & wore them on the 1st day with black jeans which turned out to be a nightmare! I’ve worn it with medium blue jeans & didn’t notice the problem. I just washed it & will see if that helps with the shedding. But overall the jacket is stylish & really comfortable!

This past Christmas, I purchased three of these jackets. Two as gifts and one for myself. I had purchased one maybe two years prior and I absolutely loved it. The new one I received sheds and rips more easily than my other one. I'm thinking maybe they change the way they're made, but I am disappointed that the one i received was worse quality than my previous one. Other than that, my sister and mom loved them and they're warm and cozy.

I like this fleece, but if it weren't for the comfort and wearability I would be rating it lower. My biggest issue is that the sleeves are too short. When I sit down they rise to almost three quarter sleeves and a lot of my wrist is exposed, so this isn't a good thing when trying to keep warm during these cold months...an added extra two inches would be best. On to the shedding...this fleece sheds fuzzies like crazy. I have run it through the washer and dryer twice now. Overall I love the fleece, but there are these couple things that definitely make it a little less likely I will purchase another.

My first Osito years ago was the BEST! Silky soft, more true to size fit, had the adjustable pulls on the sides! The new Osito 2 isn't as soft fits a lot tighter and I even sized up, some colors have a weird patterned look, and has no adjustable sides...

Great for everyday! Super warm and comfortable. I have had the jacket 1 month and 1 week and the sleeve cuffs are coming unsewn! There is hole now my pinky gets stuck in. Usually North Faces craftsmanship is better. The worse part is that I have to pay to ship the jacket back to have it repaired since it is just past the store return date. I will also be without the jacket at the coldest part of the year. It also sheds slightly but that doesn't bother me too much. This was my favorite jacket. Not so much anymore.

Disappointed in purple color which is lighter, duller, and lacks the warm undertones of online image. I like the higher, self-lined collar and overall length. Decreasing the lining in the front of the garment from earlier versions enabled them to create two deep interior pockets, whcih some will value more than the lost bit of warmth. The zippers ares much thinner and cheaper than North Face fleece's of the past, which some may prefer for city wear, but which will fall sooner. Because of that, I would not recommend this garment for outdoor sports where you need reliable warmth. And North Face, please use a more durable cuff ending. The thin knit trim frays and looks tacky pretty quickly! There is no elastic drawstring with tightening toggles in the hem anymore. So, overall, this is a nice fleece for casual city wear, but more cheaply built than the North Face fleeces of the past. Sigh...

The jacket was my second osito, so I was expecting about the same thing as last time. But I have had this jacket for about a month and the stitching on the cuff has already broken from very careful minimal use

I like the jacket but it just didn't wash up as pretty as it was to begin with..The white is very nice and I recommend these to others but I just thought it would wash up better.
