Bought these back in July and already the zipper pull on the left shoe has already broken and fell off. Don't know how it happened, a coworker just picked it up and gave it to me when I was sitting at my desk. Also there is no arch support and no room to add insoles in these.

I was hoping for something more stylish than a sneaker type walking shoe (for those occasions when I need to be a bit dressed up for city occasions) but these did not work out very well for me. They are fine to wear for an hour or two, but become increasingly uncomfortable as time goes by. I feel discomfort especially in the toe box (pinched toes).

This would be a great shoe if it didn't start to fall apart a month after I bought them. The left shoe starting making a weird clicking sound when I walked. It also started the peel at the toe and at the heel. The right shoe is just fine...

Shoes were nice soft leather and very light. Zappos why did you send out shoes that had been worn and scuffed by someone else? So not like you. Sending back.

No arch support. I wanted to like these shoes. Coming out of the box, they looked and felt perfect. They have cushion and even have a different colored cushion where it looked like there was arch support. But once I put them on, I realized the different color was all for show. Its a shame, because otherwise they would be perfect. But without arch support, my feet would start hurting within a few hours.

I really like the look of these shoes. They would be great with jeans and other pants and even look a little dressy. I would like to keep them. However, I have a very wide foot and even though these were extra wide, they were still too tight in the ball of the foot. At the same time, they slipped on the heel when trying to walk. I don't think it would help to try another size. So, unfortunately, they will be going back.

I was in love with these shoes until today when the leather started to peel off of the toe. I have not been brutal with them either. I was shocked to see that what looked like a small piece of gum on the toe was the leather peeling away! After some research it seems that this must be a low grade leather. And so now I am stumped as to what to get to replace them.

I've had these shoes five months and while they are very comfortable, there is already a hole through the right heel (sole) and nearly through the left one. They're hollow heels. They have only been used for work. Kind of disappointing.

As others have noted, this shoe has a narrow toe box, much too tight for a medium width. The rest of the shoe felt right. Workmanship and materials very good.

Nice looking basic black shoe, but the heel counter is very low and felt like it would fall off of my foot as I walked. I will be returning this item.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I would buy more BUT, the color is painted on rather than dyed. When they scuff, it goes down to the leather. The shoe dr could not fix it. I've tried using a permanent marker to color in the scuff, but it is noticeable.

This shoe runs smaller than state size so definitely order a half-size up! It looked more dumpy and old lady dig than in the photos so I am returning them. They are a nice soft material and I imagine would be comfortable if I had tried the correct size.

I bought these hoping they would be soft and supportive like an athletic shoe - but dressy enough for my business casual office. They didn't have enough cushioning under the ball of the foot to be comfortable enough for walking around the office all day. The toe box was also snug for a comfort shoe. The arch support was minimal.

Shoes are very comfortable but do not fit an orthodic. I thought the side were high enough but still have problems with heel slipping. So I guess I will where them with out the orthodic

I am a true 9 1/2 but not wide. First received the reg/med and they were way too narrow, returned for the wide and still all around too tight/narrow. Otherwise true to length, sole is well cushioned.

I tried a 9WW - too large. I tried an 8 1/2WW - too small. Thinking I got an overstretched or mislabeled 9WW because that's what I normally wear, I tried a second pair - too small. I'm feeling a bit like Goldilocks except I never found the one that was just right.

This shoe looks great, solid but a bit dressy, feels wonderful, soft and accommodating, but...when I walk briskly my heel slips almost completely out of the shoe. The length and width appear to be correct - when standing the shoe fits properly. I'm not sure if the heel is shallow or possibly too wide for my foot, but I am returning the shoes. Rats!

I was hoping these would be like the Naturalizer slip-ons I had several years ago, but no such luck. The 10N was too narrow for my foot -- almost unheard of! I do have high arches, and I felt like the tongue of the shoe was too tight against the top of my foot. The search continues.

Too tight, especially in the instep. Couldn't get my entire foot in shoe, even with the zipper down. Strange for a double wide size. Need to order 1/2 size larger and see what happens. So grateful that Zappos has such great customer service. The other Clarks shoes I ordered were fine in the same size. Different brand, different sizing I guess. At least for this order. Will review when I get the other pair.

I ordered this shoe in WW and could not even get my wider foot (with bunion) into it. I am a difficult fit, but usually a WW (rare as they are) will at least go on and give me a chance to evaluate the shoe properly. Very disappointing. I don't think this brand is for me.
