There is something wrong with these shorts! I ordered sizes 34 and 32 because wasn't sure which would fit. The 34 were SMALLER than the 32! I checked the sewn in tag on the shorts and it definitely said 34, but they were say smaller than the 32 shorts were, WEIRD!! Plus there was a rusty looking stain near where the zipper is sewn in so not sure what's going on there as well? Columbia is usually a good brand so makes me wonder if these actually came from Columbia or someone else? Too bad because the material is nice and they seem like a good short for hot days. But definitely NOT ordering these again, yikes!

The shorts are great, but the buttons on them are worse quality than you'd see in even low end brands. They are are cheap plastic and require a lot of effort to unbutton, which is a terrible combination. I sent the shorts back to Columbia on my own dime and they refused to press in new buttons. They do repair, but they cannot do the most basic type of repair?!
