It is too delicate, Price is too high for the quality. DS

The Watertight II title would lead you to think that this jacket is waterproof. If you are looking for a good priced, lightweight, water resistant jacket for running errands, this is the jacket for you. But, if you work outside for a living like I do, and need a jacket to keep you dry no matter the down pour, look elsewhere. This jacket resists water for a little while but over time it starts to hold water and leak in through both pockets as well as the bottom seam.

Was great when I first bought it. My one complaint was the hood sags and gets in the way when being worn without a hat. After about a year of use, it started absorbing the water, while generally falling apart and stopped serving it's purpose. Unless you want to buy a new rain jacket every year, I wouldn't recommend.

Not true to size. Medium was tight around all of me + armpits, impeding movement. No "pocket" for hood. No outer pocket for cellphone. Velcro along zipper for better closure will rip your sweater apart.

Ordered an XL. Jacket way too small. Hard to get on due to way arm holes are cut. Hard to believe that this jacket is 31" long. A big disappointment.

The zipper in one of the pockets already broke on my first trip with this jacket.

NOT WATTERPROOF!!!! May pass as water resistant. Terrible product. I would love to return and get my money back. If your are expecting this to keep you dry in a rain storm you are mistaken.

I am very disappointed with this rain jacket. The first time I wore it in a light rain I got soaked. It was a cool day and I was not perspiring. I've purchased many Columbia jackets over the years was surprised that this jacket did not keep me dry. I thought Columbia tested their clothing?

Feels like I'm wearing a trash bag on my body. For the price this is very disappointing. Wont even risk working with this on, as I know it would rip on the first day.

Bought this late last Summer (2020) and wanted to try it for this Summer. New England is having quite a rain storm right now. This jacket is not even CLOSE to 100% waterproof. Got back inside just now and my back is damp from water seeping within the jacket.

The fit was fine, however the color runs when it rains making it a poor choice for a rain jacket.

Riding 4-wheeler checking on cows. At first the water beaded up. Ten minutes later, the moderate rain soaked through to my clothes. Never washed it before so that's not an excuse! Not waterproof as stated!

I received another fake jacket with printed "Columbia " logo not embroidered, an "Omni tech" printed on one of the sleeves not the regular Columbia symbol, and no "packable" label inside one of the pockets.. this is just frustrating.

Item is not a Jacket but rather only a Windbreaker - Very Thin and having virtually Zero Thermal Properties.

For the first time ever, I'm disappointed with a Columbia Sportswear product. The shell repels only the first onslaught of water. After that, moisture soaks through to the lining. (I've never "washed" or otherwise mistreated the jacket, so it can't be something I've done to it.) Then, the jacket turns into a greenhouse and clings to whatever's underneath: clothing, skin, etc. The lining is so large and loose in the sleeves that it exits the shell at the wrists every time I put the jacket on, an annoying inconvenience. I have to reach down each sleeve from the shoulder to pull the lining back in every time I put it on. The hood is the best part. It's roomy and works the way I like, but I detest the Velcro closures in front. They're forever catching when I want them to be open; I anticipate one day they will fray and not close at all. The plastic zipper beneath the Velcro closures, while lightweight, seems cheap. I fully expect it to eventually snag or othewise jam and wear out. I regret this purchase.

I bought this same style jacket about three years ago and am still wearing it! (still in great shape ). recently I returned a new one that, I'm sorry to say was not anywhere as good as my old one ( way to small and velcro instead of snaps ) as far as I'm concerned very poor quality!. I will be taking a closer look of other brands that carry this type of jacket.
