unhappy with the quality! after a week of socks, brown began to appear on the surface of the shoe

The my first ugg and this is very poor quality. my socks are dyed black from ugg. I tried to wipe the ugg and my hands got dirty because the color comes out. I did not see the information with the warning that the color comes out.

The boots got wet on a ski trip. When traveling home sons feet were under a seat on a bus where a heater was blowing down on them. The boots basically burnt in places on the top. They are now unwearable,they look awful. Very disappointed!

Could not get my foot in the boot as the opening was way to small for my foot... just a horrible design!truly needs to be fixed.... had a fried try with a shoe size smaller then me. He couldn't get it on either. So sad.

I have always wanted to wear UGG boots, finally got the money to buy a pair, & the opening is so small I can't even get my foot into it! Even with the mini!

I've had these boots for about a week now - last weekend I realized the lining was already peaking through the seams! REALLY? I've bought quite a few pairs of uggs and have always thought highly of the quality, so this was a true letdown. I should also note - they are fairly loose so it's not that my ankles / feet /legs are causing this to happen...

I couldn't wait to get my hands on these shorties, but the size 9 was too large, and the size 8 was too small and I couldn't get my ankles in the narrow tops :( Sadly, I'm shipping these boots back

could not get foot in shoe?

I love UGGs so I was disappointed when this pair seemed too small in the ankle where it is sewn. It was just way too tight. I have never experienced this before. I had to send them back. Hopefully it was just the sewing on this pair.I would still buy other pairs but I will get them at a store where I can try them on first.

The opening too narrow

So I have big feet so I was ecstatic when I found out that UGG Australia had my size. So knowing that Boot season is almost upon us I ordered a pair. But It literally took about 2 1/2 weeks to get to my house and when I opened the book they were defective. I am so disappointed that I almost cried. Not only that, when I tried them on I had to force my foot into the one that wasn't defective and I found out that it didn't "exactly" fit. So now I will be buying my boots from where I bought them before...

Did not fit.

Have two pairs of uggs already and this pair I returned and want a refund on my credit card are nothing like the other two pairs. They are cheaper looking and look cheaply made.

Returned the women's boots yesterday at the post office. This was my 3rd pair of uggs and they were completely inferior to previous purchases. Very unhappy with them.

Im a size 7 in uggs and this shoe did not fit. Im pretty upset. Now i have to return it.

I am not sure how anyone can even get this boot on their foot. There isn't much room at the top to slide your foot in. Yes my foot got into the size 10 I bought for my Mom but I am not a 10 I am a 9. Once I got the 10 on it was way to big for me. This boot needs a zipper!!! I sadly returned both pairs. So disappointing.

I really like the boots. The only problem is that only the foot is kept warm in these boots. The ankle and onward remains cold.
