No support to the foot while walking. Foot slide to the front of shoe. Not recommended for anyone with a handicap.

Very disappointed with this shoe. The left shoe is slipping off my heal. I was hoping that it would have been similar to style 577 fit and support. Unfortunately I have all ready used them outside and I can't return.

I was hoping to replace my excellent 2E New Balance athletic shoes, but that model (15-0 V2) is apparently no longer available. I need a rounded toe for my broad fore foot and those were perfect I ordered what looked like the closest I could come, a ww 877SB. They appear to be designed for people with swollen feet and do not fit at all over the arch and in the heel. I would like to return them but they came with no return label or paperwork of any kind. I am also very disappointed that I cannot find on line any NB hiking boots or trail shoes. What is going on here?

This shoe was very wide and a rounded toe made it even wider.

I have ordered and worn New Balance shoes for many years, because I love the way they fit. Every time I find a pair/style I like, it is discontinued. I am then at the mercy of ordering what ever I can find that is as near to the old pair as possible. In a picture it is very hard to tell. These in my search I put in the old style number. The choice only brought up one style. I thought it showed a more v-toed shoe, when I received them, they were a round toe. I do not like them, but my other pair was worn out, so I have worn them, but in the future, I will order another brand of shoe.

Although I always wear a size 10 New Balance, I returned them because they were too large for me.

Forget New Balance if you need 2A narrow shoes. Tried several models, all too wide. 2A label is wrong and completely misleading. Minus 5 stars.

Those shoes are the ugliest that I have ever seen! They have a square toe - which is a very unflattering look for a snicker. I should have looked at the pictures a little more carefully when ordering online. I was so turned off by the look that I have not even tried them on.

I wanted a walking shoe. This shoe has square toes that were unattractive and my toes came right to the edge of the size 10 shoe. Haven't seen this before, but I have never bought New Balance until now. These were returned and I won't try this brand again.

The problem with this shoe is there is no arch support. Did not fit well. It is a pretty shoe. I was able to return it with no problem thanks to LL Bean being such an excellent company.

They have no arch area. I have a wide foot and the New Balance shoes I buy at the sports shoe place in my town are built differently. I hate to say this, but the wide shoe LLBean sells look and feel like they are meant for fat feet. I sent them back immediately.

I bought 2 pair of these shoes, and they eventually caused me foot damage. I have always worn New Balance walking shoes, but these were terrible.

I have worn New Balance tennis shoes for several years and was always pleased with the product and fit. Therefore I ordered a new pair from LL Bean. The current shoe is much different than the earlier ones. The instep area offered no support and the fit was "sloppy". Therefore I returned the shoes. I was pleased that LL Bean refunded my purchase very promptly.

The shoe was far too wide and my foot swam around in it especially when driving. The laces were ridiculously long and no matter how I tried to use up all the lace, it invariably came undone.

I was trying to replace my worn New Balance walking shoes, which I love. Size 5W was not available, so gave extra wide a chance. Big mistake! These looked like orthopedic shoes (despite looking cute in the photo), and for some reason the laces were twice as long as they should have been, adding a cartoonish look. I couldn't return these fast enough! I'm not sure I would trust even a 5W from New Balance now.

These shoes were too narrow through the arches. Shoe strings were hard to work with, the tongue was too short, there wasn't enough tongue to tie the top string over and they didn't come up high enough on the heel. They slipped really bad when I walked.

These shoes have ZERO cushioning in the ball of the foot and minimal in the heel. I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. I will NEVER buy New Balance again. Don't buy these if you value your feet.

I had to return them. I have a narrow foot (and didn't order narrow) and the shoes were too tight across the base of my toes.

I took the advice if reviews on your website and ordered a size larger. I cannot wear them as they are too large. I will return them next week.

I walk more than 5 miles per day for exercise, after dual hip replacement. These shoes did not support my feet or arch at all. I never wore them outside of the house.
