this is a great rain jacket and good for the cooler rainy days. It will keep you dry, but I wear it at times for just a lighter option on a cooler day as well. It's not as "packable" for hiking as other options, but it still folds up pretty nicely for a day pack. It will keep you drier than those more lightweight options as well from what I've seen. I bought a Large-Tall and it runs a little bigger than the normal Large sizing, but the extra arm length is worth it to me. I do wish Columbia would fix that though. A "medium-tall" would probably be a better fit for me if Columbia had one in comparison to this jacket.

Purchased this jacket for Alaska trip this summer. Wear 3XLT shirts and coats but was worried about having room for base layers underneath. No problem. Put on base layers and jacket and fits right over it with plenty of room. Love the long sleeves. This jacket keeps you dry and best of all cool as it is very breathable. Great pockets and can roll coat up in right pocket for small package in backpack. Love this jacket looks like great quality to go along with great price.

This jacket is perfect just to throw over and use for everyday when it rain. It does not have any thermal layers so if it's cold wear layers under neath. I bought it for someone else and a 2xt was too small when that's what the normally wear. So I exchanged it for 3xt and it's a way better fit

This is a great raincoat jacket. It fits nice. It looks nice. It feels great. Highly recommend!

This is not a winter coat, but it is a comfortable outer layer of protection.

I order this jacket for my fianc he is 6'3 medium build. It's not to big or bulky he loves it. It's light weight, water proof, and warm. I'm glad I made his Christmas happy with this jacket.

My son-in-law loved this jacket so much that I got him another one for Christmas. He's going to use the blue on for work and the grey one for other times. He's 6'4" and 250#'s and I think we got him a XL Tall and it fit great.

Already had its testing done. First day that I have it; it pours down rain all day with some fairly good winds. Jacket stayed tight never blew or flopped when tightened down. The hood is perfect for this kind of weather. Other jackets I've tried all had the hoods blow allowing water come blow in when I'm not paying attention. Over all great jacket cant wait to get to do some fishing in the rain.

I bought this jacket for my son because it's water proof, and he is 6'5 , it's hard to find clothes that fit him. This jacket does? I also bought one for myself, my Mother and my Daughter. Besides being water proof it keeps you warm even though it's lightweight. I Love mine.

I was so happy to see that Columbia carried men's tall sizes. I purchased this jacket as a gift and was satisfied with the fit. For someone who is 6'9", sleeves are often too short but this jacket really exceeded my expectations, and at a great price.

I liked this rain jacket so much I got a second. Excellent rain protection and still breathes. It's great for spring/fall by itself or over a fleece in colder weather.

The rain falls off like a waxed car! Very nice for fall wet weather! If you have big shoulders go for the 4x instead of the 3x

This jacket fits very well and is stylish the big plus is it kept me drie in the biggest rain we had in a while.

Lightweight rain jacket suitable for all but winter wear. Multiple pocket options; velcro and zipper fasterners for jacket and sleeves. Waterproof as promised. Would also make a good wind jacket.

I love these jackets lightweight but warm and keep you dry. Wish they would make all the jackets in big and tall sizes.

This jacket is exactly what I was looking for! I hike every day and in the rainy months I have struggled with waterproof rain jackets that don't breath - which is tough when exercising. This jacket is fully lined and breathable, so the heat and moisture inside the jacket can escape, but the rain on the outside just rolls right off! A great find!

Haven't used the jacket yet but I am pretty sure it will work for what it is intended for... rain!

Love this jacket. I bought an EvaPOURation too and I like the feel of this one for colder weather. Now I have warm and cold rain jackets. The best thing about the Watertight II is it came in Tall in 4X, the EvaPOURation did not.
