Love these shorts....wish they came in more colors.

As a professional angler I need shorts that are comfortable for those long days on the water. The PFG Big Katuna II shorts are not only comfortable, they are light weight, dry quick and stain resistant. The shorts have several pockets which are great for stowing my wallet, phone, and extra soft plastic baits. They even have a pocket that will accommodate needle nose pliers. These are definitely my go to shorts for the warmer months.

Great fabric, forgiving fit and wear. Picky husband loves these.

I absolutely love the plier pocket. It's in the perfect spot and has a clip to hold them in. I am a lefty in a right handed world but these are great. The lens cleaner is a feature I use constantly. They dry fast and are comfortable.

Have several pairs of these shorts. Very comfortable, quick dry, great features.

These fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. The pockets are very nice and useful. I bought one pair and liked them so much I decided to buy another pair in a different color. I would highly recommend. Just wish shipping was a little faster. I live in the south and it takes about a week for products to arrive.

Awesome shorts! My favorite fishing shorts hands down!

These are the best shorts I own for fishing or everyday for that matter. I surf fish a lot and having the pliers pocket with retaining strap is so convenient, also has a loop at the waist that I attach my bungee cord to for the pliers. The loop could be a little bigger but a great feature. The shorts dry quickly and plenty of pockets. I like them so much I had to get every color.

I like the utility of these shorts. Will know more once the weather warms up and I can wear them more.

These are the best designed shorts I've ever seen. The most unusual features are the pocket designs. They feature a very useful cell phone pocket on the right hip and a dual pocket on the left hip, one with a Velcro closure. The two rear pockets have Velcro enclosures and there are two normal front pockets. The material is very lightweight and soft to the touch.

They can be worn for outdoor fun or out for a casual dinner. They are comfortable and have cargo pockets. They hold their shape and travel well. Great short!

I guide on rafting trips on Idaho's Salmon River. These are great for long days in the sunshine. I like shorts with a belt for tools or plier pouch! Also lots of pockets are handy!

Great fitting shorts great for warm weather fishing

I've had these shorts now for over 4 months these are the best Columbia shorts I've owned. I run a backcountry guide service out of Miami and constantly have an issue cleaning my glass from the sweat and spray of salt water while running. These shorts come with a microfiber sun glass wipe in the pocket this feature is extremely helpful especially when site fishing. The plier pocket is also a nice addition to these shorts. The next great feature on these shorts is there breathable fast drying material. If your looking for a great pair of shorts that are high quality and functional these are definitely your best option at the best price.

These shorts are comfortable, light, and full of all sorts of features. I'm particularly a fan of the cut of the shorts (with an inner-leg panel, as opposed to just front and back). The right side pocket is perfect for a large cell phone - not so big that the phone slips around and feels awkward when you sit. The left side pocket has a glasses cleaner (omg!) and it the style where you get 2 pockets in one - the flap closes over the outer pocket, and the inner pocket is handy for quick-access items. I plan on getting a second (and maybe a third) pair!

These are my favorite Columbia shorts. I work on the water all day and need a pair of shorts that can get wet, quick dry and be comfortable in any situation. Fishing pliers fit perfectly in the snap pocket and the attached glass cleaning cloth is unexpectedly useful. I have every color and will continue to order these as long as they are available!

I fish nearly everyday and when I find something that fits right and works for me I wear them till they wear out. These shorts are tough, wash well and are very functional. The pliers pocket holds up well, I like having access to an open side pocket and the sunglass cloth is a very nice touch. I'm 6'6" and the length fits me very well. I now have 4 pair of these shorts.

I love these shorts so much I got one in every color. What I love about these shorts is side pouch. in previous shorts my knife would not fit and would have to use the leg strap. Which is uncomfortable. Now I can run, kayak, hike, and fish without the strap riding down to my bare knee. Also the shorts are some what quick dry.

I love the feel, function, and design of these shorts. They fit nicely (true to size) and have lots of pockets for gear and essentials. They repel water well and dry quickly. I will definitely be purchasing another a pair or two soon.
