These have been my “go to” shoes for the past 3 years. I walk 5 miles a day in them and my legs and feet feel great. True to size, they nursed me through a fractured foot bone with better support that the walking boot the ER ordered. My only regret is that they don’t come in other colors.

Love these for walking, but my complaints are the laces don't stay tied, and the mesh above the toes will allow my toes to poke holes in the top. I fix that with duct tape inside the shoe's toe area, but I shouldn't have to.

Love my sneakers! My feet are very narrow with little or no arch, and I take a 10.5 shoe. In the past several months, I have returned many pairs and could not find one that worked until now. These sneakers have room for orthotics, are the perfect width and length, and are so, so comfortable. I will definitely order them again if they are available.

Perfect size, 1/2 up from usual as suggested. These are what I consider light walking shoes for strolls, sightseeing and shopping. Wouldn’t wear them to walk three miles but would wear a 990 for that type of exercise. They give good support for light activities and look nicer than my heavier sneakers.

These shoes are great for walking! I have another pair of New Balance that I wear for work. This pair is not super attractive, but they feel great, and the price was super! I recommend for walking and running errands.

Fit and size was perfect. I love the color, didn't want the same old white or black.

Fit is wonderful. I love the round toebox this style has. I was pleased to find this in a color other than black or white, it's a nice change. My last pair lasted for 3 years!

I have gone up another half-size in shoes...the joys of my eighth decade. Ideally, I now wear an 11.5 shoe. Because I have had plantar fasciitis twice, once recently, I decided to try highly rated New Balance shoes. Alas, no half sizes, so I ordered a 12. Unfortunately, even I put in my orthotics and a heel grabber, the heel slips way too much. Back to the drawing board with Zappos.

This is the fourth pair of these shoes that I have purchased so you can see that I am enamored. I have wide feet at the toes and a narrow heel and I can lace these to fit just right for me. I always buy a size 10 D even though in a street shoe I wear an 8.5 WW. This allows me to add a padded insole. I have walked hundreds of miles in this style training for and walking the Camino de Santiago and many fitness walks with nary a blister. I always have two pair in various stages of wear which I alternate. I hope New Balance never stops making this shoe!

Finally a pair of shoes with a toe box that gives the toes room and at least some style. This is my second pair of WW877's; still wearing the first. Wanted to make sure I had these in reserve as I have a heel lift that fits perfectly and the insole "fits" the shoe unlike ASICS. New Balance also comes in half sizes if necessary which many other brands seem to shy away from when it comes to a 10.5 shoe. There are some of us out there. Thank you New Balance.

I love this walking shoe. I normally wear a 9.5 B in an athletic shoe. That size fit perfectly. It is very comfortable because it has a wide toe box, good arch support and plenty of padding. It is a higher quality shoe than I expected for the price. I love the soft colors that won't clash with most clothes or look heavy with summer clothes.

After going back and forth, sending several pairs of shoes back to Zappo, I finally found a pair that fits and looks great. ‘Orthotics friendly’ too. I know I will appreciate these shoes on an upcoming trip when I intend to do a lot of walking. The first day the shoes arrived I wore them all day without problems or painful feet. Thank you, Zappo, you make buying shoes fun.

By far the most comfortable of the six ordered. Importantly, they look good! The toe section is divided by strips of material that minimize .. a lot! . the "boat look" of most other shoes. I was told I had a fallen arch & needed more support. The therapist approved this shoe & I'm grateful for it. I'll probably add the Copper insole for added support even though I feel the show gives excellent support. One thing I wish NB would do is reinforce the upper toe area. Sometimes the toe over time will push the fabric and produce a hole. In any case, it's a wonderful, supporting shoe that looks great.

Overall this shoes is a definite improvement from my previous NB shoe that was not true to size and the sole came unglued. This shoe has a roomy toe box and is true to size in length and width. I wear a woman’s 12 med. I have allot of foot issues, one of which is arthritis. I was told years ago by a podiatrist to wear a firm sole that does not bend. This shoes feels very soft, but only bends slightly. So I put my own insert in and that firmed it up enough. Finally I have a shoe that I don’t have to remove as soon as I get in the house. It is comfortable enough to leave on if I want to! My biggest problem getting a comfortable shoe is the fact that we do not have a store that carries women’s size 12 for me to try on unless I want to travel 60 Miles. So it is mail order for me.

Really really like these shoes. They have a nice wide toe box. I inserted my own orthotics (eww...they came with someone else's orthotics already in them...what????) The color is not a shiny silver but a soft taupe with very lt grey, and will go well with beige slacks. Perfect for summer trips.
