Went kayaking in Florida in my new shirt. It breathes well, dries fast, held my camera and small binoculars in the big front pockets well. Best kayaking shirt I've owned.

My new Air Strip fishing shirt fits perfectly and is easy to care for, without wrinkling. Lightweight and comfortable.

I would wear this everyday if I could! All day fishing in Costa Rica, it was so comfortable I didnt even feel I was wearing it. Drys fast, blocks sun, and my daughters loved it!! landed and released a 250lb striped Marlin and never felt bound by the shirt...lots of movement and freedom..I have a great ppic my daughter took, and having trouble downloading , send me an email address please. Best of the best shirts I have ever purchased. I always wear them while traveling throughout the world.

I bought three of these for a 12 day cruise of the Mediterranean. Very comfortable I chose the Large instead of XL and wore it over a T-Shirt and one sometimes two passport & security pouches that were around my neck hanging on each side. I normally wear XL but feel I would have been swimming in the XL had I ordered it. I do have a Northface XL and it fits like a potato sack. I typically wear a 46 Reg and am 5'10" 220lbs at present.

I own two short sleeve and four long sleeve versions of these shirts. I have traveled for long periods of time wearing the air strip shirts and they provide comfort, style and easy cleaning. I like the pockets on the shirt and the security zipper behind the right pocket. The shirts do not add much weight to my luggage and that is important today, especially with the 50 lb max weight restrictions or you pay more for luggage stowage.

I absolutely love the travel/outdoors type clothing, in fact I practically live in this kind of clothing even when I am not outdoors or traveling. While I love Ex Officio clothing, I also buy from a lot of other companies and this gives me a very good perspective in regards to the differences in quality between the different manufacturers. With that being said I have more Air Strip Lite shirts in my closet than I do any other shirt, I have 11 of them in total. They are extremely comfortable, breath and wick moisture right up there with the best of them, they resist wrinkling, are extremely lightweight, have great features and last but certainly not least they look great and come in a plethora of great colors. Everything one should expect from a great travel shirt is present in the Air Strip Light. I just recently spent 6 weeks down in Costa Rica and I practically lived in these shirts while I was down there. Whether we we hiking in Corcovado National Park, climbing Volcano Arenal, or just grabbing a beer in downtown San Jose, the Air Strip light always performed flawlessly. Whether you prefer blue jeans, cargo pants, hiking pants or even a pair of shorts, the air strip light is a perfect choice for a shirt. Its one of those rare shirts that really go with everything and always look great regardless of your choice. The bottom line is that the Air Strip lite is at the head of the class for travel/outdoors/adventure shirts. You simply cant go wrong buying one of these shirts. If your looking for a quality traveling shirt that packs light, looks great and performs amazingly well then look no further. As for colors, I suggest Oyster or Jade to start off with.

I purchased this shirt a week ago and I have used it hiking Camelback mountain here in phoenix. Temps 100+ and this shirt felt great...I stayed comfortable, I could feel the side vents allowing in air and it was nice to have my arms and neck covered from the hot sun. I usually buy large sizes but the medium size was right for me.

Great shirt for fishing. Keeps the sun out while keeping you cool. I LOVE this shirt.

The shirt is 14 years old and has about one million miles on it. It has survived eight trips to Africa, seven trips circumnavigating the earth, been on every continent, and dragged trough a hundred or so countries. It kept me warm in Antarctica and cool in the Congo.

For 114 days I led the first expedition in history to raft and kayak the first full descent of the entire length of the Blue Nile. During the entire adventure, all 3,300 miles of class 5-6 rapids, 14 foot crocodiles, blinding sandstorms and marauding bandits I wore only two ExOfficio Air Strip shirts. After 114 days of daily washing in the muddy Nile (and drying in three minutes in the Sahara air) they arrived at the end of the trip in perfect condition. Of all of the equipment I have ever used on an expedition, from the summit of Mount Everest to the Nile, no other product of any type has ever held up as well as my ExOfficio shirts.

Love the shirt though the large is too small and the XL is a bit too big

Fits as expected. Comfortable during quarantine. Also wii be great when are able to travel again.

I own a few of these shirts, they are light and easily washable for travel.

I have been wearing Ex-Officio for decades and the original Air Strip was one of my favorites. The Large fit me perfectly, but the new style is trimmer and I had to change to an XL for comfort (I'm still the same weight). As many others have commented, the new model might look a little nicer, but is not as useful, particularly with losing the oversized pleated pockets. I like having the straight hem so I can wear it untucked and the sun-blocking and light material is perfect for desert weather. But still not as good as the original, so it will never get back the five stars the first one did.

I own a few of the shirts, some of them quite old. They are fantastic for travel and have held up very well. They provide the coverage you want with lots of pockets to secure your belongings. I like that the pocket flaps are now secured with a bit of velcro on both ends. My older shirts ran a little larger and longer in the arms, and possible stains, even BBQ, rinsed out with water. Hoping the new fabric serves as well. Looking forward to travel.

I have been wearing the Air Strip shirts for many years. I can only rate them great until the year that you changed the main fabric blend from 80/20 (Nylon/Poly) to 73/27. That was just enough additional poly to retain too much odor. Please return it to 80/20! If you need to charge more for that blend then do it! It would be worth it!

I have an older air strip that I love. Great for fly fishing. New shirts as good but seems pockets are smaller. Older pockets were great for holding fly boxes

Excellent shirt! I would like to buy more but the price is a bit steep.

I am a 15 year customer, one with every exo color in my closet. The fabric blend in this shirt is terrific, it's lightweight, without wrinkles and breathable. And they have quit sewing the top button with green thread. However, the new "updated" streamlined size is a disappointment, they should have left it alone and roomier for physical activity.
