Shoe was too tight. I ordered my normal size. Also, it was too tight across the toe area.

Very well designed and extremely comfortable. Neutral color, but not boring. Very happy with this purchase! Ecco is a quality brand - I purchased some Ecco boots a few years ago - love those as well.

I searched for weeks for a flat with some support that didn't look too orthopedic. These are pretty cute and don't make my feet look too small. Liked the neutral bronze color

this is my second pair of these. They are cute and comfortable. However, the color is a little bronze. Wish they were more pewter.

I love them. They fir my hi arch well and are so comfortable. My foot is really narrow ans the were perfect. The color was a muted bronze. I am buyin more in other colors!

I had a pair of these that I have worn for years but they changed the top of the shoe. It is cut down a bit lower and hits my toes in a most painful way. Back they go.

I'm used to wearing Danskos and other looser-fitting shoes, so these are quite an adjustment. They are all around snug, but great support and very well cushioned, and my feet are always really hot in these shoes...

These are great shoes, well worth the money. I was searching for an alternative to my slip-on Sketchers, something less athletic-looking but not as dressy as plain flats. These are the perfect solution--kind of a fusion of both styles. Really comfortable, no rubbing spots, well-made, look cute with rolled-up jeans and yoga pants. I've received many compliments and people have stopped me to ask what brand they are. After buying them in the copper color, I went back and bought a black pair. Get these!

These flats are Comfortable right out of the box. Cushioned insole allows wearer to spend many hours on her feet while remaining comfortable. They are so fabulous that I purchased another pair in black and one in pewter and black. I did that to stock up in case the style was discontinued. Fit is as expected for size.

This shoe will take the place of my well worn 3 pairs of Privos- sorry to see them go, great style but Clark's cheapened the cushiony-ness. I have only worn the Ecco once but it seems comfortable. The inner sole at first seemed a little strange where the support is positioned.

These are cute. Had read reviews of them being comfortable right out the box. I made the mistake of wearing them shopping. I got blisters. They are comfortable, but the back needed a few days of walking to soften up. Definitely go down a full size in these. But they are definitely cute, go to shoes.

I have hammer toes and my big toe crosses over the second with a large lump at the joint -- these have elastic on top and are so comfortable even for my weird feet but still look stylish.

These are not super stylish but they are super comfortable. Fine with skirts or pants/jeans. Feel a little big but wouldn't want to order down. I wear 8 these are 39. Bought to wear for an upcoming trip but I find myself picking them to wear almost daily here at home.

Bought these to wear while traveling as they got good reviews. So far I have worn them on many trips and found them to be comfortable and very easy to pack.

Finally a comfort yet sporty ballerina that ticks all my boxes. A tad expensive but I'll swallow that because the shoe delivers in comfort and moderate arch support. A few quibbles: The insole seems a little lightweight so arch support is minimal , i.e., the insole comes out very easily and the shoe does not come in wide so i had to order up so that the shoe would accommodate my wide feet. The ribbing around the toe box cut into my feet/toes. I love that the sporty look is hard to see on the black pair so that I can wear these to work or dress down without feeling self-conscious. Also these are not leather but feel like leather and are soft and supple.

Finally! I have been looking forever for a pair of flats that are comfortable but still look nice enough to wear to work. I have narrow heels and bunions, so trying to find shoes that stay on my heels and do not hurt my bunion has been really difficult. These are perfect though - super comfortable right out of the box. They also have an overall good fit - I have seen many flats that make your feet look like they are squeezed into something way too small, but not these shoes - they are perfect!

Very cute shoes and comfortable. They are slightly wide in the arch area. I am returning them as I don't like to try and make something fit.There are many others at Zappos that will fit perfectly!

What a comfortable shoe! Like wearing a sneaker. Excellent support and a high ankle cuff keeps it from slipping. Once I wear this all day at work I will buy more colors. A fun causal shoe.
