very soft

The boots color was not correct in the photo on the website. The color shade was different. The boot was a full size to small for my wife's foot and she wears a size 9, so buy a size larger.

I bought these for my boyfriend as a gift & was with him when he opened them. They were covered in dust which I could understand happening from storage, but it was difficult to get off. He has been wearing them around the house since Christmas and there is already a small tear in the top outter seam. He's happy with the fit & comfort, however. We are just disappointed in the quality of this pair. I have multiple pairs of Uggs & have never encountered these defects.

Casual wear

I use this product daily but the opening seems to look stretched out I've only had it less than two weeks

I thought these were so cute online so I ordered them. What I realized when I received them was that they are way too loose around my ankle. They looked awkward and odd when I wore them. I'm returning them.

Great shoe but I am really disappointed by the color. The color on the website is very misleading. Spanish moss looks nothing like it does on the website

This gift was too small, it will be returned and something else ordered from their home when the return is back in my account.

I loved my old Uggs, which were the medium height boots, but these short ones are almost impossible to get my feet into! I am not overweight or wide-footed and I got the same size boot, but the top and ankle seams on these shoes are so small and tight I have to spend several minutes trying to jam my foot through the impossible angle they make. Once I get them on, I'm stuck in them, so they're no good for yoga/gym runs, which is what I wanted them for. I might send them back, which is sad.

I wear an 8 in most shoes, these were a full size too big. Also they are narrow at the ankle so putting them on and off was difficult, thats why I returned them.

My father's ankles are swelling so the opening was not wide enough to get his foot in the boot. Even my husband's foot was hard to get into the boot.

I wear a size 5 and this feels like a 5.5. It's too big. They get dirty very easily and are already worn out even though I've worn them about 4 times. Too expensive for the quality and durability.

When I first received my boots my first thought was these are not worth the amount of money I payed for them. They are very comfortable and warm; however, they are very easily stained even if you water proof them.

fits well, keeps the feet warm

I've been buying uggs for years even tho they are not a good winter boot. I keep purchasing uggs because I dont know what else to buy when. I live in new england where we get huge amounts of snow. Even when spraying your uggs with the "waterproof" spray my feet still get wet. These mini uggs looked cute on the website but not on me. It looked like i had huge bear feet. Im 5'3 110 pounds and a size 8. With that being said i will not be getting the original uggs anymore. I will stick to the moccasins because I loveeeeee those and im going to give the Adirondack Boot a try because they appear to be more weather friendly. I would only purchase the original uggs again if i lived somewhere where it did not snow because if it does than its a waste of my money.

I suffer in winter from cold feet and poor circulation. My chief interest was in a shoe I could wear indoors as a warm slipper in an under heated house but also out for trips to market. This fills the bill, however I do not find its flat sole with no raised heel comfortable to walk in and I find it's looks sort of clunky. But it serves it's purpose. One could hardly call it stylish.

I'm actually so disappointed in these shoes... They are just as cute and comfortable as expected, but they are sooooo big. I have a pair of the classic ugg boots in a size 8 and they are perfect. I wanted another pair but in the mini, and I asked my dad to bring them home for me from New York to Sweden since they are about double the price in Sweden. I read the reviews which said they are quite snug and hard to get on, but since I have quite narrow feet and thin ankles I thought that my regular size would work out perfectly :) but when I got them they were almost a full size too big and NOT snug at all. I'm just so upset because my dad got them from another country so I can't exchange them :( I already think my feet look humongous in ugg boots, and now with a size too big, they look even bigger than they have to. Plus when I walk with them they're not tight enough to actually stay on the foot, and my heel keeps lifting from the sole with every step I take. Overall I DO like the shoe and would recommend it to a friend, I just wish the sizing weren't so off. Sorry for the rant, lol.

Against my better judgement I followed the advice of some reviews and ordered a size up 7, I should have stuck to my 6 like I always do when I get the Classics Short. I received my 2 pairs of Minis/Sand. A pair for me, a pair for my daughter and had to exchange both b/c they were to big. I send them back for an exchange, but whom ever processed my return failed to see where I asked to exchange for 2 smaller sizes. Ohhh boy!! Now I have to reorder once the money is added back to my card. A rep said, I can get expedite shipping due to the error but I'm just frustrated.

I think that since these are short boots the ankle should be a little more snug. the ankle area is really wide and open.

I thought that the product was very great, although, I live in Colorado, very snowy here and one day there was a big snow storm and I had to get to work! Well, lets just say that I got very wet. The snow was up to my upper shin and the boots go to about your ankle, see the picture. :-)

My daughter wears a size 7 in every shoe she owns and has even tried on other boots in size 7, however, the UGG boots we ordered in size 7 are at least one whole size too big. Sad day for my daughter as this was her big Christmas gift :( I would recommend adding a note online to let folks know that the boot runs big.

I really, really like the way they fit, if you wear a half size then you need to go smaller not larger. the only thing I really, really hate about these boots is the material they use on the inside. I don't know if it is where i live or just me, but i can't wear these boots because no matter what kind of socks i use the static electricity is horrible, i can't touch anything without out getting zapped, so now i have an expensive pair of shoes sitting in my closet

I wear these on cold nights they keep my feet nice and warm. I hate how quickly they got ruined though. Wet weather like stains them. Aren't boots meant for winter, snow is wet...

since Ugg Australia became so popular,the quality of them went DOWN!enough to say made in [*]!My first pair of ugg bought 10 years ago..it is still top.

I own several pairs of ugg boots and they are in very good condition only because I take care of my shoes as if they were my babies, so they still look new after 5 years. My sister on the other hand does not, all of her uggs look very worn out and old, she's only had them for a year(worn mostly i the colder months)
