I adore these shoes - I usually wear size 9N - the width is perfect, but the shoe was too short.

the Clarissa by Naturalizer felt narrower than it is marked. I normally wear a 6.5 WW, but this shoe is too narrow. After trying on in front of a mirror it comes across as a "grandma style shoe". Not for me, sorry will be returning.

Love these shoes, EXCEPT....this is the 4th pair of shoes I receive that have been worn/used by someone else. Scuff marks on the toe and heel are evident. I am purchasing NEW shoes, then send new ones!!

This shoe is supposed to be WW (E) width. It is NOT WIDE WIDTH. Regular width

I didn’t even try them on. I couldn’t get past the color. Usually, I’m not so picky but when another pair in the order fit perfectly and was very cute, there was no going back. The color looked more brownish-red on the website. The actual color is baby poop brown and the leather looked cheap.

I am disappointed because while the shoes fit size-wise and width-wise, the toe box was so small that it pinched my toes and was very uncomfortable. I don't understand why the trend to shove women's feet into the narrowest shoe height is still fashionable. Once again, I will be returning an order because of a narrow height toe box. Perhaps you should start putting the toe box size on your shoes. Would save a lot of money on return expenses for your company.

These shoes had CLEARLY been worn before and returned! there were scuff marks all over the heels, clear crease marks in the leather where the toes bend and the brand name on the insole was almost completely worn off. Completely unacceptable to resell these as new! Returning.

The shoe looks like it's made of plastic. Color is also lighter shade than pictured. Not attractive. Would not recommend.

I really wanted to like these since they got good reviews, but unfortunately when I opened the box they looked way too narrow, and knew they wouldn't fit properly, but I tried anyway. I wear a wide shoe, and I saw where there were reviews that people who have wide feet said they fit very well. I wear wide shoes and I have to say that these are more medium width then wide. The toe area is very narrow for a wide and the heal has a seam on both sides that even in my socks it hurt. So unfortunately they have to go back. Now on the plus side Zappos got them to me in one day. Excellent job Zappos!!!

I love Zappos but I am so many times disappointed with the sizing of brands. I have bad feet and bunions and this shoe Clarissa by Naturalizer is no way near the ww size as represented. Naturalizer I am learning does not come in what I would call correct sizing. Cute shoe tho if you can get by with it being more narrow than you expect.

This is the first time I've ever written a product review. In my search for fall shoes, I see that Naturalizer is still making the Clarissa. I bought three pair of these shoes last fall and was unable to wear them more than once or twice. They stretched out so much that I could not keep them on my feet. I should have complained at the time and don't know why I didn't. But today I see a review by someone else who had the same experience, so I know it's not just me. A huge disappointment as I loved the style, and a huge waste of money since I cannot wear these shoes. I did not buy all three pair from Zappos.

Nice looking style, but overall sizing is smaller than noted, in both length and width.

I loved the style of these shoes and needed them for an upcoming trip but unfortunately they were too small and there wasn't another larger to exchange. Had to return them.

Back in the day, I could wear any style Naturalizer made. No so much now. Ordered these in my usual 10N and they felt much too tight. I am sorrowfully returning. They are very cute and I wanted them to work so badly. Was going to order a 1/2 size larger, but Zappos does not have.
