I had them for about 2 weeks now and it looks like I had them for over a year. They got worn out very quickly and just looks like I've had them forever. Was disappointed thought they would last longer.

I had to return these boots. I tried the same boot on in the store in a different color and they fit fine. I ordered these in the same size and can't get my foot into them. Had to return them. Very disappointed. What's the deal that they aren't the same size?

I love them, but can only wear the ones that I bought when they carried the wider width boots. I will never be able to wear them any longer unless they listen to those of us who have a wider foot and I know that I am not alone in this.

Use it to wear. ; Warm ; wore too fast.

I ordered these boots for my daughter for Xmas.She loves her boots. However after not even two weeks, she tells me there's a hole in the front top of the right boot. That would seem to be poor quality.

one had a flall in it and size is half inch to big

I am normally a size 6, I own 3 pair of uggs.. A classic tall teal pair, a purple bailey button pair and the classic mini in chesnut, the mini chestnuts are my newest pair just received them 2 days ago. Only one problem they are too big! They are the same size (6) as my other two pairs which fit perfect, but these are clearly about an inch bigger than the other pairs.. Disappointing.

I have bought 2 classic shorts boots from Ugg for the past years and I practically wear them to everywhere in every winter. This year I decided to get a pair of mini instead, yet, I found that the sizing of this boot is a bit different from the classic short's. I normally wear a size 5 so I ordered a size 5 for mini too...but it turns out to be too tight and so difficult to get my feet inside! As I do not live in the states, it certainly takes lots of time and effort to return the goods...I hope the mini would be loosen up after couples of wear. I think I will still order another pair of Ugg next winter but definitely not mini.

I had this for a month I got them in black they look like gray.. I am asking for my money back! I tried everything WORST money spent!!!

I was very disappointed with these shoes. They seemed a far lower quality than what I had come to know and expect from Uggs. Uggs normally run a little on the large side, these where maybe a size and a half too small! Every pair of Uggs I own is a 6 or 7. I bought these in a 7 and could not even get my foot in them :( it seems to me that the boots I bought years prior were far better quality.

I could not get my foot which I think has a high instep into this mini classic. It would not fit, I can get my foot into a classic but not the mini. I so wanted these.

I don't like the black stain on my feet and akles left from wearing my UGGS. I find them very hard to pull on versus the other length UGGS I own. I would not buy another pair of short UGGS again and would opt for a higher cut. Although comfortable, there is no arch support at all in your products. I can not wear UGGS more than 1 or 2 days a week otherwise, my feet, knees and back hurt from lack of foot support. I would like to see a pair of UGGS that are not so round toed.

When I ordered these Uggs two days after Christmas, I was SO looking forward to getting them! I just knew they'd be perfect with flare jeans and that I'd wear them as much as I wore my Classic Talls (which I LOVE, by the way). Oh, how wrong I was. When I got the product, I ran to my room to try them on--it took FOREVER to get them on my feet due to the height of the boot. I had to wiggle and fight and even then, it took about fifteen minutes to get em on. Putting them on feels like a CHORE, so I've only worn them twice, and I'll probably never wear them again. Such a waste of Christmas money! Plus, they're not as comfy as my talls. I wish I'd never ordered them. If you're the kind of girl who's got plenty of time to fight your way into boots, this is the product for you! But if you're the kind of girl who's on the go and doesn't have time (and money!) to waste, don't spend a dime on these boots!

I purchased a pair of mini from the ugg store two months ago, did not pay much detail to the sheepskin before I leave. When I got home, I was trying it on and the texture of the sheepskin is not the same. My black mini has a fur like texture. YUCk. Doesnt give me the sheepskin feel. so beware when you purchase your ugg mini.

I bought this boots the color was nice but I couldn't get my foot into the boots the opening is so narrow. I should have read the reviews before I bought it because others have complained of having the same problem. Had to return

My husband could not even get his foot into the boot.

I have had the product for 2 weeks and I have not been able to get my left foot into the Classic Mini Boot.

Too small for a size 13

After literally one week of wearing one boot tore above the big toe. They were worn with socks not on bare feet, they were not small, but still. We have about 15 pair of Uggs in the family and never ever it happens before.

Seems like they had been previously warn and stained very upset.

I purchased these for my husband. The "neck" of the boot is so narrow that neither my son nor my husband could get their foot into the slipper. My husband has regular sized feet & ankles, so I am wondering how this style is working for any other male. I purchased these because I know UGG has a superior quality. My husband would have worn these for several years, I'm sure. As it is - I have to find some time in the day to call the contact number. They would not respond to an email. I wish this was easier.
