I'm 6'8 and 245lbs. with long arms (for comparison). The sleeves on this jacket actually come down to my hand. There is a velcro type adjuster on the sleeves for a tighter fit. The hood is nice and can be cinched up, but it could use an adjuster to keep the brim higher and out of my vision. The jacket is very lightweight and has a mesh liner. It breathes very well. I don't feel like a damp rag when wearing it. The hand pockets zip up and are deep enough that items don't fall out. They are mesh lined and keys can sometimes get hung up on the mesh. I wish there was a zip up chest pocket or an inside secured pocket. This jacket has kept me dry during many rainy excursions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this jacket, especially for tall men.

Bought this to replace worn-out raincoat. Love the red. The hood. The circulation of air. Heavy duty zipper. Oh, and I stay dry! Lots of compliments on the red color and design of jacket.

I was extremely impressed with how well this jacket breathes. I typically don't wear rain gear unless it's winter because they make me sweat. I live in the southeast on the Gulf Coast and even in summertime thunderstorms this jacket is comfortable, any type of breeze and you stay very cool and dry. I bought this jacket on a whim while ordering some other items and very happy with the purchase.

Fit and size were great. Wanted a light weight watertight jacket for a trip to Alaska. This jacket will to just what I need,

It runs just a *tad* small, but other than that, it fit well, light weight, and it shipped quickly.

This ran jacket has easily handled Rocky Mountain monsoon season, keeping me dry. It fits a tall size perfectly, including sleeve length, which is hard to find. It'd be great if it packed a little tighter, but I can't complain about that and happily give this 5 stars.

As I said above, great watertight jacket for summer. Doesn't sweat you to death but keeps you dry...highly recommend for fishing, casual wear and every day use. Highly recommend

The Men's Watertight II Jacket, Tall sized, runs true to size and has sleeves long enough for tall men (FINALLY-THANK YOU COLUMBIA!!). Really great for anything from light mist to monsoon downpours, and also works as a windbreaker. The cut is comfortable, roomy enough for a layer or even two underneath, yet the jacket can be folded to take up minimal space in a daypack. I have three so far, and try to keep one at hand in the house and vehicles. As that saying goes, "Try it, you WILL like it!!"

Great jacket at an EXCELLENT value. We purchased these jackets for a trip to the Northeast and Nova Scotia. The material keeps us dry, but is breathable and comfortable. Great quality! Highly recommended!!

Jacket is wonderful, packable for travel

I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot and the average temperature is mild, so to have a lightweight jacket that you can wear year round that is waterproof and breathes is ideal. The nicest thing about this lightweight jacket is its ability to breathe. When I are moving around in it and my body is starting to warm up, I am not sweating in the jacket like with others that I have had because of Columbia's Omni - Tech design which makes the jacket waterproof, but also breathable. I also like that the jacket has a hood that lays nicely on the back with easy access to it, that it goes well with jeans or slacks and that it is very reasonably priced. This is my second Watertight II jacket and it is my year round go to jacket.

Used this rain coat during fishing and never got wet

This is my second Columbia raincoat. The zipper finally wore out on the first one, after several years of hard use. I drive a delivery truck, and am frequently caught in heavy downpours. Neither of my Columbia raincoats have ever leaked, or felt too hot to wear. They breath incredibly well. I've washed them several times, and they come out as good as new. The rain pants are also a good thing to have.

I normally do not write reviews but I figured this one deserves it. My husband does a lot of inspections inside and outside, rain or shine. He was so impressed with this rain jacket as it kept him dry without the bulkiness and did not hinder him from moving around. Because this jacket come down to his upper thigh (6'4") his lower half was soaked from not being covered but the areas that covered him kept him super dry. For something super light weight and thin it works very well! I highly recommend it for staying dry when having to brace the outdoors during rainy days.

I couldn't be happier with my rain coat. It is perfect for Florida weather and is 100% waterproof just like it says. I was working in the pouring down rain with wind and the water and it doesn't get through. You can even have your arm in water on your window ledge without the water soaking through. The jacket is very breathable and just all around comfortable even in the hottest of days. Thank you for such a quality product.

I needed this jacket and was not disappointed at all. Being a life long consumer of Columbia, I have come to appreciate the appropriate pricing and quality of their products. This product was sized as expected and fairly priced. I highly recommend this product.

Stayed Dry!!! Did not have to worry about getting wet at all.

1 of the if not the best all weather jacket I've purchased in a long time! Love the size runs a little big so you can easily put on a sweater or hoodie which i have done. Fits perfect with the sweater, plenty of arm room, the adjustable hood & waist is great. I also can't believe how well it held up in 30+degree weather in the East Coast! Like I stated already with a hoodie underneath the jacket that's all I needed! Very much 1000% recommend!!

I bought this for my husband. He travels a good bit and needed a rain jacket that was lightweight, but durable. This jacket was perfect. It added the waterproof protection he needed without the bulk of other jackets he has had.

Great product, thin and breathable, does its job, great quality for a great price, would recommend for a spring jacket/light hiking/keeping the rain and wind out. Room enough for a hoodie for colder weather.
