I wish these would have worked, but they were unusually tight for a size 6, and rubbed the outsides of my foot. I may or may not go a size larger. I have never worn a 6.5 in my life.

Love the look of this shoe. I own another pair like this with a side zipper and it looks so stylish. This shoe looks great but the heel area is too shallow and it keeps slipping off my heel as I walked around the house.

Not wide enough, very disappointed, I really like the shoe.

I expected these to be more comfortable than they are. I love the look but need more arch support and soft foot bed.

Didn’t like style.

I loved these shoes. I have flat feet and these provided support and were very comfortable. While I was wearing them for the first time, the stitching came apart on the gusset of the right shoe. The shoe literally fell apart as I was wearing it. Disappointed to return them as they were very comfortable.

I ordered a WW and I usually only order a W. This was still too narrow. Turn it over and look at the sole of the shoe -- it uses the same sole as Medium and Wide Widths.

I love the comfort of these shoes, and they are true to size. The elastic on the sides helps to prevent pressure from the top of my feet. BUT, the polish on the shoes comes off very easy. I have worn these shoes 2 times and they are already scuffed on the toes. None of my other shoes are this way, so I know it's the polish on the shoes and not me. Giving it 2 stars overall just because of this polish issue.

Very plasticy, shiny look. Runs small.

I really wanted to keep these shoes. They provide nice support with a non clunky look that would go well with a lot of my clothes do, both jeans and a bit dressier for work. They felt very good when I first slipped them on, but alas, the longer I wore them, they pissed off nerves/morons neuroma in the balls of my feet as I walked. Their wide width is more of a "c" width and my Barney rubble feet are a d or extra wide. So sadly, they are too narrow and I'll be sending them back.

These shoes are really comfortable, especially if you are on your feet a lot. They looked really good too when I first got them but I've had them exactly 2 months and they are peeling in the toe area. I can't really wear them to work anymore, now they look sloppy. I expected them to look good longer than this.

I hate to say that these shoes only lasted me 2 months before the bottom began falling apart. Considering I paid money for a pair of shoes, I would expect them to last much longer than that. I wore them to work each day, 40 hours a week. Very disappointed! Will not buy shoes from them again.

These were more narrow than they should be for wide width. Also, they are almost flip flops. The back is so low, it's barely on your foot in the back. The shoe is very tight across the top and I could barely get the zipper up. I wore them once and my feet were in agony by the end of the day and all I did was sit at my desk.

Liked the looks of this shoe online, but when I tried them on they were so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in them. I used to wear Naturalizers, but it seems they have changed the fit. I won't wear them again.

A very attractive shoe. However, size seemed to run too small for my 8AA foot. I have several pair of Naturalizer shoes that do fit me well, so this was surprising.

I bought these at the end of July and loved them. I wore them five days a week until mid September. By that time, they were very scuffed and part of the heel had worn away. Also, by that time I noticed that, although I initially thought they were comfortable, I could feel the hard concrete beneath my feet walking to the parking garage. I have liked Naturalizers before, but I was very disappointed in these. If I had kept the box, I would have returned them.

POOR QUALITY - It seems that the shoes have a synthetic surface finish and perhaps the leather was not dyed black as would be expected by Naturalizer. The finish rubs off by gently buffing with the touch of a finger and requires the frequent use of heavy paste wax to repair the damage. Even then, the scuffs can still be seen. The shoes look awful even with careful wear and polishing. In addition, when the Zappos review structure ranks "overall" as 1/3 of the score with no score for "quality," the results are really not very helpful to other consumers.

Cute, comfortable and fit my narrow foot perfectly! Will order another pair!

Fit and service was excellent, but was very disappointed that the current price has gone from $47 to $79 in one year. Would like to re--order but will not under this circumstance. Is this a "new normal" for Zappos?
