The boots were my daughter's number one Christmas gift. While I am not a fan of the look of the boot, I wanted to make her wish come true. I was extremely disappointed when the seam was ripping after only one week of use and because of manufacturing cannot be replaced.

Excellent product but did not fit

The description says these are 80% upcycled wool, but the boot has a sticker saying it is only 60% wool. You're paying the same price for less quality.

Could not get on my feet. Not even close.

Bought Mini boot to replace existing ones. The new linings are scratchy and uncomfortable compared to the originals.

Purchase this product for my husband. It was the right shoe size but due to his high instep he could not get his foot all the way in. Paid a lot of money for something he could not use. I hate returning things by so so I gave them to my son.

He can't get his foot in. We tried to buy the ones with the zipper, but couldn't find them. The way these are constructed my husband can't get his foot in the top--not wide enough to enter, but they are the right shoe size. We are considering taking them to a shoemaker to have them cut and redesigned.

I bought these for my son in two different sizes in men's. He could not even get them on his foot. He doesn't have wide feet or anything unusual going on with his foot. I've been buying Uggs for years and this has never been an issue.

I bought I my size and the Heel part of my foot Didn't fit!

I was told by Uggs to buy a one size smaller because they would stretch. They didn't. Now I have a pair of tight Uggs. I'll probably donate them.

I love Ugg but they aren't made for plus size getting even the lowest cute boot on is a hassle if you have a wider foot leave these alone and go with something with a button because even sizing up doesn't work. Ugg fat girl like you too fyi

I purchased the men version thinking it would fit better but no. Not sure what happened from last year to this year but my boots are extremely tight. I have some I bought last year that are brand new and was able to slip them right on. I bought the same boot but different colors and can't get the boot on at all.

Your size guide sucks because it said I should order size 9. In reality even size 11 is hard to get my foot in.

Always had the impression Uggs used to be 100% wool lined. They are 20% Lyocell 80% wool. web page does not make that clear. Disappointed. feels too hard to get on, hurts the top of my foot while pulling and yanking. Cant tell if they will pack down enough. Maybe they will stretch, i'll google that. but the lining backing is poly, so who knows. The 20% Lyocell makes me not trust it. My foot is high volume (tall and thick) so may that is part of it.

A lot of the boots I selected have been on back order.

I bought these in a men's size bc they didn't have my size in women's. These DEFINITELY run narrow. Cannot accommodate an orthopedic insole or any other insert. They were so narrow I couldn't get my foot into them. The wool lining was so stiff and the plastic stitching was scratchy and just awful. Overall, these were so uncomfortable, they resembled a cheap knockoff. These are not the Uggs of old - quality and sizing has definitely deteriorated.

Make more blue! I don't wear the colors you offer anymore!

Just received what was supposed to be this boot in a 12... got woman's baley bow boots in a size 11. Can't return or get my money back before Christmas thank you so much ugg.

I can't review a product I haven't received yet....

I need to return this boot.

I have a high instep and organically fit into a size 11M. I ordered these recently due to the "Order your natural size to get a nice fit" so I did. Ugg's are hard to get in and my instep is sore.
