I really don't love the look of this shoe, but needed something neutral and good for walking in Europe. It turned out that these were my go-to shoes in Europe: I ended up wearing them 7 of 10 days, and never got a blister or cramps, etc. I have high arches, and generally don't do well in flat shoes for a long period of time. I will definitely bye Ecco again for walking comfort!

Super cute shoe but just too short. I have this shoe in other colors (from 2+ years ago) ~ they work but these are definitely on the 7 side of the size range.

Really comfortable (although I haven't tested them walking around more than a few minutes). Have to admit that I think they look a little more utilitarian than expected. Still not sure if I'll keep them.

Cute casual style

I want to love these and keep them, but they were just a tad too big. I hesitate to order a smaller size because they were not that far off, but enough to gap a bit when I walked. Probably just a style thing on my foot. I love Zappos for making all this buying-and-returning possible. I am having a terrible time finding what I want, and the free returns make it so easy to try without incurring huge fees for returns. Thanks, Zappos!

Very cute shoe....but runs very small! Too short and too narrow. I re-ordered a different size. Thanks, Zappos for being a great company!

The toe box was too narrow for my toes so need to return them. Arch support seemed great.

I ordered this shoe in dark shadow/dark shadow. When tried on, the deep throat made it feel not secure. As well, in this color the sole is white -- which makes it seem a little TOO summery going in to fall/winter season. Returned.

I already had this shoe in the gray color with orange stripes. A great casual work or run around shoe. It fit perfectly with my little terry inserts which I most always have to use because I have narrow feet. I also like them in shoes when I don't want to wear socks. But this taupe color is a little shorter, enough that I notice my toes touch the end which they did not do in the gray color. So I am not able to use my terry inserts because it makes the toe box feel even shorter. It's maybe 3/8" but enough to feel the difference. I love the shoe and I can't return it because I wore it out in my garage before I realized the length difference. I hope this review might help someone choose color and size more accurately. Although it's probably a manufacturer difference.

Arch support not as good as I believed after reading reviews. I’m going to buy arch insert. Cute shoe. Love the color. Zappos service outstanding! Casual style.

Go by UK the size. The USA size is off by at least a half size. I bought a USA 11/ UK 8. I know I wear UK 9 and these definitely feel like a UK 8.

The bad news: I ended up trying these shoes in all 3 colors, in the same size. Black fit great; moon rock was too tight on the top of the toes; dark shadow was good enough to keep, but not perfect. It’s weird they are so different. The pairs that fit are super comfy and relatively cute.

This shoe in beige/taupe is very cute and a nice neutral. Very comfortable but I'm in between a 37 and 38, so had to get the 38, and it's a little big. 37 was tight. I am a pretty "normal" 7 medium. I was happy to finally end my long search for a shoe like this -- sneaker-type sole, and athletic but attractive, feminine upper. These replaced cute and comfortable Puma slip-ons that Puma no longer makes. (They still make one that I think is unattractive, though).

Great shoe but my toes are used to a bit more wiggle room. However they did fine. I am a true size 12 and it was a bit snug.

Love the look, but didn't have as much padding and arch support that I expect in an Ecco shoe. I have a narrow foot and can sometimes wear a medium (these do not come in narrow) but these were just too wide.

So these shoes definitely run small. I am a true 41, which is sometimes even too big for me, and the edging around the top of the foot cut into my skin. Definitely not worth trying to break in. I don't think it will give enough to stretch. My toes also feel squished. I am going to try a size up and see how it goes. These shoes are pretty comfortable, but don't have the greatest arch support. I love my birkenstocks and I'm pretty sure I will need to put in extra arch support if I am to get any kind of mileage out of walking in these all days.

Cute and comfortable but was hoping for thicker soles and more arch support. It is so hard to tell about support by looking at pictures. It will be good for light walking. I had to go up one size to get the proper fit. The moon rock color is not a bright gold so very pretty and would go great with gray or khaki.

Love the shoe, except for the insole. It's just barely there I would have to throw it out and buy a better one with some substance and support. That would raise the cost of the shoe too much. Returning it.

I got a size 39, labeled 8-8.5, but they are too big for normal size 8. They seemed like they would be comfortable if they were smaller. They have a mesh side which is OK, but I don't love the look of the heel and side of the shoe at the base. I am going to look for something a little more dressy yet still comfortable.

This was a nice casual slip on but it felt a bit too loose on my foot. My foot measures 11". In Clarks the 11W or 12B generally fits. In Ecco 12's work but not in a shoe with soft sides like this style. I can wear Ecco lace ups and some sandals in a 12 with no break-in period.

I found these shoes to be just what I wanted. They are comfortable and fit perfect.

I liked the shoe- I live in Ecco but it ran a bit small.

These were comfortable but I felt I needed a bit more support and they cut in a funny place on my foot and I was afraid that I would not be able to walk a long time in them. But for a comfortable shoe I liked the style and was sorry to return them.

I like ECCO shoes and am disappointed these don't fit like other ECCOs I have. I ordered te size 39, which is what I normally wear in the Eurpopean size, but my toes hit the very end of this shoe. The arch and heel feel fine, but I doubt if I could comfortably wear them for very long without crushing my toes. I am going to order the size 40 to see if they will fit any better.
