I ordered narrow in two different lengths. I would not call either pair "narrow."

My feet are wide and flat and hard to buy for. I bought this shoe and it fits wonderfully. The problem is that I like it to be more cushioned underneath. It's not really. I take long walks and this shoe is better suited for short walks. It needs more air in the soles. So while it fits, it's not my favorite. Hope that helps.

These shoes are attractive and firm. They would be great for someone with a wide foot - front and back. For me, as a regular 8 1/2 Medium, they were too wide.

There is something changed in the way shoes are made these days. When I order 12N, they most often are way too wide. The Murano shoes fit as they should and are super comfortable. I wish the shoe companies would take notice of how they are failing consumers who have long, narrow feet.

I have worn narrow (2A) New Balance shoes for a long time, but the last two I have ordered in narrow have a very wide toe box and I have had to return them. I will reorder an Adidas in narrow and try that.

I ordered this shoe because of the positive reviews, however, I disagree. The narrow width that I ordered is wider by far than many regular width shoes. After lacing as tightly as possible, the shoe is still too wide, and has zero arch support. I removed the insole to insert another insole, and the shoe bed is perfectly flat. The ankle and tongue are cushiony, and the shoe is very attractive with pretty accent colors, but that's not enough to create a good walking shoe. Where else but Zappos can we continue to try until we find a fit that is right?

I ordered a half size bigger but it was way too large.

I returned them..very hard, u comfortable shoes..was to be narrow and was not. Very uncomfortable hard soles…will go,back to Brooke shoes

Fit was narrower than normal, shoe had no arch support, and slipped off my heel when walking. Did not like them at all

Unfortunately, the left shoe was mis-sized--I think it was a 9 istead of a 9.5. I have the exact same pair and compared the old one to the new one. The new one was definitely shorter. Darn!

O am filling out this review because I am being prompted to do so. I was not pleased with the shoe and returned it almost immediately, I think the ease of the return was the best part of the experience. The shoe itself was a disappointment. It felt short & did not feel narrow. No arch support. Noone’s fault as I was ordering online and therefore no way of knowing how it would fit. Just did not work for me. On a quest for a good walking shoe.

My toe hits the end of the shoes. I ordered narrow, but it feels like a B width. Very short tongue. No arch support.

Another "narrow" shoe that doesn't fit narrow feet. There are so few choices left, but this will have to go back. Even if it did fit, I didn't like the style. These shoes made my feet look huge.

I ordered my normal size, and this shoe was larger, wider and had no cushion or arch support for me. I’m healing a broken foot and was looking for both cushion and support.

Actually, I never tried the shoes on for fit or size. After seeing them, I just decided to return them.

It's been a while since I purchased the New Balance WW877. I don't wear them often but on a simple walk the other day the entire bottom tread peeled away from the shoe. This may have been my 10th time to wear these. They are comfortable and shouldn't be falling apart that easily. Unfortunately, they have been a pair of shoes that are seldom worn in my daily routine. Very disappointed in the quality of New Balance shoes

This shoe (9W) had ample width and was almost a 1/2 inch longer than the 9W in the Fresh Foam X860v13 that I tried at the same time. There was no arch support or cushion with this shoe, and after walking around in them for a few minutes, I noticed the heels were too wide and that allowed so much movement of my foot in the shoe that the top of this shoe was putting pressure on my instep, even though I repeatedly loosened the laces.

Size 7.5 was sent and I ordered size 7. I reordered and I needed these before Saturday. Disappointing!
