These shoes arrives, and they are so cute. But my toes were touching the end of the shoes in my regular size. Returned them for a half size larger and they were perfect. There is no arch support, they are actually like cheap flip flops. Your feet are loose in the shoe, and the ankle strap, which just snaps, keeps the shoe from flying off. I actually really loved them, and they look so cute. Flipping the ankle strap behind the heel will not work, since the shoe just flips right off. But I was fine with keeping the strap like a Mary Jane. I just got these shoes a few weeks ago, and have worn them to my work (part time desk job). The most walking has been from the parking lot to my office. Well, the side strap (not the ankle strap) just came loose today! The stitching came apart! I have worn them maybe 6 times. Don't waste your money. They are cute, but for the cost, what a waste. Teva fell short here.

I have an older version of this shoe with a Velcro strap. I love the fit and comfort of that shoe--this one not so much. The strap is awful, bad design in my opinion. The shoe is comfortable except for the strap. Maybe it is because I have a high arch … it seems rather like an afterthought to be worn in the back and not really as a cross strap. I think the shoe is very overpriced and not worth the cost. I do not mind paying more if it seems worth it, but this shoe was rather cheap looking. I have not ordered from Zappos for a few years and was surprised what a hassle it is to return things now. I do not have a printer so now I have to wait for the return label to be mailed and then find a UPS shipping place. It was so easy in the past, I will not be ordering shoes again as it is too much trouble to return them.

For fans of previous versions of this Teva mary jane style, this shoe will be a disappointment. The Pasas was a perfect shoe for travel - wear it anywhere. This version lacks an adjustable strap and the mesh on the top is not substantial enough to keep the shoe's shape - it buckles. Given that it also runs short, moving to a larger size needed would only increase the buckling. VERY SORRY to see the older superior version disappear.

After reading the reviews that this fit true to size I ordered a pair. I wear a size 9 medium. When I got these they were too small and ran narrow. I have another pair of Teva's that are similar in design that I love, but they are wearing out. Sadly, I have to return these because they look similar to my old favorites.

These shoes were so cute and just what I had been looking for, but...it feels like the baby toe side of the ball of my foot is going up hill. Very odd!

Cute shoe, but lacks support. Foot rolls to the inside when you step. I thought it might just be my foot acting weird but my daughter tried them on & said the same thing.

Very disappointed since I have been looking at this shoe online for a while. Runs small in length about half size. Also runs wide, the ankle strap is too big and there is no way to adjust it. And they had no arch support.

I have a normal foot, and wear an 8 ½ consistently. The 8 ½ in this shoe was to short, and my toes were at the end of the shoe. So I exchanged for a 9, and it was perfect, or so I thought. I wore these shoes 5 or 6 to my part time desk job, the most walking was from the parking lot to my office, and the strap has already pulled out! This is the strap on the outside of the foot. What an epic fail for Teva! For the cost of these shoes, they should be made better. I was going to order another pair because I like them so much, but not with them falling apart after wearing them a few times. Save your money and buy something else.

This is a cute and comfortable shoe, but the strap is not adjustable, so if it doesn't happen to fit, it doesn't work for you. Poor design and a big disappointment.
