This is a fabulous boot. I did have an issue with a size. My sister had purchased a pair in size 39. Her feet are smaller than mine. I tried hers on and they fit perfectly - and this is after she'd worn them for a while, thus stretching them out. I purchased the same size, and they were huge; my feet moved around a lot in them. I had to return them for a size 38. The 38s are very snug. I am expecting them to stretch and eventually fit much better. Otherwise, very comfortable and very attractive.

Received these as a Christmas gift from my husband after lusting after them for several months. Wore them today straight out of the box and haven't taken them off since I put them on this morning. Spent two hours walking around a city in them and then at a party all night. They are among the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The leather is gorgeous and soft. I received compliments all day.

These are beautiful boots. Comfortable straight out of the box. The leather is soft and supple and the detailing is exquisite. The color is less red than pictured. More of a muted red/brown. I wear an 8 - 8 1/2 and got these in a 38. The fit is perfect. I would have liked a bit more arch support as I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis in one foot, but the other foot felt great. Others mentioned the label on the tongue. I wondered if that would be a deal breaker for me since I don't like sporting labels, but I hardly notice it.

Absolutely love these boots! They fit like a dream right out of the box. The first time I wore them I had them on a full day with no rubbing, pain, no nothing. Their sizing does seem a bit off compared to other brands. They call a 41 a size 10 1/2 while other European brand will call a size 41 a 10. I've always worn a 10/41 in the past so I went with the 41 - it fit perfectly.

Very nice shoe, very comfortable and good to walk in. It runs true to size and looks in real even better than the picture. I can definitely recommend this boot.

Totally fun boots. There was really no arch support so I pulled the sole liner and put in my own insole. Well constructed and comfortable. Lots of compliments!

Love, love, love my Pikolinos boots. I buy a new pair every year! Very comfortable and stylish. I was not very happy that my pair was made overseas, however I called the company and they told me that they had to open a manufacturing plant overseas to keep up with demand on their high sellers. I would have preferred to have a pair made in Spain. They did assure me that the leather is from Spain, so that made me feel better.

This is my second pair of Pikolinos and I love them! They are so cool and comfortable. I have no problem wearing them all day at work.

This is my second pair of the Le Mans and I really love them. I take a 8/ 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I didn't even have to walk in them to know they were perfect. Took them out of the box and wore them all day, very comfortable. The style is great, I get complements on them all the time. I tried 4 different pairs of the Rotterdams, 3 in size 39 and they were more like a size 7.5 than 8.5, and the size 40 was way to big so I gave up on them.

These are very comfortable boots and can be worn to make various fashion statements. (Versatile is the adjective I'm looking for.) The only negative and it's not much is that the shoe lace tabs appeared much more brown in contrast to the black boot in the picture than in reality!

Love! I love these boots! Gorgeous color (not as bright red as the photo) and perfect heel height. Comfortable from day one. I want one of every color.

Love these boots! Super comfortable and I get compliments every time I wear them. I was a little nervous about the size, I am a 6 so I ordered the 5.5-6 and they fit great!

This is my second pair of Pikolinos and I have to say, they are worth the price. I'm a size 8 and was afraid to order the 7.5/8 so I got the 8.5/9, a loose fit but with wool socks for winter wear, they'll be just fine. The color and look are fabulous. Love this brand a lot!

I absolutely love my new red boots! They are beautiful, different and so comfortable. The quality is well worth the cost. I have ordered Pikolinos before and have found them to fit larger than I usually order, so this time I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. These are wonderful boots, they are comfortable for the moment you put them on. They run a little large so I had to return the first pair and order a size down, which were perfect. The color arclla (dark red) goes with everything. You will be proud to have them in your closet.

I've never written a review before but I'm sitting here in my new boots (reddish color) and they are out of the box comfortable and so nice looking. I'm wearing dark army green shorts and a grey t-shirt and am ready to run errands! I ordered my regular size and will need to tighten the laces a bit, plus I'm not wearing sock and not the least bit concerned about blisters. Heel height is perfect (neither too flat or too high)...livin' the dream in my new boots!

I love these boots...my temperamental feet are very happy...the leather is soft and of excellent quality, they're wide enough for my flat and crooked feet, are cushy and very stylish.

VERY cute, very comfy, great soles (good traction) and eye-catching (many compliments!) the red color is perfect not in-your-face, just slightly edgy. I love them! Boots in general are pricey but these are worth it!

These are probably the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! The style is awesome! I love everything about them!

I just purchased these boots and they are AMAZING!! Mine did not have ben-gay odor at all, and I ordered several pairs different sizes/colors. This is my second Pikolinos purchase and I find them to be extremely comfortable for my problematic feet, i can wear them all day with no discomfort, and they are beautiful as well. Worth the price for sure!!

I was so excited to receive this boots! The look is very sporty but there are too narrow. Wish they came in a wide because I am a true size 12. I am returning them today but if you can wear them.... get them!!!!

I love the comfort of these boots, but the boot is not the feminine rugged look I was after. These would have been my first pair of Pikolinos, but sadly I have to return them. My search for feminine rugged looking boots continues.

Gorgeous looking and comfortable. I'm glad I bought these. However, I should have listened to the reviewers who said this runs one size too big... I had to return my 37 for a 36. It's now too snug a fit for an arch support, but moderately good support is built into the boot. The arch support in these Pikolinos is not equal to the Dromedaris boot, but nothing could equal those. To sum it up: I had to order another size down, but I've now got a gorgeous chocolate brown boot that fits like a glove, so I'm happy with the outcome.

Loved the boots but run too big and I ordered the red but they turned out to be more of a dark maroon. Unfortunately have to return.
