Stiff and uncomfortable. Returned

It was the material that was uncomfortable, straps causing chafing, and footbed not soft, unable to adjust the straps to comfort level. The shoe was as represented in the picture, and I like Vionic since I'm getting bunions, but this shoe just wasn't comfortable.

Attractive, nicely made shoe with great arch support. However, although there's adjustable velcro straps around heel and over arch, the shoe runs very large. Size 8 Wide feels a full size larger and wider even when both straps are fully tightened. I returned them.

I have to say I was disappointed in these sandals. The straps are kind of loose, even after adjusting them, and they gave me blisters. It’s too bad, because the arch support is fantastic.

These seemed very comfortable, but the straps were just too long. I have a medium width foot, but Vionics usually are too wide for me. I was hoping this pair would be an exception because the straps across the top were adjustable. However, when I tightened them enough to be snug on my foot, the ends were sticking way out past the places they should have stopped. The sandals ended up looking ridiculous and ill-fitting on my feet.

I really really wanted these to work. Felt great with my Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma. HOWEVER, the straps are just weird. WAaaaaay too long of an ankle/over the instep (and I have a high arch!) it was just goofy. Plus the material was kinda stiff, plasticky and icky. I went with a shoe that didn't have quite as good as footbed but still very comfy and MUCH better straps- The Taos Trophy 2. Freaky how comfy the Taos is, and love the slim leather straps. Really cute (and I'm not picky about style- ya can't be when you have huge, problem feet). But I will feel so confident in Italy wearing the Taos.

Ordered normal size and width but I could have gone down an entire size.. and they are quite wide

I love the Vionic line; however, these shoes have very little support in them. I wore them around an entire day and by the end of the day my arches were hurting from lack of support. Back they went. Plus, they do have a bit of a "granny" look to them.

So much variation in size 5s! This was too long and wide - but very attractive! Too bad.

It is just "too loud" too flashy. I would really like the same style in more muted colors and real leather. I wish this shoe came in brown. I do wish for more arch support. The original orthoheel was really good; I am sad the design has been changed.

I have always loved the fit of this model of Vionic sandals. This time I ordered a black pair, but didn't realize the materials were all synthetic. The synthetic straps were very uncomfortable and bit into my feet. I am returning and will reorder a pair with leather uppers.

Unfortunately I had to return them because the stitching is very rough and scratches the tops of my feet.

I have extremely flat feet and keep trying to find sandals I can wear without my orthotics. These almost made it. The straps on the back weren’t quite right so back they go. Bummer as I think the arch support would’ve worked out. I’m still trying!

fit and size were OK but I didn't like the look

The sandals have a comfortable footbed with good arch support. I had a pair of this style years ago and loved them. I wore them until the velcro wore out. The reason I'm returning these is poor construction, the straps are too long and the one at the ankle overlaps with the heel strap. One of the ankle straps is crooked and gaps when wearing them.

Straps were a little hard

The shoe was a medium width but was still too wide.

Awkward to put on because of the three velcro instep straps + a heel strap. Problem is no half-sizes (I'm joining the chorus of other reviewers who point this out). The 9W, which I ordered, is too long but also too narrow at the front for my bunion, which protruded out over the side. (Never had that happen in a "wide" before!) I could probably take an 8.5 wide, but the next size down is an 8. Too bad--pretty shoe.

The sandal is made of plastic, looks fake. Also, I had this exact pair from 3-4 yrs ago. The fit is different, the velcro straps are too long. Returning.

The size was perfect, this is the 3rd pair of this style that I have ordered over the last few years. the inside of the straps was way to stiff for me...defiantly cheap plastic which was a deal breaker. Also, seems like the length of the straps and velcro have taken a downturn as you cannot adjust all the straps with out extra strap hanging off the shoe. Very disappointed this time.
