I have suffered from metatarsalgia for several months, and these sandals are a lifesaver. I did have to attach moleskin to the underside of each strap to make them comfortable, and I also added velcro to the ends of the ankle and heel straps to keep them attached when pulled tighter. The footbed and arch support are very comfortable. I have bunions, but a narrow heel, so the placement and adjustability of the straps are great. The wide width is perfect. I don't think I could wear a medium in these.

I have one foot without an arch and this shoe fits very well, true to size and I have one foot that needs 1/2 size bigger than the other. Velcro closure straps seem to overlap with the back strap but has not caused much of an issue, could probably be shorter.

The shoes are a perfect 7W. They fit my feet and are comfortable. They offer really good arch support. I am returning them because I thought they were leather and they are not. I found Aetrex shoes that are leather and look dressier to go with my summer dresses.

I loved these before they added the heel strap. I wish that option was still available. I am also not pleased with the fabric coated footbed that is now on most of these styles. I never had problems with smelly feet until they changed to this fabric. Please bring back the Aubrey style!

Arrived on time, true to size, comfortable, but it lacks the firm arch support of the earlier sandals I bought from Orthaheel (before it became Vionic)!

I like the versatility. The size is slightly bigger, but it helps that all the straps are adjustable. Other than that, very comfortable.

The shoes still seem a little large on me even though I ordered the half size down. I think I don't really need the W width on this pair. But I'm just going to return them for now and use the money for a different pair of shoes for winter wearing. I don't know what that will be yet.

I wish they made these in a brown leather, I'm not a big fan of the "snake" skin look. But these are very comfortable and have a really good arch support.

The makers of Orthaheel shoes recommend that if you wear a half that you should order up. I've bought several of this brand and now I know that they were too big. If you have wide feet and are used to buying larger to accommodate that, then don't do that with these.

I wear a womans 12. These were long and wider than normal. They are clunky. Not heavy but not a dainty sandal. I'm returning them. I love Zappos and don't buy anywhere else. They have the arch support comparable to Birkenstocks.

These sandals are so supportive I can walk all day without worrying about my arches. I normally have orthotics in my shoes, but can go without them in theses sandals. Just spent 3 weeks on vacation in Europe walking many miles a day being a tourist, wore the first pair of these almost daily, came home and bought my second pair they worked so well. I wear a size 12 and wish Vionic made all their shoes in my size.

Nice looking sandal but feet hurt if I wear it for too long due to the built in arch. Due to all the separated velcro straps, it is highly adjustable.

I was reluctant to purchase these shoes as they seemed kind of "old lady," in my opinion. However, after wearing them all over Germany and Austria for the past 2 weeks, I don't care how they look because they felt great. My feet didn't hurt, my arches were supported and my plantar fasciitis did not flare up at all. I would purchase these again in a heart beat!

Most of my shoes are Orthaheels but these shoes are too wide on my feet. The Velcro could not pull tight enough. The first pair were too wide. I wear a medium width.

Nice sandals. Good fit. But returning to Vionics because after wearing 3 or 4 times still did not help with the plantar fasciitis in my right foot.

Very comfortable but the white is not white. It is cream and does not work with white pants. The decorative item is pure white and also does not match the shoe leather. Too bad, I like them a lot but will return them.

These are very cute and comfortable, but my foot is too narrow to keep them. After adjusting the straps, there was just too much hang over. They would have to be cut and restitched, so I returned these. Wish they would make a narrow. So tired of everyone only making shoes in medium and wide widths.

Too bad the company doesn't use higher quality materials in the uppers, they are rough around the edges, like a vinyl product...not a soft leather, which I would adore. The soles are very comfortable however, and size are exactly what I need for planters fasciitis, so I kept them because I am so desperate and hard to fit. Not many choices for a size 12 gal, take what we can get or go barefoot!

I loved the adjustable straps, but really disliked the vinyl backing on the straps. Just wearing for a few minutes in my house and I had to keep unsticking the straps from my feet. I am certain that would be very uncomfortable in the summer heat. I'm returning them.

This shoe had excellent arch support for my plantar issues. However, I liked the styling of the Alegria shoe better without compromising the arch support.

I ordered these shoes in the size I normally wear, and they swallowed my foot. I could have put both feet in one shoe! They are super wide and just big. If you have a wide, thick foot, they would be great; but for a flat skinny foot, they did not work.

If you pronate, Vionics will change your feet and posture. I'm still changing. I've tried a lot of other methods, but Vionics works best.

I LOVE this shoe, so comfortable! I was pleasantly amazed I found a sandal with an actual arch support. The gold leaf printed on the leather was a little too much for me, and I wondered how well it would hold up, so I hesitated to order this shoe. When I did receive it, it fit so well I was willing to overlook the printed leather but alas, when I looked closer, there are goofy, totally unnecessary metal "adornments" which are riveted to the main strap, placing metal rivet directly against the skin. The sad thing is the print on these metal pieces matches the shoe so well they were nearly invisible, hence, totally unnecessary. Sadly, back this otherwise lovely and SO comfortable shoe went. Zappos service is amazing as usual!

Style is great! Bad is there is no cussioning in the footbed and I have arthritis in my feet and toes. I always where a narrow and I went from a 9N to 8M. For my narrow foot the velcro straps were almost to the floor and the arch really wasn't in the right place. Love, Zappos and I tried to replace an earlier order that didn't work, but 2 treys is all I am going to do. Found what I was looking for on another shoe site. Walking Cradles is the best 9N and their foot bed is awesome for arthritic feet.

I have been wearing these sandals for about 2 weeks and have found them to be great for my tendinitis in my arch. The best part is they are completely adjustable for my feet, with great holding Velcro straps. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is that I still have swelling in my foot after wearing them for an extended period( just the way my feet are made)
