These were just perfect. A wide and deep toe box, and a fairly firm footbed (these are walking shoes). I added a smidge of cushion and it is fine. Not the prettiest shoe, but who cares as long as it fits!

Love these shoes. They're comfortable right out of the box. As with all new balance, you have to order up a half size. I did and they are perfect.
I have a wide foot and the width is good. Also love that they are made in the US.

Received my New Balance recently. These shoes are amazingly comfortable right out of the box, and, provide wonderful foot support. Shoes are lightweight, and also easy on and off.. I ordered a medium and, I also have room for the Bean padded socks. Shoes are true to size in width and length. The exterior of these shoes are easy to clean, and, just overall great walking shoes. .

This is the best walking shoe I have ever had. Just checked stock as I am contemplating ordering another pair to have in reserve. I'm walking for health reasons four to five, sometimes six days a week and these shoes are the best I have ever had. YES it does matter what you wear on your feet. LOVE them, and they look good too.

I ordered this sneaker when my favorite NB sneaker was discontinued. I ordered an extra wide to accommodate a small but sensitive bunion. I found that increasing the width made the shoe feel too long so I returned the first pair and ordered a second pair (hooray for free shipping and returns!) 1/2 size smaller. Turned out to be the perfect fit! We went on a trip that required a lot more walking than usual for me, and these shoes were great! No break in time, and they stayed comfortable all day. There isn’t a lot of padding, but I prefer the flexibility that affords. Having a flexible sole is more comfortable to me than more rigid arch support. Overall, a great shoe!

This is the second pair of these that I have purchased. First pair is still going strong - but on the chance that this model could be replaced, I bought the second pair. The shoe has a very wide toe box - much appreciated and needed both generally and because of a Morton's Neuroma on one foot. These are so comfortable I can put them on in the morning - and wear and walk in them all day! Great buy!

These shoes fit me to a tee, far better than any other. I need special orthotics and have to wear them every day. The 877 New Balance has been my go-to shoe for many years. Only downside - it is difficult to find in 10.5W.

I was looking for an athletic shoe that would provide support for walking 2-4 miles. These shoes are great. They allow your toes and foot to flex and move as you walk. There is not a lot of padding on the sole but I'm reading that that isn't good for the health of your foot. Better to allow the muscles to flex and work.

As with all the NB shoes I've ever bought, I had to size up from 9.5 to 10. Silly me, I took NB's word for a different model and ordered a 9.5...had to return it...TOO SMALL. These 10s are perfect, and they are great shoes. I don't know who in the world thought they ran large!
